Andrea and her team made me (and my whole crew) feel so beautiful and elegant on my wedding day. She and another stylist did hair and makeup for my 4 bridesmaids, my SIL, my MIL, my mom, my groom (he has long hair) and my step-daughter. At both my trial and on my actual wedding day, she not only made me feel at ease, but she brought a level of peace, gentleness, and patience to everything she did. I am so thankful I went with Tousled!!

Cancelled on my wedding at 10pm the night before my wedding. Yes, you read that correctly.
Had issues with this company from the start. First Andrea is just an aggregator - she just hires out makeup and hair stylists. She cancelled on me the night before my wedding, and the person she sent to do my bridesmaids hair and makeup, never even met Andrea and spoke poorly about her business. In addition, I flew from NY to Dallas for my hair/ makeup trial. I asked Andrea (for weeks) to send me pictures of the artists she set me with, which she did not do until the day before. After looking at their work it was VERY different than what I asked for. So Andrea had to scramble to figure out how to do the hair and makeup herself. At the trial I was clearly unhappy with what she did on me, however she PROMISED, I would be happy on my actual wedding day. I engaged her nevertheless (maybe a mistake on my end) AND then she cancelled the night before CLAIMING she was sick. However, she was at a wedding the night before AND she already made many false representations. Luckily the backup person who did my hair and makeup last minute was AMAZING. Andrea is incredibly unprofessional, never offered any apology. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’m truly sorry to hear you still feel this way about your experience two years...
later, and I wish this had been brought to my attention sooner so we could have talked through it directly.
I do want to clarify a few important details for anyone reading:
Unfortunately, the night before your wedding I tested positive for COVID. I immediately notified you, apologized, and arranged a replacement so your wedding morning would still be fully covered. Your booking was not cancelled another experienced artist stepped in so your services were not affected.
Both artists assigned to your wedding day were long-time members of my team, have worked with me for years, and have always maintained professionalism. I’m sorry if anything they said was interpreted differently.
Regarding your trial, your inspiration photos were sent just a few days prior, and when you expressed that the original artist wasn’t the right fit, I personally stepped in to ensure you still received your trial on the date you were already in town for.
I’m glad to hear you loved how you and your bridal party looked on the wedding day, your photos from that morning that the stylists sent me looked beautiful and I still have those if you would like to see them.
While I understand the situation was stressful, especially with the timing of COVID, my intention was always to take care of you and make sure you were supported for your wedding day. I’m sorry that your experience didn’t feel that way to you, and I truly wish you all the best.

Seriously love Andrea and her team!!! She is so easy to work with and they do such an amazing job!!! She did my trial, my rehearsal hair, and her and Naz did my wedding hair and makeup along with my bridesmaids!!! They kill it EVERY time!!! And they are so fun to be around!!! Of all of my wedding day vendors Tousled made the biggest impression. Communication was timely and thorough with each email. Andrea was great and helped me set up an appointment for my hair and makeup trial with the stylist who would be there on my wedding day. The salon was beautiful and trial went great. On the day of no one could get a hold of the stylist. Andrea was quick to respond to my phone calls and messages and to assure me that another one of her stylists was on her way. Emily did an amazing job on my makeup and before it was even done Andrea showed up to do my hair despite being on maternity leave. I know it was not in the plan for either Emily or Andrea to be a part of my wedding day but they were so flexible and jumped in to help at a moments notice. They exceeded my expectations with my hair and makeup but even more so with their commitment to making me feel beautiful on my day. Im so thankful for both Andrea and Emily because of their help I was able to stay completely relaxed and the day went on without a hitch.

I can’t say enough great things about Monica and Mason! I’m so happy they are part of the Tousled team and we’re available to service my bridal party. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and we ended up finishing services AHEAD of schedule which blew the rest of our vendors away because who gets to be ahead of schedule on the wedding day? 😊 10/10 recommend booking Andrea and team for your big day!

When I first met Andrea at my trial, I immediately felt at ease. Not only was she super personable, I showed pictures of what I loved and she perfectly recreated it in way that suited me. Andrea stuck by me through two postponed weddings thanks to Covid and was so incredibly supportive. The day of, Andrea and Misty did the hair and make up for myself, my wedding party and some of my family. Everyone looked so beautiful! Andrea and her team were an absolute DREAM to work with. The TOUSLED ladies are not only extremely talented, but are also a joy to be around. The morning of my wedding, I was nervous and anxious as can be - being the over-thinker I am, I was having a difficult time relaxing and enjoying the day. Once Andrea and Katie showed up to do my bridal party’s hair and makeup, my entire mood changed. Andrea is so easy to talk to - she is almost like a long-time friend who can cheer you up no matter the circumstance. Not to mention HILARIOUS as well. I truly attribute my lack of nervousness and morning-of jitters disappearing to Andrea and her assistant. Words cannot express how thankful I am she was my hair and makeup artist - do yourself a favor and book her ASAP!!

I love everything about Andrea at TOUSLED studio! I went to get my haircut by her to get to know her to see if she would be a good fit for my wedding hair and she did not disappoint! She is so kind, so sweet, and so talented! She let me try multiple different hairstyles during my bridal trials, took photos of each one, and helped me decide what would look best. She and her team also did a fantastic job on my bridesmaid's hair! They transformed us all into toal babes! :)

Andrea and her team were amazing to work with! I wanted hair volume on my wedding day that didn't fall the minute I stepped outside and Andrea delivered! I chose to upgrade to the air brush make up and all my girls looked flawless! I let everyone choose their own hair and makeup style and they did a great job putting them all together to make a cohesive look for my girls. When COVID 19 ruined my original wedding plans and I was forced to reschedule Andrea was quick to make my new date work. I cannot recommend them enough!

I found Tousled on Instagram because I was looking for the perfect romantic up-do and immediately fell in love! I absolutely loved my hair and make-up for our wedding on 7/16/2020. Andrea did a fantastic job - she also did my mothers hair which was an amazing retro glam wave. I did a trial almost 10+ months before the wedding (originally was suppose to get married 4/16, but the c word happened) and gave her a new picture of the hair and make-up I wanted to do and she knocked it out! Seriously, Andrea is the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable on our wedding day! I literally have never felt so beautiful and wish that she could do my hair and make-up everyday. There are no enough words to say how amazing Andrea and Tousled is!

Andrea and her team was very professional, on time, and organized. Andrea did my trial, took videos/photos to make sure the artist/stylists on the day-of knew exactly what I wanted! Maxine, my make-up artist was so patient with me and made sure I was 100% happy with how I looked, esp since I usually don't wear make-up and wanted a very natural look. Would definitely recommend the Tousled team!

Andrea and her team are AMAZING!!! My planner recommended Andrea to me, and I am so glad we went with her! We had 6 girls, 2 moms, and me (the bride) needing hair and makeup done, and I was so stressed about getting everything done in time. But Andrea worked with my planner to come up with a solution to our timeline issue and we actually finished AHEAD of schedule! I'm a wedding photographer and can confirm that hair & makeup is rarely even finished on time, let alone early!

I found Andrea on the knot website almost a year in advance for my November 2019 wedding. With the wedding being in Denton, I liked that she was relatively close in Lewisville. My budget was unable to accommodate for a trial before the wedding, but I knew from looking at her posts on Instagram that I would be in good hands! On the day of the wedding Andrea and her assistant, Mason, arrived right on time and actually were done ahead of schedule! They did such a great job of listening to each of my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law on what they wanted for each look, and they delivered each one flawlessly! I definitely recommend that you hire Andrea and her team for your big day, you won't be disappointed!

In preparation for my wedding, Andrea provided great communication and answered all my questions. Andrea was really nice to speak with and seemed very willing to work with me and my situation! Unfortunately it was difficult to get a response to many of my messages through The Knot so by the time I could get things clear and bailed down I was told that another team member would be doing my makeup instead of who I shopped for 3 weeks to find. I viewed a photo example of her work and I just couldn't justify paying full price when eyebrows were uneven and there was what seemed to be a little too heavy on the blush. I was really looking forward to having Andrea to my makeup and now we are 16 days out from the wedding and I have no make up artist. I'm in tears and totally heartbroken that I have to try and do this whole process again in less than 16 days. This is even more difficult as I'm working on the ambulance 5-6 days a week and have little to no time to try and hammer this out. I hate to leave less than perfect reviews but this has put me in a really bad spot for my one big day and it's extremely disheartening.

I could not have been more happy with Andrea! For the trial she had to reschedule my appointment very last minute because of sudden changes with my bridal pictures and it was very appreciated!! She also took my changes that I wanted to make after the trial appointment and gave me exactly what I was looking for for the wedding! She is very organized and prompt! Without a doubt TOUSLED and Andrea were one of the best choices we made for our wedding.
The flexibility in her scheduling alone saved so much stress when it came for getting hair and makeup done for both engagements and bridals.

From the hair and makeup trials to the actual wedding day, Andrea and her team were AMAZING! They were at the venue ready to go before my bridesmaids and I even got there. They were all so much fun, personable and made the wedding day even better by being part of it! I can't tell you how many compliments I got on my hair and makeup and was told that my bridesmaids looked "fire"!! They accommodated each person and made them feel like themselves with a little more makeup on. Andrea and her team were amazing! My mom and I both did our hair and makeup trial run with Andrea at her studio, she did a phenomenal job. The day of my wedding was a tad crazy as all the women in my family got their makeup done (15+) and my wedding party had hair and makeup done. Andrea did an amazing job on my hair the day of the wedding. She also did my mom’s hair and makeup, and my grandmothers’ hair. She is absolutely talented in what she does, and has the prettiest, specialized braids I’ve seen in Dallas.
Our hair trial went amazing, she did an outstanding job and did it in a time efficient manner. I love her hair styles, because it matched our wedding theme so perfectly giving me curls and braids all day for our boho themed wedding. She was very accommodating, patient, and kind throughout all of our last minute changes and day-of wedding craziness.
We all looked absolutely stunning, because of her, and you will not be disappointed to have her apart of your wedding day!

Andrea came out to do hair and makeup for my wedding party and myself. All I can say is that she is fabulous!!! She was easy to communicate and book, providing prompt replies and clear, concise information on pricing and expectations. I decided to change my hair plan after the trial and she was able to make sure that it came out perfectly. She showed up day of right on time despite lots and lots of rain and made sure my hair and make up help up through all of the moisture and humidity. She handled last minute changes to the schedule like a champ and never made us feel rushed. I felt beautiful and knew I was in good hands through the entire day! You can tell that she loves what she does!

Emily did my hair and makeup the day of the wedding. She was SO patient. I have a ton of hair and I thought I wanted an updo. I even had her do one during the trial, but of course the day of I changed my mind. Emily curled my hair and we pulled a few pieces back to make a tiny little bun. (She made the bun three times - this woman is seriously amazing) Emily also did my mom's hair. My mom loved her blowout. I would definitely recommend TOUSLED. Emily made sure I was 100% satisfied and was so calm even with the last minute change.

Tousled was so easy to work with! Andrea was on maternity leave when I scheduled my trial and she took the time to ensure she had someone to fill in so that my bridal photos wouldn't need to be rescheduled. Caroline called me the next day to confirm details and she also did my hair the day of, as well as my bridesmaid's. Her work is beautiful and we were so happy with the end results. She talked with my bridesmaids to make sure their hairstyles weren't identical but also cohesive, and had suggestions for each if they were unsure. I'd highly recommend Tousled!

Having Andrea at my wedding was by far one of the best decisions I made when hiring wedding vendors ! I fell in love with Andrea's romantic style and braided up-dos. She was so helpful and sweet throughout the entire planning process, and I received so many compliments on my wedding hair and makeup! Andrea did almost all of my bridesmaids hair + make up and they all loved it. I would also recommend booking a trial run with Andrea if you can as we were able to play around with my hair and makeup a few months prior to the wedding, so that when the big day came I felt 100% comfortable and confident with how it would look. Of all the little things that may have stressed me out leading up to my wedding, having Andrea as my hair and makeup stylist was not one of them!

I was very nervous about getting my hair and makeup done for my wedding because I don’t wear a lot of makeup day to day, but I’m still very particular about how it’s done. And Andrea is the best person I could find to fit all my needs. She worked with me on getting my hair and makeup just like I wanted it and it all turned out perfectly. I can not say enough good things about Andrea! She took exactly what I showed her and did it even better! My makeup and hair lasted all night long and was perfect. All of my bridesmaids and wedding party loved their hair as well. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my makeup, but I showed her my dress and she matched it perfectly. She made the whole process so easy and I never had to worry about something going wrong with her! I highly recommend her for your wedding day or any other time you need your hair or makeup done!

Andrea did my makeup for my wedding and she was amazing to work with! She's really sweet and was willing to change whatever I didn't feel comfortable with. I couldn't really explain what I wanted my makeup/hair to look like and I'm really indecisive, but Andrea knew what to do.
