Total Bartending did an amazing job at our wedding! We worked closely up to the wedding to make sure we were on the same page about the amount of alcohol we had to buy, which garnishes we wanted available, mixers, etc. Total Bartending was very easy to work with and came at a great price. I would hire them for any party I was throwing, large or small! Thank you, Total Bartending!

Rob and his team at Total Bartending are fantastic. We used them for our 200+ person welcome party for our wedding and they were reasonably priced, user-friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond their scope of work, doing things like grabbing a drink for an elderly attendee and tidying up the tables. We interviewed several Pittsburgh-based bartending services and this one checks all the boxes - nothing you don't want and everything you need. I highly recommend this service!!

We used Total Bartending for our December 2023 wedding and they were fantastic to work with! They were recommended to me by our wedding venue coordinator, as they are frequently used there. Robert was so easy going, and was super helpful with planning. Once we had our final headcount, he was able to tell us the amount of alcohol we would need. They also offer various packages/add ons at a very reasonable price, such as the plastics, mixers, and garnishes. We ended up adding pretty much everything just to make it easier for us and the price was still very reasonable. The day of the wedding went smoothly, and I received so many compliments regarding the bartenders. Overall, great service was provided and I highly recommend Total Bartending!

Total Bartending provided services for my husband’s 50th birthday party. They were outstanding! I didn’t have to worry about that piece of things at all, which made for a fantastic evening. So many guests commented on how great the team was and their relaxed professionalism. Would absolutely work with them again.

We hired two bartenders from Total Bartending in October for our home wedding in a rural area of NW PA with about 130 people. I met with Robert twice at length in advance of the wedding to discuss what we were looking for at our wedding and just by talking to him I know he was very experienced and would do a great job at my wedding. He was not only helpful with deciding where to set up the bar, what to serve, when to serve, etc. but with other small details about at-home weddings as well that we never would have thought of. The two bartenders he sent were punctual, professional, friendly, and of course made great drinks. They truly went above and beyond bartending services and even helped out our caterer when needed. We would recommend Robert's team for any of your bartending and event needs!

Robert was extremely helpful and friendly from the first phone call. Very professional and always willing to answer any questions I had. As the mother of the groom, it was great to know I didn’t have to worry about anything bar related the entire evening. From set up to tear down, he and his fellow bartender handled everything without a hitch, serving both and upstairs and downstairs bar. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your wedding. FYI we purchased all of the additional packages he offered and I was so glad we did.

WONDERFUL!! My groom and I worked with Total Bartending for our 9/19 wedding and we cannot rave enough! Robert and the team went out of their way to make our big day run as smoothly as possible. They were punctual, and the drinks were a total HIT! Our guests had a blast. Robert was a joy to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer any questions we had (and we had A LOT of them)!! They helped us organize our signature drink, gave us a custom shopping list of what to buy for our big day, and were above and beyond anything we expected. If you need a bartender for any event, we cannot recommend Total Bartending more!

Everyone we called wanted to charge us an additional fee to come up to Sarver. Not only did they not charge us extra, but Total Bartending also came prepared with equipment for an outdoor party. They had no problem handling our 70+ family and friends, and they were really fun to work with. I would definitely use them again

Total Bartending was a wonderful addition to our wedding. They were very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had! They were professional and friendly. Our guests had a great time and everything was just how I wanted it. Our venue was one that had us contract out and decorate ourselves. Coordinating everything got to be a bit stressful, but one thing I didn’t have to worry about was the bar. Total Bartending guided me into buying the perfect amount of alcohol and they handled absolutely everything else!
