They were professional, helpful, their showroom was clean, and they had appointments so you did not feel like one of the zillions (the other location it was hard to even find someone to help you they had so much going on). We tried cake at both locations as well and Torannce was the best. It was an easy decision for us to choose Torrance. They had great customer service as well. I went back a few months after ordering our cake to change the color, it was a busy sunday and the manager took her time to sit with us and make sure our decision was the one we wanted. I really appreciated that. On the wedding day the cake was phenomenal, and it looked beautiful. Torrance was an easy choice, thank you Torrance!!!

heir baked goods, we decided to make a cake tasting appointment and book them. Making the appointment was easy and the staff were very accommodating. They allowed us to sample any flavor combination that we wanted instead of the default samples that they typically give when given prior notice. Their wedding cake showroom is very nice and the staff were all friendly during our consultation. We decided on a marble flavored cake with butter cream frosting, and "butterchip" filling. They did not have the fondant molds to make succulents, so I had to buy plastic ones from Hobby Lobby and drop them off at the bakery, which was sort of an inconvenience. I also dropped off a personalized cake topper that I had spend a good deal of time designing. The cake topper was packaged in a box with my name and wedding date written on the top with permanent marker. On my wedding day, the cake was delivered and was beautiful, as well as tasty. However, they used the wrong cake topper! When I called the bakery to inquire about it, Tami was very apologetic and professional. She told me she would look into the matter and get back to me. Two days later, I received a voicemail from Tami once again apologizing. As a consolation, she offered to compensate my one year anniversary tier (a 25 dollar value). Although I felt like it was a very nice gesture, I was hoping for more considering this was one of the most important (and expensive) days of my life. There is a reason why there is a wedding markup with vendors, which I am fine with, but the vendor also must be meticulous with every detail.

ake tasting I knew this was the place very professional and they were very helpful with everything, they gave me a lot of options which I love and honestly I didn’t know I had they did their best to create the cake of my dreams and at the end it was above my expectations And it’s definitely five stars The reason I’m giving only four stars because when I called to make the appointment for the cake tasting my first impression is not very good they left me waiting for over 15 minutes and I had to hang up and call twice and the second reason that they didn’t let me make changes 7 days before they were not major changes but still it was kind of not a good feeling. But the cake turned out to be beautiful and amazing delicious . I totally recommend this bakery

for some tiers and white cake with fresh strawberries in a cream for other tiers, and they were both nibbled up so quickly! The team at Torrance Bakery was so easy to work with and made designing our cake very easy and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough.

s their portions were for tasting, I just told them what I wanted and they brought out my choices. Along with my maid of honor and her husband and my fiance I was able to make a choice. I wanted to use my own cake topper that I had made. I brought it to them two weeks before and was a little worried they wouldnt get it right. I had instructed them to place some decorations on the cake (it was a winter theme) and when they delivered the cake it was on time and absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. It was so beautiful that I didnt want to cut it! I got so many compliments from my guest on how lite and not too sweet the cake was. They all loved it, not only was it pretty to look at but it tasted fabulous! I was very happy with the end result. Me and my husband took the top part and used it as a birthday cake as his birthday was a few days after our wedding and it still tasted fresh! We drove 4 hours up north to celebrate and it made the journey with us!! I managed to save part of it and its still in my freezer. Thank You so much!!

best cookies I’ve ever had. Everyone loved the cookies even more and they were so easy to communicate with set up. Everything was delivered and no problems at all. Great cake!!
