harming black and white checkered dance floor, tables, chairs, dishes, glasses, silverware, linens, dimmable tent lights and chandeliers, tent and patio heaters, a large bar, coolers, trash cans and a long entrance pathway. We were very pleased with their bid which was thousands of dollars less than one of their closest local competitors. The office, delivery and setup team members were all extremely helpful, polite and hardworking. Everything we ordered was delivered well before the reception which then allowed plenty of time for setup. All of our guests were enchanted the tent and it's beautiful interior and place settings. We could not be more pleased with our rentals and highly recommend them.

Beware of this company. We rented a tent for our wedding and we were charged for supplies that were never set up that Topside Tent told us were required for tent set up. After the ...
event the company refused to refund us even after two members of the team told us whey were in the process of writing a check. When I last called to ask for a refund, they threatened to charge me for additional delivery fees and another tent, because the first one they brought was the incorrect size.
Furthermore, the tent they delivered was rusty and filthy on the inside. We had to wipe it down as they would not. The stains would not come out and we had to string lights last minute to cover it up.
Incredibly unprofessional customer service, poor quality products, and no communication between their own team or clients. After many unanswered voicemails, unreturned calls, and ignored emails, they chose to harshly respond to my google review rather than address me and talk about the issue.
I believe this company has no plans to ever resolve this issue with me.
