I called again today, April 23rd and spoke to Toula to ask if I could be refunded. She told me she went ahead and ordered all of the dresses. Now I’ll have to go pick up this dress when it comes in that was ordered AFTER I told her the wedding was off. I’m completely displeased with this customer service and will tell everyone I know to never step foot in her shop. Anybody with the slightest bit of common sense would have inquired about a wedding that she was informed was called off before placing the remaining dress orders totaling over $3,000. Apparently, it was more important for Toula to make money off of all of us knowing she would be ordering dresses we’ll never wear now. Thanks Toula.

ed to see it in white before ordering, Toula made it happen. She had the gown flown in! She was very patient with my daughter and we never felt rushed to make a decision. When the fire at the bridal salon occurred the day before my daughters first fitting we panicked but Toula again made sure my daughter looked like a princess on her wedding day. We loved Toula’s personalized service that we drove the hour and half to Canfield to find a dress for the rehearsal diner that she even took to her honeymoon and again to order my mother of the bride dress. An Amazing Place with Amazing People to make such an important purchase! Thank you Toula!

try on a few different dresses and I had my wedding dress picked out within 30 minutes. The plaza where the shop was located had a fire which I had not realized since I had moved out of the area. She was able to save all the purchased dresses and had them cleaned! I can't imagine her presence of mind during that kind of stress to do something like that for all of us, but I'm so thankful she did! Some of the alterations that we had talked about didn't get finished by my pickup date due to having to move to a temporary location. Toula stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to finish the alterations so I wouldn't have to make the 4 hour drive again during the week. She is a truly wonderful person and goes out of her way to help others. I don't know the future of the shop, but if you are getting married I would highly suggest calling to see what she has available.

She is not pushy, she lets you take your time and try on as many dresses as you want. I actually wandered into Toula’s by mistake. At the time I was looking for a specific dress designer, I was stressed out and put the wrong address in my GPS. She didn’t carry the designer but, I winded up finding my dream dress there! Toula went above and beyond. Took me in, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. 6 Weeks before my wedding, the day before my first fitting dress. A random act of God happened and her store was in a fire. I got a call in the morning and was unable to have my first fitting. She assured me that there was no damage done to my dress. I was freaking out naturally as it was 6 weeks before the wedding and was concerned regarding the dress. Toula managed to work magic with her Kenneth Winston rep and get me a BRAND NEW wedding dress on such short notice. I wanted customized buttons to the white (pure white) wedding dress I ordered. She got me the exact dress I initially ordered in again, my wedding dress was in 10 days before my wedding and Toula went out of her way to make sure all my fittings were done and didn’t conflict with my work schedule. I had such a good experience with her, my mom ordered her mother of the bride gown with her and I even ordered my rehearsal dinner dress through her. This was before the fire, I felt that great about her even. Go visit Toula, the dress selection is huge and her customer service is beyond amazing. She is like the Fairy godmother of Bridal gowns. She will help you figure out exactly what your looking for and does not pressure you like other salons sometimes do. She does not charge you a bridal fee like other salons or for alternations. She will make sure that your dress is absolutely perfect under any circumstances and has almost every designer you can ever imagine!

terally 4 days away, and explained the situation. I’m not a high maintenance girl, so i didn’t want to be a bother about a dress. These glorious humans let me try on every single dress in the store. Now I will comment that it is a tad overwhelming to be helped at such lengths, but they truly want the best for you, and want you to be happy. I found a dress, and Toula came right in, put some pins in it and told me to come back on Thursday. I went back Thursday, and it fit like a dream. Truly the greatest day of my entire life and the dress truly made that the highest point. I have never felt more loved, and cared about than i did in that room trying on dresses. It was so hectic for me and I never felt worried, at all. Myrna, a dress consultant in the store, just kept telling me, “Don’t worry, Toula will fix it!” And I truly now know that. Toula and her staff made everything absolutely perfect for me on my perfect day. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Truly felt like a million dollars, was treated like a princess each time I was in the store! On the day i picked it up, Toula even hand stitched a small detail for me while i waited. Made sure i understand the workings of the bustle, and made sure i could move and be free and happy! And even got some suggestions for a honeymoon! If you’re feeling unsure, this is a wonderful, stress relieving place to end your search. Love love love to this place and the obstacles it overcame for me. Forever indebted to this place.

I do not give them my business. First, the consult spent no time in listening to what I wanted and as soon as I walked in just said I would look great in a certain style and started pulling dresses. Every single dress I put on she was pushy, saying I looked gorgeous with no real feedback....sorry but I want honestly not you to feed my ego. When I said I was not making a decision today and would bring my family back she was pushy in getting me to leave and her attitude quickly changed...I was there for less than an hour! I asked several times to try a dress I saw on the rack in a different style and she wouldnt let me! Instead she said I could when I came back but she reluctantly pulled a similar one. That one i loved..although not in the style she wanted. With me buying it somewhere else she will not need to pull the dress that she said I could try on when I came back because that will not be happening.

can't find your dream dress here! Toula also did a beautiful job on all of the alterations my dress required. My dress required a lot of work especially because I did not want a train and her work was flawless. If you want a fancy salon this is probably not the place for you but if you want a large dress selection and perfect alterations come to Toula's!

for me even though I was sure it was everything I didn't want but she told me to just try it and she was right. They were very accommodating for my visit, I was running late to my appointment and not only was this no problem, they also kept the shop open after closing time so I could finish my appointment. The reason I am giving them 3 stars was because there was some miscommunication as to when I planned to pick up my dress (they did not have me on the calendar at the initial date we discussed) and they did not finish altering my dress. I live about an hour away from the shop so when I got home noticed I had a piece of lace hanging over my hem line that was not fixed, driving another 2 hrs round trip was not an option due to time constraints. Thankfully my brother-in-law's mother was able to easily fix this.

o made me feel so special when choosing gowns that were exactly my style. When Mirna found a dress that I LOVED, but was a bit over budget, she called Toula to see what she could do. Toula came in (even though she wasn't in the office at that time) and gave me a discount plus free alterations! Toula runs an honest small business and both she and Mirna were genuinely interested in helping me find my ideal dress. I can't wait to see them again for alterations!

that Toula's was the closest bridal salon that carried all of the designers collections so I gave them a call hoping that they had this dress. Mirna answered the phone and I explained that I just really needed to try on this dress and asked if they had it. As it turned out they had ordered the dress but it wouldn't be in until March (My wedding is in November) Mirna and Toula worked their magic and managed to get the dress in the shop 3 weeks later! They called me right away and told me it was in and I scheduled my appointment to try it on. When I got there I was so warmly welcomed and of course the dress was everything I imagined and more. They were so thorough in explaining all the options for the dress and gave their opinions on which veils and hairpieces would look best and they really spent a lot of time and attention to make sure I was going to look my best. I am so glad I made the 2 hour trip to Toula' s. If you're looking for an awesome selection of dresses I HIGHLY recommend Toula's. I can't thank them enough for helping me get my dream dress!!!

ever get couture dresses like Eve of Milady & anywhere else! She is the most amazing seamstress - she took apart my junior bridesmaid dress and ordered extra fabric so the dress would fit her! The ladies (especially Kathy) go above and beyond in service! They aren't trying to sell you on anything and truly treat you like family. Toula is extremely professional and knows so much more than the average bridal salon. I ordered my dress from her when the original bridal store I went to was closing and she got it for me and my bridesmaid, junior bridesmaid and flower girl dresses! You will never have better service and quality products like Toula's Bridal! I would recommend her to all Ohio and out of state brides! Plus her prom and mother of the bride collections are outstanding! I'm sad that my wedding is about to be over because I will miss the girls at Toula's so much!

customer with the best service. It is sad to say but it is hard to find excellent customer service in any capacity these days but when I go to Toulas I always know I will be taken care of. I'd hand her my business over any other bridal/special occasions store solely because of the heart and soul I know she puts into her business. Her staff is also loyal, inviting, and always strives to do their best. The inventory is incredible and they continue to get the latest and newest designs.

Every single dress I tried on was, "oh honey you're stunning, this is the one!" until I tried the next one on. A bride deserves a little honesty when it comes to the biggest day of her entire life. I honestly don't understand how they have managed to stay open as long as they have. Every bride/bridesmaid that I have ever talked to about Toula's has had a similar experience - nothing but BAD stories to share! They don't care about creating the best possible experience for a bride, but rather all they care about is making money. They overcharged bridesmaids (who have ordered the SAME dress, yet somehow charged a different price?), refused to refund money, put stipulations on what a bride could use her STORE CREDIT on, etc. I cannot stress it enough - STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!! If I could only go back in time I would have gone to where I found my wedding dress that I actually wore FIRST. It would have saved me a whole lot of money, tears, and anxiety!

ind my dream dress even though I didn't know what I wanted! We loved them so much my sister just got her wedding gown from Toulas!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

curves. I was looking for something different and elegant but still not as expensive as some of the designer shows you see on tv. I walked in and explained what I was looking for and within 4 dresses she pulled an Allure Romance dress that my mother, sister and I all walked past on the hanger. I could not fit into the trial dress, so she put me in a different dress that I could fit into that would have the same shape as the Allure. Then they clipped it on the front and pulled it tight for me to see what I would look like. It felt PERFECT even though I couldn't get into the size 8. The color looked great on me and the lace was exactly what I came in asking for. I ordered the dress without even getting into it. It came in 10 months later and I was so excited it felt just as good as she said it would. ALL IN ALL they know their product. They know what looks good on who. They center on you; giving you options and listening to what you like and don't like. They know how to make you beautiful even if you think there's nothing that will. THANK YOU TOULA for all your help and expertise. I can't wait for my wedding day!
