Toula was my hype woman when we went dress shopping. I went with my mom, FMIL, & MOH, and we had so much fun! Not only did Toula help me find my absolute dream dress, but she did all of the alterations as well, which included the usual hemming along with adding appliques to the sides of my dress. Her alteration skills are nothing short of impressive, & I'm so thankful I found out about her shop. I live in Akron, so it was a drive every time to get there, but it was so worth it!!!

Myself and 9 other girls ordered $300+ bridesmaid dresses from here. I called and spoke to Toula on March 30th to check if my dress was ordered and she said it was not. I then responded with “I’m glad it isn’t ordered, the wedding has been called off and I won’t be needing the dress anymore.” Mind you, Toula called me in February to have me pay the dress off even though it still wasn’t ordered by the end of March. I called again today, April 23rd and spoke to Toula to ask if I could be refunded. She told me she went ahead and ordered all of the dresses. Now I’ll have to go pick up this dress when it comes in that was ordered AFTER I told her the wedding was off. I’m completely displeased with this customer service and will tell everyone I know to never step foot in her shop. Anybody with the slightest bit of common sense would have inquired about a wedding that she was informed was called off before placing the remaining dress orders totaling over $3,000. Apparently, it was more important for Toula to make money off of all of us knowing she would be ordering dresses we’ll never wear now. Thanks Toula.

Toula and Kathy are amazing!! Me and my fiancé switched our date to a couple months earlier and these ladies were so supportive and did everything they can to get me my dress on time. I will recommend them to every bride that’s looking for a dress.

Toula and her staff are wonderful!!!! Toula helped my daughter find her dream gown, the color was champagne and my daughter really wanted white. When we told Toula she really wanted to see it in white before ordering, Toula made it happen. She had the gown flown in! She was very patient with my daughter and we never felt rushed to make a decision. When the fire at the bridal salon occurred the day before my daughters first fitting we panicked but Toula again made sure my daughter looked like a princess on her wedding day. We loved Toula’s personalized service that we drove the hour and half to Canfield to find a dress for the rehearsal diner that she even took to her honeymoon and again to order my mother of the bride dress. An Amazing Place with Amazing People to make such an important purchase! Thank you Toula!

Toula is wonderful! My mom and I stopped in to look for dresses one afternoon. I had not really thought about what I wanted, but she knew exactly what styles would work. She had me try on a few different dresses and I had my wedding dress picked out within 30 minutes. The plaza where the shop was located had a fire which I had not realized since I had moved out of the area. She was able to save all the purchased dresses and had them cleaned! I can't imagine her presence of mind during that kind of stress to do something like that for all of us, but I'm so thankful she did! Some of the alterations that we had talked about didn't get finished by my pickup date due to having to move to a temporary location. Toula stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to finish the alterations so I wouldn't have to make the 4 hour drive again during the week. She is a truly wonderful person and goes out of her way to help others. I don't know the future of the shop, but if you are getting married I would highly suggest calling to see what she has available.

Toula is amazing! There are not enough words to describe how kind and helpful she is. She can actually do the impossible! She has the biggest selection of dresses you can imagine. She is not pushy, she lets you take your time and try on as many dresses as you want. I actually wandered into Toula’s by mistake. At the time I was looking for a specific dress designer, I was stressed out and put the wrong address in my GPS. She didn’t carry the designer but, I winded up finding my dream dress there! Toula went above and beyond. Took me in, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. 6 Weeks before my wedding, the day before my first fitting dress. A random act of God happened and her store was in a fire. I got a call in the morning and was unable to have my first fitting. She assured me that there was no damage done to my dress. I was freaking out naturally as it was 6 weeks before the wedding and was concerned regarding the dress. Toula managed to work magic with her Kenneth Winston rep and get me a BRAND NEW wedding dress on such short notice. I wanted customized buttons to the white (pure white) wedding dress I ordered. She got me the exact dress I initially ordered in again, my wedding dress was in 10 days before my wedding and Toula went out of her way to make sure all my fittings were done and didn’t conflict with my work schedule. I had such a good experience with her, my mom ordered her mother of the bride gown with her and I even ordered my rehearsal dinner dress through her. This was before the fire, I felt that great about her even. Go visit Toula, the dress selection is huge and her customer service is beyond amazing. She is like the Fairy godmother of Bridal gowns. She will help you figure out exactly what your looking for and does not pressure you like other salons sometimes do. She does not charge you a bridal fee like other salons or for alternations. She will make sure that your dress is absolutely perfect under any circumstances and has almost every designer you can ever imagine!

If you’re looking for an amazing wedding gown accompanied by an owner along with her staff who actually CARE about you, then look no further!!! I got my gorgeous bridal gown from Toula’s! Toula was amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her! From the moment I walked into her store, until my last fitting when I took my gown home, she cared!! I highly recommend her!!! Toula's was amazing to me. When i went in to price dresses she put me in exactly what i asked for and she wasn't afraid to tell me when a dress didn't look right. Toula actually pulled a dress I had overlooked because i was adamant on not wanting white even though it was the designer i wanted. She helped me alter it to my dream dress and i absolutely loved the care and service that her and the other ladies gave me.

Toula is absolutely wonderful! She’s a miracle worker with her dresses and everyone at her store is a delight to work with! Best decision I made was going there! I loved my dress and the experience that she gave! One of a kind, amazing woman! We love her!

So I already had a dress for my wedding. Two weeks, to the day, before my big day, my seamstress tells me to get a new dress. I walked into Toula’s the Monday before my wedding, literally 4 days away, and explained the situation. I’m not a high maintenance girl, so i didn’t want to be a bother about a dress. These glorious humans let me try on every single dress in the store. Now I will comment that it is a tad overwhelming to be helped at such lengths, but they truly want the best for you, and want you to be happy. I found a dress, and Toula came right in, put some pins in it and told me to come back on Thursday. I went back Thursday, and it fit like a dream. Truly the greatest day of my entire life and the dress truly made that the highest point. I have never felt more loved, and cared about than i did in that room trying on dresses. It was so hectic for me and I never felt worried, at all. Myrna, a dress consultant in the store, just kept telling me, “Don’t worry, Toula will fix it!” And I truly now know that. Toula and her staff made everything absolutely perfect for me on my perfect day. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Truly felt like a million dollars, was treated like a princess each time I was in the store! On the day i picked it up, Toula even hand stitched a small detail for me while i waited. Made sure i understand the workings of the bustle, and made sure i could move and be free and happy! And even got some suggestions for a honeymoon! If you’re feeling unsure, this is a wonderful, stress relieving place to end your search. Love love love to this place and the obstacles it overcame for me. Forever indebted to this place.

Although they DO have a great selection of dresses STAY away...I actually did find my dress there but have spent the time to find another store although further away that has it so I do not give them my business. First, the consult spent no time in listening to what I wanted and as soon as I walked in just said I would look great in a certain style and started pulling dresses. Every single dress I put on she was pushy, saying I looked gorgeous with no real feedback....sorry but I want honestly not you to feed my ego. When I said I was not making a decision today and would bring my family back she was pushy in getting me to leave and her attitude quickly changed...I was there for less than an hour! I asked several times to try a dress I saw on the rack in a different style and she wouldnt let me! Instead she said I could when I came back but she reluctantly pulled a similar one. That one i loved..although not in the style she wanted. With me buying it somewhere else she will not need to pull the dress that she said I could try on when I came back because that will not be happening.

I found the most FABULOUS dress thanks to Toula and her staff! The salon may not be super fancy when you walk in but they have such a large/great selection that there is no way you can't find your dream dress here! Toula also did a beautiful job on all of the alterations my dress required. My dress required a lot of work especially because I did not want a train and her work was flawless. If you want a fancy salon this is probably not the place for you but if you want a large dress selection and perfect alterations come to Toula's!

Toula's was the last shop I went to in my long hunt to find a wedding dress. I LOVED my dress and I would not have even tried it on if it was not for Patty! She pulled this dress for me even though I was sure it was everything I didn't want but she told me to just try it and she was right. They were very accommodating for my visit, I was running late to my appointment and not only was this no problem, they also kept the shop open after closing time so I could finish my appointment. The reason I am giving them 3 stars was because there was some miscommunication as to when I planned to pick up my dress (they did not have me on the calendar at the initial date we discussed) and they did not finish altering my dress. I live about an hour away from the shop so when I got home noticed I had a piece of lace hanging over my hem line that was not fixed, driving another 2 hrs round trip was not an option due to time constraints. Thankfully my brother-in-law's mother was able to easily fix this.

Toula's is a hidden gem in Canfield, Ohio. I had brought in some example pictures and a limited budget, and Mirna knew exactly how to help. She was honest about the pricing but also made me feel so special when choosing gowns that were exactly my style. When Mirna found a dress that I LOVED, but was a bit over budget, she called Toula to see what she could do. Toula came in (even though she wasn't in the office at that time) and gave me a discount plus free alterations! Toula runs an honest small business and both she and Mirna were genuinely interested in helping me find my ideal dress. I can't wait to see them again for alterations!

Where do I even begin... I found a dress online that I knew right away was THE dress but my area is very limited in bridal gown options. I looked on the designers website and saw that Toula's was the closest bridal salon that carried all of the designers collections so I gave them a call hoping that they had this dress. Mirna answered the phone and I explained that I just really needed to try on this dress and asked if they had it. As it turned out they had ordered the dress but it wouldn't be in until March (My wedding is in November) Mirna and Toula worked their magic and managed to get the dress in the shop 3 weeks later! They called me right away and told me it was in and I scheduled my appointment to try it on. When I got there I was so warmly welcomed and of course the dress was everything I imagined and more. They were so thorough in explaining all the options for the dress and gave their opinions on which veils and hairpieces would look best and they really spent a lot of time and attention to make sure I was going to look my best. I am so glad I made the 2 hour trip to Toula' s. If you're looking for an awesome selection of dresses I HIGHLY recommend Toula's. I can't thank them enough for helping me get my dream dress!!!

I had the most amazing experience buying my wedding gown at Toulas. The owner Toula personally worked with me to find my dress. She listened to what I wanted and every dress she pulled fit my body type and my vision of the perfect gown. The worst part was I wanted every dress and couldn’t have them all! She had such a beautiful array of dresses. I would recommend everyone who wants a beautiful day dress and amazing experience to go to Toulas! Thank you Toula for the being a beautifully soul.

Toula and her girls are the BEST! I'm from the west side of Cleveland and came to Canfield because Toula carries the most bridal collections over anyone in Northeast Ohio! You'll never get couture dresses like Eve of Milady & anywhere else! She is the most amazing seamstress - she took apart my junior bridesmaid dress and ordered extra fabric so the dress would fit her! The ladies (especially Kathy) go above and beyond in service! They aren't trying to sell you on anything and truly treat you like family. Toula is extremely professional and knows so much more than the average bridal salon. I ordered my dress from her when the original bridal store I went to was closing and she got it for me and my bridesmaid, junior bridesmaid and flower girl dresses! You will never have better service and quality products like Toula's Bridal! I would recommend her to all Ohio and out of state brides! Plus her prom and mother of the bride collections are outstanding! I'm sad that my wedding is about to be over because I will miss the girls at Toula's so much!

Toulas Bridal has been very good to me, my family, and friends over the years. Toula is one of a kind in my opinion. She is caring, loyal, hard working and strives to provide each customer with the best service. It is sad to say but it is hard to find excellent customer service in any capacity these days but when I go to Toulas I always know I will be taken care of. I'd hand her my business over any other bridal/special occasions store solely because of the heart and soul I know she puts into her business. Her staff is also loyal, inviting, and always strives to do their best. The inventory is incredible and they continue to get the latest and newest designs.

Toula's is great! I was set on the first dress I tried on elsewhere and mother convinced me to go to Toula's before deciding- I am so glad I did! Dresses were amazing, and alterations were included in the price! They were always friendly and helpful.

Toula's is the only place to go in the Youngstown area. Along with the rest of her staff, Toula has impeccable taste (Pronovia's are her fave-- say no more) and will give you her honest opinion of each dress you try on. She is so much fun, is extremely helpful, and her dress selection is the best. Seriously, the best. I have been to other salons in this area and their selections pale in comparison to Toula's. And she even helped my mom pick out her wedding dress 26 years ago. GO TO TOULA!!!

I am so happy I went here to find my perfect dress! I was engaged in November and am getting married this Saturday March 18th and they did everything they could to rush my dress here and keep it within my budget. They are amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and allowed me time to decide if the dress was right for me! I was able to find a beautiful dress, my headpiece, and a veil! I can not wait to wear it all in August!

Toula's is the best place to find a dress for any special occasion. I purchased my prom dress there in 2006, and now ten years later I purchased my wedding gown (and two other dresses!). The selection of dresses can't be beat and Toula herself is the master of alterations. My wedding was less than 1 month away and Toula was a miracle worker with my gown. Toula and her ladies are very sweet and provide excellent service to find your perfect gown.

Stay away from here!! This store is awful if you want to make shopping for a wedding dress a great experience. I left the store in tears! The staff was no help and only worried about putting the dresses back in their spots. My sister and friend had to help me in and out of the dresses also had to clamp them ourselves. No customer service at all! Don't let this store ruin you once in a life time experience

I bought all of my prom dresses at Toula's, so of course I put them on my list for wedding dresses. I shopped in Pittsburgh, but found that Toula had a better selection and much better prices, plus alterations included! Toula and Mirna were so helpful and friendly -- there was no "stuffiness" that other bridal shops are notorious for. I can't recommend their shop enough!

Toula took wonderful care of us! We got my dress, my mother and maid of honor's dresses here. We had some timing and fitting complications, but they took care of everything and I trusted them completely.

I cannot express how amazing , helpful and awesome toulas is ! I had bought multiple prom dresses from her and decided to go there for my wedding dress too. I was nothing short of thrilled and impressed with the selection she had a the amazing staff. Patty helped me specifically and toula and the other girls were always there to help or give an honest opinion ! I ended up saying "yes to the dress" and I couldn't be more thrilled with what I got ! Can't stress enough , this is the one stop dress shop !!! Love them!!

Stay FAR away.. A lot of these reviews are complete bogus.. go check reviews on YP... The service is horrible and they are rude! Cant believe I even took bridesmaids there and wanted to give them the business. They were sooo snooty- we didnt buy a thing and went elsewhere. The shop is not that nice and neither are the people.

Did they pay people to leave nice reviews? This is the absolute WORST bridal establishment that I've ever been to. My experience was an absolute nightmare. The staff at Toula's are extremely RUDE & pushy. They will tell you that EVERY gown looks beautiful on you just to make a sale, especially the owner! I'm not kidding! Every single dress I tried on was, "oh honey you're stunning, this is the one!" until I tried the next one on. A bride deserves a little honesty when it comes to the biggest day of her entire life. I honestly don't understand how they have managed to stay open as long as they have. Every bride/bridesmaid that I have ever talked to about Toula's has had a similar experience - nothing but BAD stories to share! They don't care about creating the best possible experience for a bride, but rather all they care about is making money. They overcharged bridesmaids (who have ordered the SAME dress, yet somehow charged a different price?), refused to refund money, put stipulations on what a bride could use her STORE CREDIT on, etc. I cannot stress it enough - STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!! If I could only go back in time I would have gone to where I found my wedding dress that I actually wore FIRST. It would have saved me a whole lot of money, tears, and anxiety!

Incredible! This place was the best. I went to several shops before Toula's and her shop made my experience so great. I felt right at home. I was not overwhelmed or frustrated. They were kind, not pushy, and helped cater to me! They found the perfect dress for me at a reasonable price. I've gone to Toulas for high school dresses and I just knew I had to go there for my wedding dress! They were so kind and made me feel at home each time I went in! They helped me find my dream dress even though I didn't know what I wanted! We loved them so much my sister just got her wedding gown from Toulas!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Toula's bridal and formal store is one of the best around. I had shopped at different shops in the area and hadn't found anything that was outstanding and flattering on my larger curves. I was looking for something different and elegant but still not as expensive as some of the designer shows you see on tv. I walked in and explained what I was looking for and within 4 dresses she pulled an Allure Romance dress that my mother, sister and I all walked past on the hanger. I could not fit into the trial dress, so she put me in a different dress that I could fit into that would have the same shape as the Allure. Then they clipped it on the front and pulled it tight for me to see what I would look like. It felt PERFECT even though I couldn't get into the size 8. The color looked great on me and the lace was exactly what I came in asking for. I ordered the dress without even getting into it. It came in 10 months later and I was so excited it felt just as good as she said it would. ALL IN ALL they know their product. They know what looks good on who. They center on you; giving you options and listening to what you like and don't like. They know how to make you beautiful even if you think there's nothing that will. THANK YOU TOULA for all your help and expertise. I can't wait for my wedding day!

I found a dress that I loved at another shop and Toula's was able to order it for me. It was perfect! Mirna and Toula are both so sweet and wonderful to work with. I also found my bridesmaid dresses here too and they were so elegant! Had a great experience here!

I initially tried on my dress at a different boutique and loved it. My mom and I were so impressed with the service, friendliness (Toula and Cathy), and overall skill we decided to order that same dress through Toula. Alterations were included and they did an amazing job fitting the dress (2 fittings). We loved this place so much that my mom also ordered her dress through them and is bringing back her sister. The selection that they have is phenomenal-- and I would recommend this to any bride!

Toula and staff were happy to assist me in finding the perfect gown for my wedding day. They asked questions to help find out what I was looking for and worked with my to stay within my budget. I ended up with an absolutely beautiful gown for a great price. I also got the alterations done at Toula's and they did a fantastic job, the dress fit wonderfully. When I noticed that one of the crystals fell off of my dress after I had gotten it home, I called and they told me to turn right back around and immediately replaced it for me! I assumed searching for a wedding dress was going to be long drawn out process, but I was wrong!! These ladies truly made my dreams come true. I am a bride with a bit of an unconventional situation. My groom and I are already legally married, and we have a beautiful two year old daughter.He and I have finally reached a point in our lives that accomodates our BIG FAT church wedding with the reception and all the trimmings.Some people, and some of the bridal shops treated me as if my wedding was a second wedding, an afterthought, or simply not as precious and important as if I was "really getting married". At Toula's , I was treated as a girl getting married, a girl with a dream, a girl who is a BRIDE. My little girl calls Toula "Yia Yia" ( Greek for Grandmother). The first dress I selected turned out to be recently discontinued, so the ladies lovingly walked me through two seperate additional appointments to make sure I could find "THE DRESS" all over again.This was not easy because I am a spastic, indecisive, perfectionist, but my consultant, Cathy, let me browse the racks at my leisure,in addition to selecting some things for me herself. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. the alterations are FREE if you spend over $1500....FREE !!!That's unheard of !! Toula's is a hidden jem tucked away in Canfield,and the selection is so vast, every current style is represented, from vintage glam to modern elegance.The quality of the gowns in stock is astounding, with REAL designer names, luxe fabrics,embelishments and accessories. I cannot sing the praises of Toula, her staff and her products enough ! The prices, service, selection, and accomadating attention to detail are unmatched. You must remember, this woman is not working for a company , this is her LIFE, this is HER store. There is LOVE in your experience at Toula's.

Toula has never steered me wrong in finding the right dress and she certainly didn't in finding my wedding gown, either! The service that is given to each individual is incomparable. They will help personally style each bride to make sure she looks perfect. The service and seamstress work are impeccable and the prices truly don't get any better. I had such an amazing experience at Toula's. I am so happy and relieved to have finally found my gown! My dress is unique and different from anything I have ever tried on. Plus only Toula's carries this designer. I do not look like every other bride. Their selection was fantastic and my consultant was so sweet and patient. I went dress shopping with just my mom and I, and we stumbled upon Toula's Bridal and Formal completely unplanned. This was my first day hunting for the right dress going to different shops just browsing. I thought my day was over finding out which dress fit my needs and wants, but then something told me to google bridal shops around where we were. Then, I landed on Toula's! At first, looking at the building, I was weary because it seemed super small. But then, as I entered into the building I was pleasantly overwhelmed with excitement on how many varieties of dresses were on the racks! The super sweet staff quickly greeted us at the door and asked all the right questions to lead me in the right direction of my dream dress. They made me feel like a princess and encouraged me to try on the dresses they had pulled which fit my idea of my dream dress. I only had to try on about 4 dresses and BOOM! I found it :-) What a wonderful experience my mom and I had together!

I worked very closely with the owner,Toula and sales consultant Kathy. They BOTH are wonderful to work with! All of the ladies in Toula's shop always greeted my mom and I with a great big smile and positive energy! Toula was the one who met with me one-on-one for each final fitting/alteration appointment. She made sure that my dress fit me perfectly! Kathy was also wonderful to work with, as I was trying to find my dream dress. She is so caring and sincere with her customer service deliverance. I have bought a prom dress, wedding dress, as well as, all of my bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Toula's without any problems.
