Top of the Falls Restaurant

Rude service, Utterly disappointed. Today we went to this restaurant, the management asked the 6 of us to sit at a table of 5. Of course, we didn't quite fit in. We asked the server if we could shift the table, and he obliged. The other table was very dirty, and when we asked them to clean that up, they instead continuously interrogated and insulted us, asking with whose permission we're shifting the table and saying that they're so full. (They honestly lack communication among themselves.) When I told them that I'm disappointed with their rudeness, the manager (his name is Robert) personally apologized and asked for a second chance. I fell for his words that these days nobody gives a second chance and/or a chance to explain themselves. He said that he'd personally take care of our order. But unfortunately everything was either fake or this place really needs to upgrade its service. We were kept waiting at our table for 45 minutes for our food, which was really oily btw. There was no personal service, no extra apology, instead the manager just asked in the end if I'm feeling okay after the food! Once he came to the table and asked from where we are, that's all! However, now the pros! I liked how the server improved her behavior towards us and actually was really nice towards us. This one star is for that waitress and the lovely view from the place. But, if possible, DO NOT go to the place. Hospitality is definitely NOT their best suite. (Probably I sensed a bit of racist micro-aggresive behavior there too!) Stay away if you prefer non-oily food!
