I hired Tanya with Totally About Weddings & Events as a Full Planning & Design Coordinator. I realized that I desperately needed a coordinator about 3/4 of the way through planning...
and 8 months away from the event, as I began to feel immense pressure and decision fatigue; my ideas where there, most vendors were booked, and plans were in motion, but I was in such a state of overwhelm that I just couldn't figure out how to piece it all together.
Upon booking with Totally About Weddings & Events, I felt an immediate sense of relief. I had access to Tanya every step of the way via unlimited emails, text, and frequent phone calls. She set up a planning to-do list that organized my thoughts, communicated with vendors regarding scheduling, payment, etc., helped to design the perfect floor plan, and so much more.
I cannot begin to imagine how much stress I would have experienced had Tanya not provided day-of-coordination! She was the point-of-contact for everything so that I could truly take in the magic and the moment. She also made sure that all items (decor, dress, leftovers, etc.) were packed and returned to the designated people towards the end of the event so that my hubby and I wouldn't need to worry. Truly, when I reflect on that day, it would've been a nightmare without booking Tanya.

She helped me with things I didn't even realize I needed help with! My goal was to be present on my day without staring at my phone and answering coordination questions while I was getting my hair and makeup done. I wanted to enjoy the time with my mom and daughter and not think about all of the little things that had been stressing me out. I was able to do that and so much more! I enjoyed every moment because Tanya did it ALL with ease. She showed up and handled everything for me from candle and decoration placement to making sure everything was in its place, to confirming the other vendors knew where to be and when. It was AMAZING. If you have a wedding budget, make sure you budget for a day of wedding coordinator through Totally About Weddings! You will not regret it one bit!

She handled all my vendors as well which was a nice weight off my shoulders, she did a time line which we actually followed perfectly. The day of my wedding it was raining, she ran out and covered me with an umbrella making sure I didn’t get wet at all! She made sure my train was always off the ground which I didn’t even think of! She was great at directing people, set up my venue exactly how I wanted it! She made sure I always had a drink in hand after the ceremony which was awesome, she made sure my husband and I got our food first and apps. She also paid close attention to our gift box which was nice to not worry about. Once filled she grabbed the designated person (my mom) and put away all our gifts and locked them in the trunk on my moms car. She truly just went above and beyond for us Im so happy with my decision to have her help with my wedding and I’d pick her again in a heartbeat!
