I honestly can’t say enough good things about Top Shelf Events! They were the alcohol vendors at our wedding on 10.4.2025 and when I say they blew it out of the water I’m not exaggerating! The drinks were amazing and the bartenders were even better! I will always appreciate them for being so good to us on our special day and they deserve everyone’s business hands down! Jacob knows what he’s doing when running a business and I can’t say thank you enough for everything!
We had one bartender (Markayla) for our wedding and she did an amazing job! She was super professional and cleaned up her whole space leaving us with no work to do at the end of the night. I would say the only problem I encountered with Top Shelf Events was trying to keep straight what we (the company and myself) had agreed to for service. There was no formal contract made, just invoices paid. There was typically a lot of confusion between Jacob (the owner) and myself about what services I had requested, for how long, and when they would start. To determine that myself, I had to go through all my texts and emails rather than being able to just look at a signed contract. While this struggle did not affect the amazing service given at the event (which went so incredibly well), it made it difficult for both parties to keep everything straight. I would recommend that this change be made to help future brides and customers. Other than that, I had absolutely no problems with the company! I would highly recommend Top Shelf Events for any bartending needs!
Bartender himself was wonderful! Fun, quick, and anytime the bride or groom came within eye sight of the bar, he personally walked over a drink to us. Only bad thing was that the gentleman we were communicating with, did not provide enough Coca Cola for our signature drinks (only sent a dozen cans when one of four drinks was rum and Coke). Not the bartenders fault, just the organizational person. We sent a friend out to pick up more.
Used Jacob/Top Shelf Events for my wedding venue and they were amazing! Fast responses, professional, and easy to book. The communication was so prompt it alleviated all my worries for the event. I can’t wait to use them again!
