Touched by Time Wedding & Events

and beyond to make our day perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—elegant, romantic, and full of charm. Every corner was picture-perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the atmosphere. What really stood out was the level of care and attention we received. The team was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail came together smoothly. We felt supported every step of the way, and on the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Our hearts are so full, and we can’t imagine having celebrated anywhere else. If you're looking for a venue that’s beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable—this is the one!

and instantly felt welcomed heard and valued. Of all the venues I looked at this was the first one where they showed us through the whole venue and even sat for 1-2 hours after asking questions and answering my questions as well. I honestly can not thank them enough for all that they have done and how amazing my wedding day turned out

pectful manner, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, Kelly, the on-site coordinator, was a true professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly so that my husband and I could simply relax and be pampered. The quality of their work was stunning and beautiful, creating an atmosphere that was truly special and memorable for all of our guests. I cannot recommend Touched by Time Weddings and Events highly enough - if you haven't booked with them yet, you are truly missing out on a wonderful wedding experience.

windows, the stacked stone fireplace, the chandeliers. The attention to detail was next level. The bridal suite was spacious, completely adorable. One of the best venues in the area.

hings were constantly changing. They were kind and easy to talk to for any questions I had. A lot of my guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to! Their green velvet couch was gorgeous for one of my lounge areas!! Their partner company Trailer Gypsies Photo-booth was a hit with all of the guests and a fun way to give everyone a memory from the wedding, including a duplicate for the bride & groom to keep in a photo album! From the vintage furniture, chandeliers, romantic candle votives, and every little detail my wedding was STUNNING!!! Thank you Nancy & Kelly!! I highly recommend them for any future bride looking to have her dream wedding!

and passion for weddings is truly amazing! I could not wait for the wedding as the bride started planning with them. All my son asked for was an In-N-Out truck, lol!! As I walked into the wedding venue it was honestly breathtaking. Guests were greeted with cold water, hand sanitizer, and children’s goodie bags on a beautiful Victorian desk with pictures of the Bride and Groom. Another set up had soft fragrant rose petals wrapped up in little maps for a rose petal toss. (The couple loves to travel!) Vintage frames with script chalk writing were throughout the venue and one that stood out to me was the entire guest list on a giant chalk board frame!! They set up special seating for the parents and grandparents with comfortable vintage couches and fancy chairs. We all felt so special! We faced an arch of greenery and roses weaved with a lovely light and airy fabric. Placed below the arch was a gorgeous vintage chandelier! Just beautiful!! An unforgettable backdrop as they exchanged their vows. Fast forward to the reception the Bride and Groom entered below sparklers held by the guests. There were stunning lounge set ups, flowers everywhere, soft flowing drapery, lovely table settings with gorgeous fine china, blush velvet tablecloths, goblets, floating candles and a very romantic sweethearts table. A remembrance table was set up for our loved ones and that meant the world to me. They set the bride up with the best vendors, from the DJ to the florist, to all the yummy desserts & appetizers everything was perfect! If I had a daughter this is everything I’d want her to have on her special day. My son and everyone else enjoyed eating their In-N-Out off the beautiful tableware. They even had the couples favorite dish, mac & cheese!! I highly recommend this company!! They have unique ideas and are very kind and reliable. They really know what they are doing and are experts in the wedding industry. Oh, I forgot to mention the photo-booth!! Every guest took home printable pictures of them posing with fun props!! The Bride and Groom got the duplicate copy as well as a message from their guests in a photo album! I could just go on and on with all the details. It’s been 10 months, but as you can tell I’m still on cloud nine. Thank you Nancy and Kelly for all your hard work!!! I’ll never forget this special day!

n and make it come to life perfectly. Nancy and Kelly have a wonderful connection with other vendors which made finding the right photographer, Dj and food vendors so easy. I absolutely loved planning my wedding with them. They took care of so many of the small details that truly made planning enjoyable. On the day of Kelly knew where everyone needed to be and when. As a bride she is the best right hand woman to make your day beautiful. I can’t say enough how amazing they are.

bles, etc) for our big day! I cannot get over how great the whole process was. She really captured exactly what we had imagined! An absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to all of my million questions. I would recommend them to anyway planning an event in the area!

ce and charm at the venue. Every step of the way in the wedding process, they were there for me to answer questions and make decision making easier. The day-of they always were two steps ahead making the whole day a breeze. Best decision you could do is to hire these two!! Everyone said our wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I can definitely say it was thanks to Nancy and Kelly 😄

as well as decor for the sweetheart table, dessert table ect. Kelly and her mom were so helpful during my time of stressed and came up with some beautiful unique ideas for my BoHo theme wedding. Upon arrival they set everything thing up the way I envisioned it. They were Reliable and trustable and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their rentals are always the talk of everyone celebration.

weet. We got an adorable lounge set for the outdoor part of our reception. Not only was it a hit, but we and our guests got such beautiful photos on it. Better than just regular photos! They accessorized the furniture beautifully, and they really know what they are doing. Highly recommend these two ladies :)

tra mile to make sure that everything is perfect for your wedding and that you're getting a unique set-up that captures the vision of your theme & color schemes! They really out- did themselves with every aspect of decor they provided us at our wedding!

s and helping us decide on the pieces to use. Everything looked absolutely gorgeous at the reception. My daughter was so happy with it all!

erfect and it was because of these ladies. Every detail of our wants/needs were listened to, noted and it showed in their delivery. We are so thankful to have found Touched by Time, they really helped make our dream wedding become reality!

nough for everything she has done! Thanks to her and her team, our wedding was a lot more elegant than I ever expected! I highly recommend Nancy and her team for any of your events that you need rentals for!

o much even when I just added their sweetheart setup in less than a week before my wedding day. Out of all the vendors I had for my wedding day Touched By Time were the best!! I would totally recommend them for anyone who is looking for a little vintage touch in their wedding. You won’t regret it!

dding. They didn't have something that I needed in all the right sizes so they made more of them. They set up all their items at the venue exactly how you need them. Everything turned out perfect!

the bohemian rugs we rented for the ceremony aisle, to the 3 differently styled lounge setups, to the guest book table, to the sweetheart table, every single detail was truly extraordinary! We have gotten so many compliments on the decor for our wedding, and so much of that was due to this awesome business. Nancy and Kelly, thank you so much for making our dream wedding come true, with your excellent eye for aesthetics, your professionalism, endless creativity, and kindness! We are forever grateful!

on and passion. Every detail was perfect. I am not the kind of person who can easily “let the reigns go” but after meeting with them to talk it through, I knew we were in great hands. We are forever grateful for the time and effort they put into our day. It felt like we had friends planning for us. I can’t say enough good things about them!! Love them!!

met, I only had the venue picked, no other vendors, and was having a tough time communicating my vision to the venue. I really wanted a more laid-back experience for our guests - not a formal sit down and not a banquet style. Nancy & Kelly's stunning vintage pieces throughout the venue really made the whole thing come together. They listened carefully and thoroughly. They wrote everything down and didn't forget one detail. I shopped around another vendor or two for rental furniture in the Temecula area - Touched By Time is very reasonable & includes all of the decor pieces with the lounge set-ups. I was so happy with them that I also signed on for Kelly coordinating 6-weeks out before the wedding. Best decision!! They really made everything go so seamlessly and even helped me change into my "after party" boots as we left the venue. They went above & beyond and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out.

s awesome. I either text ,called or emailed them. Anytime I had a question or they added little things to my order that would complete my decor it was flawless. They even added things with out charging me. I feel it was such a great price and the beauty of my wedding was due to them. The farm tables, my amazing sweetheart table, omg my donut wall was sooooo cute ! My lounge area that everyone loved and sat at, my gorgeous entry doors and galvanized buckets with my baby’s breath. Everything was just so amazing and beautiful. They were so helpful day of wedding , setting everything up and making sure it was perfect for us.

easy & everything looks beautiful!

figure out what I liked and didn’t like and pulled my vision together into the most perfect day! I started with just an inquiry, unsure of what I wanted in regards to rentals and without any design aesthetic myself, I had no idea what colors I wanted. I described things that felt whimsical and looked soft and romantic and Nancy and Kelly took my words and send me photos of some wonderful pieces they had. They both worked closely with me to help me narrow down my vision and even expand on it. They sourced the most PERFECT donut wall that was even better than I dreamed of. They had the frame, a wonderful vintage find, and worked with Nancy’s husband to put a peg backing on it and had him make matching dowels to display even more donuts on for me! I was blown away! They tied it together with a fun marquee “DONUTS” sign and beautiful glass and gold cake stands, blush pearl beading and gold mercury votives. It was the prettiest dessert display that lured our guests into the Stone House for some delicious sweets! Additionally, once I got my vision together, Kelly knew I wanted a soft blush couch, one way or another. She kept an eye out as they are always adding new pieces to their collection or refurbishing old ones, and she sent me photos of lots of choices until we found the most perfect look! I couldn’t be happier! We did two lounges, one inside the Stone House and one outside. Each had blush elements and kept with the whimsical vibe by adding glamours decanters and gold mismatched picture frames or stacked trunks and a crystal chandelier lamp. It was a dream come true and all our guests could not stop saying how it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever seen. I needed to rent an Arbor or something to stand by for our ceremony. Nancy and Kelly had the most perfect arch and paired it with a crystal chandelier to add a little glitz and glam to our special moment. It was perfect! Our sweetheart table was another creative vision. I wanted nothing distracting from my hubby and I but still wanted the romantic vibe there too. Kelly pulled he most comfortable wing back white chairs with a soft fur plush white and glitter pillows. She decorated the table with beautiful vintage china, charger plates, gold and crystal goblets a darling “Mr. & Mrs.” sign and blush pearl beads for a romantic touch. It was stunning and made our first meal as husband and wife so special. The entire team that supports Nancy and Kelly at Touched by Time deserves 10 Stars if I could give them. We were over the moon with how our wedding day turned out and it would not have been possible with this wonderful team of vendors at Touched by Time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

feel adequate. We had an emergency need for a wedding coordinator, and Nancy and Kelly went FAR above and beyond by stepping in to fill this void without hesitation. In addition to operating the photo booth (which was a HUGE hit with our guests), they made sure my new wife and I were taken care of during dinner, cut our cake and ensured that it was served, and came out the next morning to tear down right on schedule. They were absolute champions throughout, significantly lowered our stress levels, and were also just wonderful to be around - smiling and calm the entire time. Use Touched by Time. Period. Vidya and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
