Torie is simply the best. From my trial to wedding weekend she was amazing and so talented! She prioritizes taking the time to know the look you want and understanding your skin, waht you like and dont like etc + her suggestions are incredible (do not sleep on her skincare advice). I wanted a very natural dewy look and she executed it perfectly I felt like the most beautiful but still natural version of me. Thank you Torie!!

As someone who wears very little makeup normally and has never gotten her makeup professionally done, I was nervous about this process. Torie immediately understood what I wanted through my inspiration photos and the questionnaire she sent out. She responded to all emails very quickly and was flexible throughout the planning process. In the trial, Torie was very careful about sensitive skin and making sure my skin wouldn't react to any of the products used. She had great recommendations for my skincare routine leading up to the wedding and products to incorporate in my regular routine. On the day of my wedding, she showed up early and packed me a kit to touch up makeup throughout the day. I felt so taken care of and beautiful on my special day. I definitely would recommend Torie and would love to work with her again in the future!

I cannot rave about Torie enough!!! I've built a really strong relationship with Torie over the past year leading up to my wedding and she's completely transformed my skin/skincare routine for the better! On the day of my wedding & rehearsal dinner, not only was she on time, she was EARLY and was well-prepared for the day ahead. She kept and extremely positive & upbeat attitude the ENTIRE day, even though it completely down poured on my wedding day. I needed her positive energy the entire time. Skills wise: Torie is THE BEST! I'm usually a non-makeup, makeup wearer and like to keep things super natural. Torie went above my wildest dreams when it came to my wedding makeup. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on my makeup both night before & during my reception AND the best part, the makeup stayed the ENTIRE day/night!!!! All of my bridesmaids, who are all pretty heavy makeup wearers, also LOVED the way they looked at my wedding and loved the natural looks Torie created for them. I cannot rave about Torie & her team enough!!!!!!

Torie made my bridal party look absolutely stunning on our wedding day. She rocked it, and we can't thank her enough! Seriously, she worked her magic and the bridal party felt like the most gorgeous versions of themselves, and it's all thanks to her incredible skills and expertise. She also made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her laid-back and friendly vibe instantly put us at ease, and we had a blast getting ready with her.

She is incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and SO FREAKING TALENTED! All of the ladies in my bridal party were raving about her - she listened to each of them and delivered. 1000% recommend Torie.

Torie was amazing!! She was one of the best vendors I hired and for multiple reasons. First off, her communication was top notch! All emails were returned within a timely manner and she was happy to answer any questions I may have had :). She is extremely professional and knowledgeable not just about makeup, but skin care in general! I 100% trusted her as I have very sensitive skin! She did my makeup for my engagement shoot, wedding makeup trial, and my wedding. I was blown away with her work, and would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding or special event. I really enjoyed getting to know Torie and hope to work with her again in the near future! She is your girl if you want flawless makeup for your next event!

I can not say enough amazing things about Torie!!! From my bridal trial to the wedding day, Torie was phenomenal. I initially met her through a friend who used her for their wedding. I was a bridesmaid in that wedding and loved the simple & natural look she did for me and absolutely loved the bridal look she did for my friend. I had been in several weddings that year (so had my makeup down over 6x by 6 different makeup artists) & from the moment Torie did my makeup, I knew I needed HER for my wedding! I absolutely loved the look she had in mind during my trail and somehow she was able to recreate it & EVEN better on my actual wedding day!! She made me look & feel like a princess!! I received sooo many compliments and all my bridesmaids & moms LOVED their makeup as well. Torie did such a great job of making sure to keep me looking natural but still giving me the glam I was looking for, for my big day. Not only that, she was so kind, accommodating, and friendly! She was so easy to work with, from start to finish and responded immediately to emails! We loved working with Torie and can't recommend her enough! I wish I could have Torie do my makeup for all my events!!

Torie, It’s been a few months now since our wedding and I still find myself missing you and my other vendors! I can’t thank you enough for making me and my bridesmaids feel gorgeous on my wedding day, and me again for my rehearsal dinner and bridal shower. I felt beautiful but still felt like me, which has always been my worry when getting makeup done by others. Not only that, but you went above and beyond when I had my stress rash, which helped me not to be concerned. I knew you had it covered. Your presence is calming and you’re so kind and easy to get along with. I feel lucky to have found you for such an important time in my life and would recommend anyone and everyone to work with you.

I cannot speak highly enough about Torie!! She is organized and meticulous, not to mention extremely knowledgeable regarding skin care and makeup. All of her recommendations were spot on, and she and her assistant did an incredible job with everyone - and I mean everyone (there were 14 of us)! Torie has such a calming presence, and I loved working with her throughout the entire process. She is truly among the best!!!

I would not pass on the opportunity to hire Torie for any event, but especially your wedding. From our first phone call to discuss I knew she would be so thoughtful, detail oriented, and organized. She was my favorite vendor to work with from the start, but how she made me look and feel on my wedding day was beyond comparison. From my trial she gave skin care recommendations (which actually worked!!) and she recreated our trial look perfectly. I have never felt so beautiful, and the makeup felt light and airy, which was so important to me. She was professional AND fun to work with. She does amazing work on my bridesmaids and I, and she also made my mother-in-law look and feel stunning. Torie is amazing, and I could not recommend her highly enough.

Torie is amazing. Beyond being a GREAT make up artist who nailed the entire wedding parties make up (bride, bridesmaids, mother of bride and junior bridesmaid) she is so professional and organized. She has the business side down to make you feel absolutely comfortable. Her make up style makes everyone look like the most gorgeous version of themselves. Recommend 10/10. And she is an awesome person! She helped me with skin care leading up to my wedding day, day of and I’m still asking her for skincare recommendations!

Torie was INCREDIBLE. She was so flexible, kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. She was extremely professional at every moment and a true joy to work with. Torie is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! She responded so promptly to any and all questions and requests I had. During our consultation, she asked about things I would have never thought would have affected my skin. Since I have food allergies, she looked up ingredients on anything she was uncertain about. She is extremely knowledgeable about her trade. On the day of she arrived on schedule and stayed to the schedule she sent. Even with a few changes on our end, she finished early. She went above and beyond all of my expectations. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and making sure you love how you look on one of the most important days of your life. I received so many compliments and so did the rest of the bridal party. Look no further, if Torie is available - book her! You will love your look!

She took the time to really understand the look I was going for at the trial and incorporated any feedback/requests into my day-of look. She was one of the best vendors we worked with - responsive, punctual, professional, and accommodating. Everyone was super happy with how their makeup looked and she really listened to what people wanted and executed. Do not hesitate to book her!

I highly recommend booking Torie Conn as your makeup artist!! Not only is she the sweetest person, but she is extremely talented and knowledgeable about all things makeup and skincare. If you are a bride or just looking to look and feel fabulous, hire her immediately. I especially loved that she essentially includes a skincare consultation with the bridal preview. I really felt like I got my money’s worth because she takes the time to talk to you and has you fill out a detailed form to learn your habits, preferences, skin type, etc. and she recommends products based on that workup. Since I followed her advice, my skin and makeup looked flawless for my wedding day and held all night! On top of being so friendly, she is punctual, efficient, flexible, and kind. When my grandmother decided last minute that she wanted her makeup done, Torie didn’t hesitate and made time to fit her in even though I didn’t include her in the numbers in our contract. To me, this meant she went above & beyond. Thank you Torie for helping to make my wedding day amazing!

I cannot rave enough about Torie. She did a phenomenal job on my makeup as well as all of the bridesmaids and mothers. I also had her do my makeup for engagement photos and the rehearsal and I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. But what makes her exceptional is how organized she is and the incredible vibes she brings to the day. Weeks before the wedding, she was incredibly instrumental in getting the day of schedule together. Day of, when things were hectic, she was so positive and calming. From getting ready in the morning to touch ups right before you walk down the aisle, she is the person you want to spend your wedding day with. I will never forget that the Monday before the wedding she sent an email just to check in and share how excited she was for the next weekend. Being a 'pandemic bride', a small thing like this was so meaningful during such a stressful week and is just one example of the warmness she brings. HIGHLY recommend!

I seriously could not have asked for a better person to work with for my wedding day than Torie!!!!! Torie was amazing to work with. I was a bit particular about how I wanted my makeup done- even making changes the week before. I was nervous I wouldn’t look like myself, but Torie made sure I looked like an elevated version of myself without being too overdone. My bridesmaids and mom all loved their makeup, everyone looked natural and gorgeous. Torie was thoughtful and understanding of everyone’s requests throughout the day. She is efficient as well! Loved working with her and hope I can find a reason to work with her again!

I got married two weeks ago and Torie did an amazing job! The look was natural and glam wrapped into one. She also did the makeup for my three sisters as well as my mother and mother in law. All looked beautiful! She delivered! She was also very calm, fun and easy to talk to. All around a great experience.

Torie is amazing and I highly recommend her for any Wedding or special event makeup needs. Torrie did my makeup for my June Wedding Reception. My makeup was so well done and lasted all night even after our pre-reception outdoor photos on a 90+ degree summer day! I did not feel "overdone" or unlike myself. Torie enhanced my natural look/everyday makeup to the next level. I never felt so beautiful! Torie is very knowledgeable on makeup and skin care products which showed in our conversation and through her work. Everyone commented on how beautiful my makeup was!

I cannot speak more highly of the amazing work Torie did on our wedding day! All of my bridal party felt absolutely beautiful and the makeup held up in the Chicago heat (it was 90 degrees) along with the dancing and drinking that followed. She was professional, charismatic, and truly listened to the preferences and style choices of each client! Torie was just fabulous and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a "elegant" look that helps accentuate all of your natural features!

Truly the best MUA I could have asked for. Beyond her talent, Torie was an absolute joy to have around on the day of, and for my trials. She was just as excited as I was it felt like, and we worked together to build the perfect look for my wedding day. Great products, and at the end of the day I looked like myself! Not some caked up version of me. 10/10!

Torie was an amazing make up artist for my May wedding. We had our wedding a month ago during covid and we were trying to find someone in the chicago area that would travel with us to wisconsin. From the beginning Torie was flexible and easy going. I love her because she is very minimal with her make up and makes it look very natural which was the look I was going for. I don’t wear a lot of make up and she made me look gorgeous and look very natural. She also hung around with us and helped out with touch ups during the pictures before the ceremony to make sure I was all fixed up before the ceremony. I loved having Torie has my make up artist for my wedding!!!

TORIE IS AMAZING! Not only does she do incredible makeup, but she's so nice and fun to work with. She made me look like a "movie star" for my wedding - that's a real description from one of the guests! And she even gave me lip gloss and blotting papers to touch myself up throughout the night! She's great and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Outstanding care for bride and bridal party. Came very prepared with separate make up kits per person, sanitizing before going near your face and truly seeing you as a woman and what makes you feel beautiful. I felt so glamorous as a bride and it stayed on throughout the evening. I will continue to use Torie for any even I need to feel beautiful! 10/10

Torie is incredible! From the moment we first connected she was a pleasure to work with, from helping coordinate a schedule, determining a look for the day, and being flexible with only a few weeks notice. Day of she arrived ready to go, was super chill and made great conversation and recommendations. From our more natural mothers’ looks, all the way to more glam bridesmaid and bridal makeup, every one was beyond happy with her work! We will definitely reach out to Torie for future events!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Torie!
