other hotel in Minnetonka. The Total Limo team made transportation for ourselves, our wedding party, families and guests seamless between the three destinations. Their vehicles were very clean and their drivers were the best. Even though our rides were short, we were able to use the aux cord and have fun on our way to our wedding and on the way home. I would highly recommend the Total Limo team!

The drivers arrived at various hotels, texted their arrival, transported to church, to the reception, & back to various hotels until all were taken care of throughout the evening. The drivers were accommodating with the added challenge of a rain shower and the shuttles were perfect for our black tie wedding! Total Transportation gets five stars plus & thank you again Maria!

imo sprinter van and it was perfect! Our driver was professional and timely and got us to our destination safely. The van was immaculate & held all 11 of us comfortably, including me in my huge ballgown! It was such a fun way to end a perfect evening. Thank you!

early, he was very communicative and friendly when we got on the bus. He was willing to drive us where we asked, was patient while we took photos, and helped us with any needs we had. The bus was clean and spacious, and they provide cups and ice for you to have beverages. The only reason we did not give a full five stars was due to the communication before the day of the wedding. It would sometimes take days or even at one point a few weeks to get a response. This made me nervous about the day of, but it ended up being perfect!

t 4. We also had a driver in the evening and our guests said they took a different way than the daytime driver and it took much longer. We had to add another hour on at the end of the night because not all of our guests got back to the hotel in time because the route was longer. That also could have been our fault for not assigning specific times the shuttle was leaving. I recommend having exact times when the shuttle should leave to ensure that all your guests can get to the correct place in time.

in contact with two different event planners with the company leading up to our wedding. Both event planners left the company within probably 2-3 months of each other, which was a red flag to me. I was very clear about expectations for pick up and drop off location and timing, and I even sent a word file with the bus schedule the week before the wedding to again confirm times and locations. Despite communication with multiple people within the company, there was a "glitch" the day of the wedding and one of the pick up locations for guests was entirely missed, leaving about 80-90 of our guests at their hotel looking for the scheduled transportation schedule that was on our wedding website and also handed out to guests on cards at the time of their check in. We will never be using this company again, and for something as simple as getting from point A to point B this should be low on your list of concerns the day you are entertaining potentially many friends and family.

e around in between the end of the ceremony to the start of the reception and stopped a locations to take photos with our photographer. The size of the limo coach was perfect for our wedding party - it fit 16 of us very comfortably. The limo coach was very clean and nice and felt new inside! Total Luxury has the best fleet of vehicles and take great care of their limos! It was nice to have the limo coach, as this gave us room to stand up in the limo and move around and dance, and also because I had a full sized dress, I'm glad we went with the limo coach as I was able to enter, exit and move around inside comfortably. We had a blast cruising around, celebrating toasting with champagne, dancing and taking pictures with our limo! Rachel at Total Luxury Limo was super great to work with! She was so nice, super accommodating and was very helpful in providing information and recommendations to the best vehicle for our needs. They also gave a great price and had the nicest limo vehicles from all the other limo companies I visited. We also used Total Luxury limo (one of their limo sprinters) for my bachelorette party night out. It was perfect for this occasion as well and we had an absolute blast! Our drivers were also great both times! I highly recommend Total Luxury Limo to anyone getting married for your wedding, bachelor/bachelorette or special event!

In addition to being a fun addition to our day, Total Limo let us drop off booze/food to have chilled on the bus for our party the day prior which we really appreciated. Their pricing was also right on par with other local companies and it was nice to have gratuity included as it was one less thing to worry about on our day. me it was easier to get in and out of since my dress was more form fitting. The bus was very nice and clean and our driver was very nice. We made a pit stop to take pictures and then headed to the reception venue. It worked out very nice. We brought coolers of beer on the bus which was fun as well.

The team in office and our driver were so easy to work with in helping us set up scheduling and timing so that we could rent just one bus to do all of our running in. They also came back out at the end of the night to provide transpiration for our guest back to their hotels or out for more partying. The driver was so much fun and made sure every detail inside the bus was perfect including cleaning and organizing in between each pick up and group! Overall we were incredibly impressed with the service and value and highly recommend to anyone looking for transportation services.
