she wanted of the dress/accessories and they were more than happy to oblige. We also had some odd requests like a cardboard cutout of my deployed brother and throwing fake snow in our photos and they were all about it and went right along with our chaos. Tower Studios was a great value and we've loved all of the photos we've gotten from them so far and are eagerly awaiting the rest!

said she knew some good spots on the golf course to take photos so we rented golf carts only to find out she had no idea where she was going and we walked down to the putting green. She never told the groomsmen to take off their sunglasses during wedding party photos. Not only do I have 4 total portraits with my husband, in every single one he is wearing sunglasses. One of the most frustrating critiques is that she never got one portrait of the bride solo in her dress. We had less than 290 photos for unlimited hours. Both my wedding coordinator and me asked the photographer if there was enough good photos and she reassured us “yes”. No photos of the guest tables or food. The only family portrait we have, the two grandmothers aren’t looking because they didn’t know the photo was being taken and one wasn’t even smiling. The quality and angles were beyond poor. Thankfully we were refunded but the cherry on top was tower studio blocking access to the album so we couldn’t even get the 5 alright photos we wanted to remember our wedding day. To say they totally ruined the memories from my wedding is an understatement and unfortunately we will never get that back. There was only a few 1 star reviews when I did my research but looking back, they were exactly spot on with my experience. We also purchased the live stream so my father could watch who was unable to attend due to being in a veterans home. Tower studio had one angle from the right side and when the guests stood, blocked the live stream. My father never got to see me walking down the aisle and stared at backs of heads. Giving credit where credit it due, we were happy to see the video came out decent although we requested voiceovers of my husband and I reading our letters to one another which never happened.

My only downside is that we had two videographers, one was unbelievably kind and the other left something to be desired. I noticed some comments he made to our photographer which neither of us appreciated. It wasn’t anything too major but as the photographer was a very good friend of mine it did rub me the wrong way and felt a little unprofessional. I could tell he was trying but I’m wondering if maybe he just didn’t work great alongside others.

With having a large group of females getting ready together the morning of the wedding, the two male workers with Tower Studios were VERY professional, polite, and courteous anytime they walked into the room making sure all was good to come in. Having two photographers really benefited us in getting multiple angles of the same shot, and also having photos taken of the groomsmen and bridesmaids simultaneously. We are so appreciative of Cody's work and we are so anxious and excited to see our wedding photos. I strongly recommend Tower Studios for their photography services!

They continued to answer all of my questions leading up to the day. He was there early and got all the special little shots! We just got our highlight video back this weekend and I was blown away! He incorporated every special moment of our day. One of the things I appreciated most was getting a separate video of the ceremony and dances (most videographers I talked with did not even have this option). It really let us enjoy watching the guests and bridal party, moments we wouldn't have got to enjoy without Tower Studios! I cannot recommend this group of people enough! overdone/cheesy, had quality images, felt classic but incorporated modern technology. We booked and our wedding video turned out amazing! Because of a sale going on we were able to add drone footage and upgrade to the All-Inclusive package. Our videographers were professional and blended into the scenery of the day. Communication was always clear and timely, which I appreciated especially after the wedding. In addition to the digital copy, we received 3 DVDs/Bu-Rays for the package, which was nice to keep one and gift to both sides of the family. They were always flexible with our requests and communicated expectations every step of the way. Our video is beautiful and something we will cherish forever! Thank you Tower Studios!!

ustomer service was excellent and I was excited that they were going to be doing our videography and photography. We do not have any photos or video of the girls getting ready because they were late on the day of our wedding. I was told our photos would be ready 4-6 weeks after our wedding but our photos came 9 weeks after our wedding, and I love maybe five photos out of over 400 photos. We purchased the drone upgrade but when we received our videos the drone footage was not in the video. I contacted them after we received our videos and asked them to edit the video and add the drone footage. They said they would check on it. I had to contact them again a month later because they never got back to me. The second time they told me they couldn’t get the drone footage from the filmer and had been trying for months. Why didn’t someone tell me that months ago then? I feel like that should have at least been a phone call, but that’s just me! While I am happy to have the memories, I do not love the finished products and can’t help but feel disappointed when I see the photos and videos.

ar ago, and we are missing almost all of our wedding party coming down the aisle. There is also only one view used throughout the ceremony and the vendor cannot retrieve the additional footage from his contracted help (or it never ended up being taken). Our photos are much the same, in that we only have one view for the majority of the shots and we do not have a photo of the entire wedding party during the ceremony without one of the videographers blocking someone. We paid the extra for the drone and only about 5 seconds was included in any of our footage or pictures. Overall, I know they have the potential to be very good and their reviews and examples show this, but we were very let down by the overall product we received. They were gracious in their efforts to make it right, but we cannot go back and redo our special day.

didn’t pay enough. The videographer was always around, even during pictures, and got amazing shots and gave us the PERFECT video. I won’t lie, I had to talk my now-husband into a videographer - it took weeks - but now that we’ve watched it probably a hundred times he’s still blown away. They got EVERYTHING we wanted and we are now able to relive that amazing (though it was stressful and FLEW by) over and over again. I can’t praise these guys enough.

They made everyone feel so comfortable and made sure we got everything we wanted photographed and filmed. Our wedding and photographs took place outdoors in extremely hot weather, and despite being in long pants and toting heavy equipment they never showed the least sign of discomfort or impatience. One photographer even fanned me (the bride) in between photos to try and keep me from getting too sweaty! Talk about commitment. They truly made our photos a fun experience for the whole bridal party. I can't say enough good things about this company. Personalities, A+. Punctuality, A+. Professionalism, A+. I am absolutely DYING to see the final products soon, and I have no doubt that everything will beautiful! Seriously, book Tower Studios!
