Top Shelf Bartending is a bartending service located in north Pittsburgh. We provide event, private party, and wedding reception bartending service for Greater Pittsburgh, Northeast Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania.
We are fully insured with Retail Liquor Liability and General Liability insurance. Our insurance policy is the highest coverage tier available in Pennsylvania, and we provide all of clients with the use of our policies while our staff is on-site.
Our company was founded in 2020. Since then, we have grown significantly, and provide service at roughly 80 receptions each season.
Our company carries a small team of eight to ten RAMP or SafeServ Certified bartenders. We have several Master Bartenders on staff, and decades of combined experience in all areas of beverage service.
Top Shelf also offers a handful of package options, ranging from standard Mixer Packages to Full Service options. We can handle Champagne Fountains / Toasts, Signature Drinks, Welcome or Exit Cocktails, and most other logistics that couples would like to include.
For 2025, Top Shelf is also offering Soft Drink Service (Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonade), in the event your caterer does not offer this service. We can provide ice delivery at most receptions, and we can construct a bar in the event that your space does not already provide one.

Top Shelf provides an individual buying guide to their clients, which is so helpful during the planning process. The guide is catered specifically to their event to assist them in knowing the amounts of alcohol, ice, mixers etc they may need.
