Izzy was absolutely amazing as my wedding hair stylist! She is so friendly and all my bridesmaids were thrilled with their hair on the big day. Before the wedding, she communicated...
clearly and made sure my hair was just how I envisioned during my trial. Thank you Izzy!! :)
Izzy is the best! I absolutely loved working with him from start to finish! My trial was in the summer of 2020 with our wedding originally planned for March of 2021 but we had to p...
ush it back to March of 2022. I had changed my mind of how I wanted my hair to look and just from picking out different things I liked from pictures of different hairstyles, Izzy gave me exactly what I wanted (if not better)! On the day of the wedding Izzy and his assistant were so great to be around, making great conversation and keeping us all laughing. One of my bridesmaids kept saying she wished she had hired Izzy for her wedding!! I would recommend Izzy to everyone, such a pleasure to work with!
Izzy is fantastic! From the moment I contacted them last year, I knew they were the perfect fit for my wedding day. Izzy was so flexible and compassionate when we had to reschedu...
le due to COVID and took so much stress off of my plate. They nailed the wedding hair I wanted (after lots of changes on my end between the trial and the wedding itself, which they rolled with) and all of my bridesmaids looked and felt absolutely stunning. So many good things to say about Izzy and their assistant (who was lovely and wonderful as well)! Hire them!
Izzy was AMAZING to work with!!! The best decision made for my hair and the bridal party's hair. From our first hair trial together, we totally clicked and Izzy NAILED exactly what...
I wanted!! On the wedding day Izzy was able to seamlessly blend extensions into my hair. Everyone commented on amazing my hair looked. The whole bridal party raved about their hair! Izzy's assistant was also wonderful. Thank you so much!!!
Izzy did an absolutely incredible job styling hair for me and my bridal party. We all have very different hair lengths and types but Izzy nailed it with each look. My hair had gott...
en quite long during COVID, and I was hoping for an updo that struck a balance between polished glam but still soft and romantic. Izzy did an amazing job creating the look I was going for. I felt truly beautiful all day long and my updo held up perfectly despite the summer heat and even after hours of dancing.
Izzy was also super responsive to feedback and genuinely cared that my updo would be exactly what I wanted. I did a hair trial with Izzy a couple of months before the wedding; the trial look was already beautiful but Izzy incorporated some minor feedback that I had and the wedding day look ended up being even better.
Izzy was incredibly professional and easy to work with from start to finish. When COVID hit, we postponed our June 2020 wedding to June 2021, and I was so thrilled that Izzy was available for the new date. Izzy was very accommodating in all things regarding logistics and scheduling so it made the process easy. Izzy is also kind, funny and easy to chat with. I thought that their prices were more than fair for the DC/Northern Virginia area and especially considering the skill level. I could not recommend her more!
Izzy is fantastic! I was very nervous to hire someone to do my hair, because my hair is curly/frizzy and can be hard to handle. In our test run it became very clear very quickly t...
hat Izzy is an absolute pro and had experience handling hair like mine—Izzy did a gorgeous job and kept making tweaks until we got a hair style that I loved. On my wedding day, Izzy brought an assistant. They were so easy to work with! They showed up right on time and did a wonderful job on my hair and all the bridesmaids. Everyone’s hair looked amazing and stayed in place all day! If you’re thinking about hiring Izzy—just do it! You won’t regret it!

g. She did such great work with my 4 bridesmaids, moms and myself! I can't thank her enough for her work and I am so happy with how my hair looked and held up throughout the day. Absolutely fantastic!

tly. She had a wonderful assistant and was a total professional during each trial session and during the wedding day. LOVE.
Isabel was awesome!!! I was SO lucky that she was available for my bridal hair on short notice AND willing to travel to Luray, VA to do it! My original hair plans fell through and ...
so I was on the market last minute. We didn’t have time for a trial run but Isabel is such a pro we totally didn’t need it! She took time to understand what my vision was for my wedding day hair and executed it perfectly! My hair lasted all night long and my hair usually doesn’t hold curl well. She sent me off with a touch up kit and taught a bridesmaid how to put in and take out the veil. It was awesome! If you’re considering booking Isabel at Total Babe Hair ....stop thinking about it and just do it!
Isabel was professional and fun, easy to work with, responsive and overall just awesome! She worked well with different hair and personality types and helped me find what I wanted ...
as a bride. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Highly recommend! And definitely fair/great cost for the quality!

I had envisioned. Communication was top-notch, and Isabel made sure to send me lots of pictures of the trial run, making sure every detail was perfect. My mom, sister, and niece (the flower girl!) all loved their styles, too! Thanks so much!!
I hired Isabel to do my hair for my destination elopement in Washington, DC, fall of 2018. It was nerve wrecking because I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to do a test run befo...
re my wedding day since I lived in Oklahoma. This made it was really important to me to find someone that had great communication and was very familiar with doing updos. I also have *extremely* long hair (past my lower back) and I knew it would be tricky. Isabel was a godsend. Not only is she very competitively priced, but she knows what she’s doing when I comes to hair. She arrived early and quickly got to work curling my hair and going over what I wanted. She was easy to talk to and seemed to quickly grasp what I had in mind. She even gave me some accessories to add to my hairstyle since I didn’t have any! She created a fantastic updo for me on the first try and it was *gorgeous*- better than I even imagined. Not only was it pretty, but it stayed perfectly intact ALL day. It was super windy and we were outside for multiple hours taking photos without having any issues. I continued to wear it all day and late into the evening to dinner. I finally took it down around 2:00 in the morning and it looked no different.
Long story short- Isabel will not disappoint you. She is delightful to work with and is extremely talented. I would book her again in a heartbeat.
Deciding who I wanted to style my hair as well as my bridal party, was a very difficult decision but I am so happy with my decision! She is extremely talented, listened to what I w...
anted, gave recommendations, and was so easy to work with! There is a lot I don’t remember from my wedding day but I vividly remember sitting in the chair, as she was doing my hair, and I was feeling anxious about how close we were to the ceremony. She told me to take a deep breath, count to 3, and let it out - it worked and my anxiety started to go away. I am so thankful for her! You will be so happy when you decide to book her and her team!
