They are on our web site, sent when the client first email us about using the facility, handed to them at their 1st tour and finally everything is also in the contract. 3. The sound system is excellent and if someone called and said they would like to use it our answer would have been yes you may use the system complimentary please come over and test it out and see what you think. We would not have said we would call you back we are not deejays. I realize you didn’t have a professional deejay and perhaps your friend couldn’t figure out the system. Your facility manager if asked would have helped them out if they knew he was having a problem. This is why we always want people to come in and test everything it out beforehand. 4. I am sorry that the facility manger didn’t put the up-lighting out and when I heard that it was not put out we immediately refunded the money to you. 5. You had 2 facility manger there that night. Do the caterers bring extra food for their own staff and the facility manager’s? Yes and they do it complimentary since your facility people are here for typically 9 hours. The facility managers are the busiest doing behind the scene things in the beginning and end of the events -during set-up and clean-up. They are here to unlock doors, turn on lights, turn on a/c or heat, watch load in and greet your guests as they arrive and direct them to the ballroom. If everything is going smoothly during the event it may seem as if they are not doing much but in the middle of the event. T they are keeping the bathrooms tidy and stocked and letting guests know where the bathrooms are located. Usually there is just one facility manager but since your caterer hadn’t been here in a while we had 2 just in case. 6. We did speak to you about several issues, your timing was not correct on your invitation and didn’t match your contract hours, but they had nothing to do with money. As I told you on the phone we do have automatic reminders that go out 48 hours in advance to all clients when payments are due. Each time you had paid early. It may have said that a payment was due but if you clicked on it and opened it you would have seen that it was paid. No one is asking for payment twice. 7. We did not drop the ball the files you were supposed to have filled out are due 2 months before your event and are in your contract under files. We realized you obviously didn’t see them and that is the only reason we said why don’t you hurry on over and get this done. We were trying to help you. We are just a venue unless you hire us as a Day of coordinator. Which you did not. We do the “2 months to go form” as a curtesy so that if any of your vendors don’t show up on the big day we can call and say where are you? 8. Setup of your ceremony is solely down by your catering staff not the facility manger. 9. The no synchronized dancing and jumping is everywhere and I am sorry if you didn’t understand.
