you'll ever meet! My fiancée and I set up a cupcake tasting with her to figure out which cupcake flavors we wanted to have for our wedding. She had 5 of her most popular flavors all ready for us. Each flavor was delicious, perfectly balanced and had a delectable filling. It was a tough choice (because really, they were all so good that we couldn't go wrong) but we finally decided on the Strawberries 'n Cream and Chocolate Decadence flavors, which blew us away! Britni was also great at estimating how many cupcakes we would need for the number of guests we had, which was awesome because we had no idea; her expertise made the process easy and smooth. The day of the wedding, Britni set all of the cupcakes up for us and ensured that they were displayed beautifully. She also made sure that the set up was done at a time that would not disrupt any of the wedding festivities. (This was something I hadn't even thought of and I really appreciated that it was on her radar.) Once people started tasting the cupcakes, we had numerous guests approach us, raving about how delicious they were, asking who made them and where they could buy her cupcakes! Working with Britni was easy, seamless and enjoyable; we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with her!

I highly recommend Britni and Top Tier Baking! I wish I could post a photo to show off the most beautiful dessert bar put together by Britni. We went with the mini (two bite) cupcakes and the 3 oz cookies. Britni had us over for a tasting a few months before and it was impossible to choose the flavors because they were all so good. She is able to pack such amazing flavor into such a small cupcake. We choose Red Velvet, Maple Bacon, Chocolate Decadence, Strawberries & Cream and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Britni not only delivered amazing desserts, but her decorative skills are above and beyond. We rented from here rustic pieces including wooden crates, glass cookie jars, descriptive signs, and more. Britni provided everything making our lives so much easier as we did not have to worry about a thing!

tasting Britni was attentive & made us feel as though she was the expert - which she was!! When we first went in for our tasting we had cupcake after cupcake samples fresh out of the over to taste. So many in fact that on our drive home my now husband, nearly passed out, said “this is my favorite part, but man am I full.” Initially, I didn’t know how to describe the cake I was looking for, but pulling up as many photos as I could, the term “nearly naked” was used. EXACTLY what I was thinking! We were able to choose 3 flavors for our cake but after Britni pointed out that the colors would not all match, we went with one favor for the cake and the two others for sheet cake to be passed around to guests. EVERYONE LOVED THE CAKE. I could go on forever about how delicious and beautiful our cake was. I could not recommend Top Tier Bakery highly enough for anyones upcoming nuptials. With all that needs to be planned, working with Top Tier Bakery ensures you have one less thing to stress about day of, because MAN do they deliver. We cannot wait to have the cake again next September to celebrate one year together. Thank you Top Tier Bakery for everything!

We ended up changing our order after all the great flavors we tried. The coconut, maple spice, and lemon berry are incredible must tries! She also dropped off the cupcakes to our venue with stands and signs to label for allergies.
