Touch of Class

My daughter was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the bride decided to order the dresses through Touch of Class. We were instructed to come in for a fitting so they could order the correct size for my daughter. After the fitting we were told that they would call us when the dress came in. Two weeks later we still had no phone call and when we called to check they said that the dress was in. We went to pick up the dress and the dress was HUGE (Keep in mind she was fitted for her dress). The dress had to be shortened by at least 2 inches and taken in at the waist and the neck. A week later we got the dress back and it had to be altered AGAIN. This was frustrating but at least they were taking care of it. When it was all said and done we were told that the alterations would be $25 plus tax. A price I wouldn't mind paying if I bought a dress off the rack but for a dress that she was sized for I do mind. When I went in to speak with someone the girl at the counter referred to me as "honey" in a very patronizing way and told me they don't do custom dresses and ALL their dresses require alterations. I am still waiting to hear from the owner.

my first visit was very good. I enjoyed selecting my dress. Where this vendor is lacking is n the alterations. I had my dress altered at an extra cost of more than $200. The dress came from manufacturer with beads missing off of the top. I was charged extra to sew the beads on that should have already been on the dress. Then the did not steam the dress before trying to alter it. At the time of the wedding when the dress was steamed the under layer of the dress was two inches longer than the tulle on the top layer of the dress. There was no way to fix it in time for the wedding ceremony. I was a terrible mess and a waste of $1500. I would not recommend this vendor or their alteration person.

Touch of Class helped me find my dream wedding gown at an amazing price! They also altered it from a much larger size down for me to fit perfectly which was no easy task! I also got my bridesmaids' gowns and all suits for the groom and groomsmen from them. Everything was absolutely perfect and I could not be more pleased with the staff and the selection. Skip the big box stores and get something that looks like it came from a big city boutique but for a much better price!

All of our guys got everything from touch of class, and they have great stuff for great prices!! They are wonderful people to work with!!

When picking up our tuxedos, the employee did not giving us our shoes. Once I went back to the store to pick up our shoes, we had the wrong groom's shoes in our box of shoes. The employee did not notice this when handing me the box. I had to point out to her that we had a different groom's shoes in our box. After a call to the company they ordered through, we were able to pick the shoes up the next day. In the end, we got what we wanted, but make sure you throughly check the names and tags on your items.

This is a small dress shop in Branson, but elegant none the less. The employees were extremely helpful and personal. They even worked late altering my dress. I tried on many dresses and they were excited with every one. They even dressed me up with accesories. I was very pleased with the professionalism I experienced here. Everything was reasonably priced as well.
