Total Image Limousine Service

They were late getting to us but that was one of the bridesmaids faults that they had to wait for her. That wasn't the problem I called and the lady on the phone first said she couldn't find my name in the system, and then she was snooty. The lady I normally talked to, Ginger, is very nice. We asked if they could just get us first since we were down the street and then come back for the ladies so everyone would be there on time but the driver didn't seem very helpful. The limo itself was very nice we got glasses with it for my wife and I, also for the Matron of honor and the groomsmen. I'm not sure if they had the pop in there that was supposed to be in there or not. We went a little over too and the drive had no personality I still tipped him probably more than he deserved. I would use them for other events just not sure if I would use them for big events like a wedding.

The limo was right on time. Our driver was extremely courteous and made me feel like a queen! When we came out after the ceremony, the limo had been decorated with "Just Married" signs and red hearts. What a surprise!!

The limousine was very clean and the driver was very polite. They were on time and even covered me with an umbrella in the rain. We didn't rent the limo for too long, pretty much just from church to reception, but overall was a wonderful experience!

If you want an relaxed enjoyable ride after getting married don't ride in the excursion with them. the stop and go was terrible, our drinks got spilled on my dress. the driver was very short with us and it was overall not fun which is what I felt it should have been...never again will I use them

Our driver was so amazing we let him take home the left over beer and liquior. He was on time, helped each lady into the Limo, and went out of his way to stop everywhere we asked.

The limo driver could not seem to get the limo cooled down at any time during the four hours I booked him for... People inside were almost passing out. It was like 110 degrees outside and about 95 inside the limo... I was dying! I don't know if this is a normal thing for them... but everyone with me was miserable, and I felt it was a waste of $800 ... Also, the driver did not seem to know where he was going part of the time...

Our drivers were fantastic! Arrived on time to pick us up and took us wherever we wanted to go for pictures. I had a lot of dress and he helped me get my train in the limo every time, thank you!! We would highly recommend this company!

They did a very nice job and everything went very very smooth.

We have used Total Image Limousine For 2 Bachelorette partys, a Birthday Party and for a Special Night out for just my boyfriend and I. Total Image was amazing! For each of these events The Drivers showed up ON TIME and with CLEAN vehicles. The drivers were so nice and very knowleadable. The office staff was extremely helpful when planning each of the trips. I have used other companies in the past, I wont mention names, and could tell you horror stories. I will never use another company again and will only Recommend this company to any one looking. Thanks Total Image!

the driver was very nice and took us exactly where we needed to go;the battery died at the church and the driver didn't seem like he knew how to get a jump! the radio didn't work very well. we couldn't put up just married stickers in the windows
