s months after our wedding. So happy our koozies showed up to the wrong place in Sept when our wedding was June 11th. 0 of 5 stars

was between 8/31-9/3 . Now I understand I a cutting it close to my wedding day however when I contacted costumer service several times I received little to no help. They basically couldn't tell when about my order would be done or where it was in process. I offered to pay extra for faster production. I then placed a ticket where I received an email stating that my order wont be there in time this was on 9/2. It stated that if i wanted a refund I would only receive $20+tax back LOL from my $90 order. I received my order on 9/8. Needless to say don't trust the estimated delivery date. Order way ahead of time and don't expect much information when tracking your order.

and also informed that the person handling my case could not be reached by phone. I called each morning looking for an update, and was told that they were doing their best and they'd get back to me that day with a resolution. They even "forwarded my email to their COO" who I never heard from. Today is Wednesday, our wedding is Saturday, and 50 of our guests will not be receiving their gifts. The company has taken zero accountability for their huge error, I am frustrated and honestly shocked by the horrible customer service.

as suuuper easy to figure out who to contact, her name was Ashley, and she was nothingggg but INCREDIBLY helpful and responded quickly. She reassured me that my address was updated and my order was set! I ordered sunglasses and koozies. Upon receiving my sunglasses, I of course, like the stressed out bride that I am, panicked and was wondering why my koozies didn’t come too! Sooo, I harassed ashely one more time and she informed me that they come from different factories or whatever, but that they were in production. Cool. That’s all I needed to hear. A few days later my koozies showed up, and needless to say, I AM A HAPPY BRIDE to be! My sunglasses turned out awesome!! And my koozies did too!! Production and shipping did not take too long AT ALL! But with the aftermath of COVID- I tried to make sure I ordered early enough (just in case) but I believe that wasn’t necessary with ‘totally promotional’ !! Quality is exactly as I expected and like I said looks GREAT! And I also wanna give a kudos to Ashley and any other contact personnel, if they’re anything like her, then y’all are running a wonderful business! I would ABSOLUTELY order from you again! Thank youuu!!! ❤️

eir own aliases to submit false positive reviews about their products! Here's a REAL review! Their website isn't user friendly, there are no product filter options, colors advertised are not available, customer service is rude. Changes made in the ordering process will not be saved or accounted for in the final order. Take screen shots of your final order and receipts as they're given to you! I am certain they changed my order from one size cup to another size and tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Go check out their BBB reviews if you want the truth about this crappy company!

they quickly fixed it and were able to get me my order in time. Additionally, there is stretching when you order koozies (which they warn you they might be some "slight stretching") but we found it can often be A LOT of stretching. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to help remedy that situation, but, overall, I will use them again.

or a faster production or shipping time to guarantee it will get there in time. I ordered 2 weeks before my wedding and they got here 5 days before so it worked out perfectly!

smudged / blurred on the navy text on the glass. Otherwise it came out exactly as pictured! Our guests loved the pint glasses and we even had some take extras for beer pong! Very happy with these favors and would order again if I ever need to!

h rough ridged edges. It looked like the machine had cut them incorrectly. I emailed my concerns but was told that’s how they are supposed to look. I was so excited to pass them out at my wedding but unfortunately wasted money and had to order through another company.
