art - she has an enormous talent and a very keen eye for light, detail, capturing movement and small moments. I’ve worked with Tori three times in the last year (boudoir, engagement, and wedding) and each time was a wonderful, fulfilling and joyful experience I can’t imagine working with anyone else. I first booked Tori for a boudoir shoot. I was feeling insecure in my body leading up to the wedding and thought a little exposure therapy would help, and it was the best decision I could’ve made! Tori greeted me with champagne and charcuterie, a Beyoncé playlist and the best energy, and coached me through a session that was relaxed and fun! She captured a variety of fun, sexy, artful pieces that were a gift for both me and my husband. We then had our engagement session with Tori and she took some of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen. Tori is up for driving several hours to get the perfect vibe for photos, so we drove out to the Olympic Peninsula and took photos around Lake Crescent. The shots were moody and beautiful - very Pacific Northwest. Tori’s skillful direction and commitment to getting the best photos in a diversity of locations and positions was a delight. We trusted her completely. Her talent is so evident. (Even the most cursory look at her social media makes that clear, but I’m here to add my own exclamation point to it!) And now to the wedding, which was the best day of my life and now re-livable through Tori’s wonderful photography! I’m so happy to have had Tori capturing the whole day. Tori, and her wonderful husband and second shooter, Herman (hi Herman!), were kind enough to work with us even though our wedding day coincided with their own anniversary! Herman put my husband totally at ease, and Tori did the same for me, quietly capturing the early part of the day before taking absolutely stunning photos of our walk down the aisle and ceremony. She also captured fun moments between our guests, including perfectly cute moments of love between people who’d traveled great distances to be a part of our ceremony. That too is such a gift. Tori’s portrait photos in between the ceremony and part are also truly a work of art. She thinks on her feet, quickly selecting and adapting ideas for each shot. She sees art and beauty and potential everywhere she turns, and even found opportunities to incorporate our friends into photos as they happened to be passing us on the street on the way to our reception. The result is this beautiful photo where my husband and I are in focus as our friends who traveled thousands of miles walk past us. It’s breathtaking, and Tori just did it on the spot! One of my favorite photos Tori took from above in Cathedral, viewing us from a height in our suit and dress. She asked me to swish my dress, resulting in an absolutely glorious and unique shot: my husband and I embrace in a moment of stillness while my dress is in stunning motion, whirling around us, enveloping us. Incredible. Tori describes her style as artful and honest. I couldn’t agree more. Her photos are truly special, capturing Tori’s unique perspective and demonstrating her skill at this craft. It’s been a joy and privilege to work w/ her, & to have copies of her windows into our life and love forever. I cannot possibly recommend her enough!

My husband and I were scrambling trying to find someone to marry us as the person we planned backed out last minute due to nerves. Her husband stepped into the role effortlessly and did a fantastic job. Oh, AND her sister was our second shooter bc we stole her hubby to marry us. We had her family shoot and marry us, talk about a dream team! Also, we were so anxious and awkward to be in front of the camera for the first time during our engagement session. Tori was THE BEST hype gal! She calmed our nerves, made us laugh and we had a fabulous time and will cherish our photos forever! But honestly, this is one decision that you will thank yourself for later.

AMAZING! Her and her assistant Herman were the so pleasant to work with and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. And most importantly they were PUNCTUAL!! Being on time while managing everything that’s going on in the timeline day of is sooo important! They always had a smile on their faces and totally went with the flow and didn’t make me feel an ounce of worry or stress throughout everything. We love tori and will continue to use her for our many more future milestones to come!

And most importantly, our photos are ABSOLUTELY stunning, from the sweet candid shots and intimate portraits to sweeping landscape photos - they take our breath away every time we look at them (even months later). We can't recommend her enough!

We partnered with Tori on photography needs for our business, and were so impressed with yes, the images of course, but the strategic conversations we had about growing our business and using photography + brand building to achieve our business goals. She provided a combination of photography and brand consulting that has elevated our business and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Behind the Lens: Simply put, Tori is the ultimate hype person. Her demeanor during shoots will put you at ease, allow you to relax and have fun. Your confidence will be sky high, and she will capture that confidence in the final images. I personally felt this in every shoot we did, as did my wife, especially during her boudoir. Direct quote from my wife, “At first I thought I was doing this for us, but I quickly realized the power of doing a boudoir session for me. Receiving our wedding photos from Tori allowed us to relive the day in a way we didn’t think was possible. During a literal heatwave, Tori and her husband Herman trecked through our favorite park to capture stunning photos. Each time I spoke to Tori about our updated plans I felt such a sense of calm and excitement that I did not feel talking to any other vendors. Fast forward to our wedding day(s) and Tori was just as amazing as she had been all the days leading up to the wedding! Tori went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel so special, comfortable, and have the time of our lives taking pictures. Taking pictures and spending time with Tori was truly one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding experience! We are both not the most comfortable in front of the camera but looking at the pictures and even on the day, you would seriously never know it. She directed us when necessary but also made us feel so comfortable that it was easy to just be ourselves! Tori also took the time to really get to know us and that definitely showed in our pictures and the settings she chose for us to take pictures at. Although we do not have all the pictures back yet (it's only been a week), the very generous amount that she sent for our sneak peeks have been absolutely stunning and I can't wait for the rest of them and to work with Tori more in the future! I am SO incredibly grateful for Tori! A big shoutout to her husband Herman who was just as amazing as she was on the day of the wedding!

Photo sessions with Tori are not the standard "hold hands and pose," you would expect- her engaging personality makes it super comfortable, and even a ton of fun, to have her take your pictures. In addition to the fantastic photos, she was an integral part of our elopement. Leading up to our elopement, she helped us craft our vision and manifest the aesthetic we were thinking of. Tori also helped us navigate the tricky path of adapting a large wedding to an intimate elopement. She was available for questions, even answering my husband's in-depth queries on different Chuppah's. Tori also kept us on track leading up to the big day, sending us gentle reminders to keep on schedule. On our actual elopement day, Tori was an absolute dream. She helped us finish decorating in a pinch, navigated family drama, and calmed me down when I began crying for no reason (wedding emotions are crazy)!! When we look back on our elopement day, we literally cannot imagine it without Tori. We are still planning a larger wedding when it is safe, partially to have more amazing photos from Tori!
