Kennedy was our day-of coordinator from Totally Cooked and she was the absolute best! She was very responsive all throughout the planning process and helped us with special accommodations for our wedding. The staff in general were very friendly and did a great job the night of. The food was pretty good too!

The entire process from the initial inquiry to the wedding day was so smooth. Kennedy was a pleasure to work with and was so quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. They nailed the look and everyone enjoyed the food. We also hired them for our wedding shower and that was a great way to preview things for the wedding. Highly recommend!

The food options were amazing and they offer a true variety of options to satisfy every guest and can accommodate allergies or preferences with notice. I recommend them for any event and would absolutely work with them again!

Totally Cooked did a great job! Kennedy is phenomenal and gets things done. She is very organized which helped lower stress levels on the couple. It was the catering company’s first time at Basil Place in Chardon, OH and they worked so well with the venue staff! Food was great , bartenders were great, overall very satisfied!

Catherine Manning coordinated our Wedding on 10/5/19 and did a PHENOMENAL job at providing excellence service and making sure everything went perfectly. At the last second, we had a change of venue and she not only stuck with us, but went the extra mile to initiate communication and steps to take to make our day happen. We had a delicious spread of BBQ which was absolutely delicious. That's all guests at our wedding talked about! Totally Cooked rocks!

I was planning a beach wedding in NC but unfortunately the Hurricane canceled our plans. We decided to come home to OH to plan an entire wedding in just 3 days. Totally Cooked was booked for the weekend but still found a way to save our wedding. They did such an amazing job. I can't believe that they were able to cater my 110 guest wedding with such a short notice. The food was so good and the service was outstanding. They were very accommodating because we also had an Indian cuisine catering, the servers were so helpful with releasing tables to go to the buffet and clearing plates and serving our guests. Everyone was so friendly.

We used TC for our 180 person wedding and everything was great. Catherine was extremely easy to work with and the food was great.

So many compliments on our food from our wedding!! They accommodated Happy Days Lodge well despite not having a kitchen. Mary was great!

I was really impressed with Totally Cooked. Sarah was our go to person and she was great with communication, flexible in giving us what we did and didn't want. We had a winter wedding for about 100 people buffet style. Beforehand while filling out our table info and allergen list etc. I didn't think it would matter since it was buffet I assumed guests would just avoid food they couldn't eat. Little did I know, Totally Cooked prepared special plates and hand delivered them to the tables of the persons who had specific allergies or diet restrictions! I didn't even know they were going to do that but it was awesome. Our appetizers were served cocktail style but they made sure my husband and I got our own plates so we wouldn't miss out with the chaos that are receptions lol Right before dinner we had a server who seemed to be "assigned" to us and made sure everything was as we wanted it. They also set up the reception beautifully from just pictures that we gave them of how we wanted it to look. The only thing I could say in a semi negative way is we weren't super impressed with the bartender. He was really nice but I'm not sure how experienced he was with weddings whose guests are mostly younger and like to drink lol. Overall I think they did an amazing job!

Totally Cooked was the best! The food was great, the workers were awesome, I had no hiccups the whole night! They packed up all of the left over food for us. They even contacted the cake business to find out when they were coming in. I do highly recommend them, Sarah was the best!

Totally Cooked did an amazing job for our wedding!! From the very beginning, Kristin was helpful and responsive to all my needs and questions. She was able to work out a menu that expressed us as a couple and the things we enjoy. On the day of, Katelyn and her crew did an awesome job with venue setup and all the food. Everything met our vision! All our guests loved the menu!

We had an excellent experience with totally cooked catering for our wedding. We worked with Sara Nitzche, and she was great. Our main communication was via email (since I live out of state) and she was always really quick at getting back to me. She helped me plan everything from the food, to the flatware, to the chairs, to the table cloths. We started planning a year and a half early, and she literally exchanged emails with me that entire time. She has a great attention to detail. The day of the wedding, the staff were excellent. The bar tenders were great and quick to get drinks to people in line. The wait-staff were awesome! They made the reception SO BEAUTIFUL with the table set up and were great about getting people through the buffet line quickly. They also brought my husband and I some of our appetizers and drinks during pictures (while everyone else was at our cocktail hour). It was so nice of them, as it was a very hot day - the water was a life saver. It costs a decent amount to cater for 200 people, but with totally cooked, it was worth every penny. We could not be more thrilled with the Totally Cooked catering team. When searching for our caterer, I was really focused on finding food that would be elevated compared to other wedding food. I wanted to offer several menu options but also ensure that anyone with dietary restrictions would be able to eat. I didn't realize just how crucial Totally Cooked would be in making the entire day so wonderful and special. We had the pleasure of working with Kristin, who was the most responsive and helpful vendor you can imagine. She answered questions, asked all the right questions, and was always prompt. She paid close attention to details and made sure everything was perfect from the tasting to the final product. Not only was Kristin spectacular, the food was FABULOUS. I kid you not, people are still complimenting me on the apple crisp (which I never even had the chance to try myself) and the wedding happened two months ago. You will not be disappointed if you choose Totally Cooked and they will, undoubtedly, help provide you with the most wonderfully magical experience you could dream of. I highly recommend this company, its staff, its food, and Kristin!

This catering company could not have been more accommodating. I am vegetarian and wanted a tofu dish (which they typically do not have). The chef created several options for me to choose from. I liked the Korean BBQ tofu, as did many non vegetarian guests who tried it. We also had several other meat/chicken entrees and I am told these were fabulous. All the sides I chose were vegetarian/vegan and everyone loved them. We served buffet style and had no left overs! This was for a large (80 guest) rehearsal dinner/ birthday party. They also provided a smaller portion of food for our wedding reception (we had a different theme for that party, but wanted some more traditional dishes for those who preferred them) and I got great feedback on that as well. The staff (particularly Erin Kisela) were terrific and answered all our questions/ gave us all the help we needed.

I looked into hiring Totally Cooked for our wedding next August. However, it took three weeks for my emails to be responded to and she cancelled our first meeting. I understand that June and July are busy times for weddings but under no circumstances should I have to send two reminder emails asking for my quote (she kept saying I'll get it to you this day and never did). I finally got a quote once I said I would be hiring another caterer if I didn't get it. When I asked her to make some changes to it, it took another week and a half to get those MINOR changes. I still haven't received a response from my last email. Every other vendor has been prompt in responding to emails and working on changing the menu. I could not imagine hiring a company that is impossible to get a hold of. I was so surprised by the service considering the reviews posted about the company.

My husband and I decided to have Totally Cooked cater our wedding after we met with Sara. She could not have been more helpful to us in putting together an appetizer and dinner menu that fit our personalities and venue. Sara was fantastic throughout the whole process and was very prompt with any and all communication. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and Sara and the rest of the Totally Cooked staff were amazing! Food and beverage was awaiting our guests immediately after the ceremony. The appetizers and crudités were displayed in a very elegant manner. A member of the staff even brought a plate of appetizers to myself and my husband (without evening asking) while we were taking pictures. Dinner was absolutely fantastic! We had 3 separate food stations; which included a pasta bar, an Asian station with sushi, lettuce wraps, and summer rolls, and a Southern station with a grits bar and pulled pork sliders. We have honestly lost count of the compliments we received about the food. The staff worked as hard as possible in getting our guests through the food line in an efficient manner. The bartenders were very polite and worked very hard to make sure our guests were well stocked with their drink of choice! From top to bottom, Totally Cooked came through in all areas, leaving us very happy with our choice of caterers. When you think about it, food and everything that goes along with it (beverage, appetizers, linens, etc.) are one of, if not the, most important thing about a wedding. Sara and her staff at Totally Cooked completely took the pressure off and came through for an amazing day. I would not hesitate to recommend Totally Cooked to anyone for their catering needs!

Totally Cooked was a great caterer. Throughout the planning process, Kristin was attentive and very responsive to my questions and requests. She was always helpful in coming up with suggestions or ideas. And the day of the wedding was amazing. The staff helped set everything up and take everything down which helped take a load off of me and my friends/family. We were allowed to enjoy the day! The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. They added little touches to help our decorations come together and it was great to have them there. I especially loved the plates they made for my groom and me during cocktail hour (as all the guests ate the amazing appetizers already). It was a small detail but meant a lot to us! And the food was amazing. The beef tips were awesome! I am sad I did not go back for seconds and there weren't any leftovers!!! Well worth every penny!

We chose Totally Cooked to cater our wedding and loved everything about the company! Our guests loved the food! They were able to provide an entirely gluten free menu and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make us happy. Kristen was our go to girl for the wedding and she put together exactly what I had envisioned for the big day! Besides that the food is amazing, the catering packages include a lot, such as linens, etc. We would recommend Totally Cooked and would use them again!!!!

The service was great.....the food was amazing.....can't beat it! Everything was great from the planing to the big day. During our wedding the staff members working even helped keep us track with timing. I would highly recommend this company!

Totally cooked catered our wedding reception as well as our cocktail hour reception. The quality of the food was great. The rentals were all to my expectations and the event itself was organized and my needs were met in terms of rentals, food, catering staff. Communication could have been a little bit smoother at times, but I was a bride that was extremely organized and liked to have a revised invoice in hand a few days after I made a change. So due to busy wedding season, sometimes were was a delay in getting the answers I needed during the planning process. In the end however, they did a great job.

CAUTION!!! * CAUTION!!! * CAUTION!!! Do not trust this catering company!!! Totally Cooked in Akron & Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio are crooks and thieves. We found out that they robbed the bride & groom on their wedding night and stole supplies from the wedding facility at an event we attended. And when a report was filed with the police, the company DENIED EVERYTHING and got away with it!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR EVENT! We're putting out announcements to warn the community. PLEASE - THINK TWICE ABOUT TOTALLY COOKED. They thrive on a foundation of bad business and profit from their staff of thieves. Join us in putting bad business OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Totally Cooked was raved about from my guests at my wedding. I had numerous people tell me that they've never had such good food at a wedding. We went with the lasagna and cupcakes that had filling in the middle. They were excellent! They were very on top of things before and during our special day. When I told them our budget they found a perfect match for us.

Totally Cooked took care of everything from the food to the table and linen rentals and even decorated our reception area. The food was great and the place looked amazing!
