Tops Off, Bottoms Up!

he planning stages the team had the idea that it would be nice to have a frozen beverage of some sorts. With each vendor I inquired what options were available for our event. When I spoke with the owner Karlishia she was very professional asking questions about our event, our budget and place of the event. Karlishia offered the plan of renting two frozen beverage machines, suggesting one would provide a flavor that would be perfect for the children in attendence and the other machine would provide a non-alcoholic flavor for the adults. Karlishia sent the quote during our phone call to ensure we covered everything. I advised if the team agreed to move forward I would callback to book the services. Fast forward I provided the various options to the team, and everyone was excited about the options I provided. However, unanimously the team chose Tops Off Bottoms Up agreeing the selection would be perfect since our event would be on one of Georgia's hot days of summer this would be a nice beverage to keep all the attendees cool. To say the least, our company was more than happy we chose Tops Off Bottoms Up for our event for several reasons, options, the professionalism, pricing and overall presentation. Our quote for two rental machines $343.00, the cost of additional mixes $25.00 ea, delivery $50.00 and a surcharge for same day pick up $75.00 was very reasonable and within our budget. Tops Off Bottoms Up customer service is top notch, I received a call the day before the event confirming, delivery time, address of the event and a contact name and number if it would not be myself meeting them. They delivery was punctual, and since our event was at an outdoor facility the pickup of the machines was equally timely and very convenient. I can't wait to plan a personal party, for sure Tops Off Bottoms Up will be the first vendor I book! Thanks again for being a great addition to our event
