Beware of this company. We rented a tent for our wedding and we were charged for supplies that were never set up that Topside Tent told us were required for tent set up. After the event the company refused to refund us even after two members of...
the team told us whey were in the process of writing a check. When I last called to ask for a refund, they threatened to charge me for additional delivery fees and another tent, because the first one they brought was the incorrect size.
Furthermore, the tent they delivered was rusty and filthy on the inside. We had to wipe it down as they would not. The stains would not come out and we had to string lights last minute to cover it up.
Incredibly unprofessional customer service, poor quality products, and no communication between their own team or clients. After many unanswered voicemails, unreturned calls, and ignored emails, they chose to harshly respond to my google review rather than address me and talk about the issue.
I believe this company has no plans to ever resolve this issue with me.
Topside Tent offered everything we needed to make our dream a reality and at a price we could afford. The whole process was seamless from our quote to a contract all the way to set up and take down. The entire staff was courteous and held up to...

Could not have asked for a better rental company. They went above and beyond before, during, and after our wedding. It rained on our wedding day and without Topside the day would have not been possible.
