Topiary Floral Designs

When I first met with Gina, she seemed to get my Tuscan/Fall theme. However, as we continued to meet and talk, I began to wonder. Closer to the day, I stopped in to drop off feathers that I wanted in my bouquet. She mentioned that she had made an "executive decision" without consulting me, to change my groom and groomsmen's flower to an orange calla lily... UMM...NO! If I hadn't been there, I would not have found out until my wedding day! My centerpieces were supposed to be sunflowers, rununculus, and gerbera daisies. There was NOT ONE rununculus in any centerpiece, but found many two-tone carnations!! I paid for a more expensive flower and was given a cheap pink flower and was NEVER told that rununculus may not be available in November. Seriously! I sent the owner an email explaining that I was not pleased with the cost and what I actually got. She did not respond to me. I called her. She said she was sorry I was unhappy. She tried to tell me that the pink carnations were actually peachy colored. I explained that either way, I did not pay for crappy carnations! She said she had a customer in the shop and that she would call me right back...a week later, nothing. My bouquet was extremely heavy, but beautiful none the less. I asked for burgundy roses, I got dark reds. The bridesmaids flowers were pretty as were the flower girls. The groomsman's roses were sagging by the end of the night. I would not recommend this florist. They are a a Knot winner... do your research first.
