Had an absolutely amazing time dress shopping thanks to everyone at Mimi’s. I worked with Kateri as my stylist and she was an absolute dream. She made the process super smooth and fun. They have an amazing selection and I surprised myself by falling in love with a dress during my first appointment. The entire team is wonderful, supportive, and professional. As a plus sized woman, dress shopping (let alone wedding dress shopping) can be a challenging experience. But Kateri and the rest of the team were fantastic and the experience was uplifting and a dream.

I absolutely loved working with Mimi’s Town and Country Bridal! They make it easy to set up an appointment online and have a beautiful space for family/friends to see you try on wedding dresses! I appreciated the personalized touches and the lovely customer service. I loved working with Katrina who knew my vision and guided me to find the perfect wedding gown! This company is so easy to work with and lead me to find Alter Girl who did my alterations! I would highly recommend you to find your wedding dress here! The best in STL!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this shop! I found my dress in August 2022, and got married July of 23. I went in just to start looking at gowns and immediately fell in love with one! They give you the royal treatment at Mimi’s! You have your own bridal consultant and area to model your dresses. They are very experienced in their field and aren’t just random sales people doing this as a part-time job. Make sure you get an appointment here very early on in your planning! I ordered my dress in August and it wasn’t shipped to the store until February, and then still needed alterations done. We also found my and my husband’s mom’s and my husband’s moms’ dresses here. All gowns are going to be a bit pricey, so keep your budget in mind when going. I still can’t recommend this shop enough, though!

Karli was the absolute best. From the phone call where she could easily communicate my vision back to me better than I could've described it to introducing herself to everyone in my party to bringing toys for my little neice to picking out the dress that would be best for me. The General Manager, Mia, was also so fantastic. I've been so blown away by this team. HIGHLY recommend.

Very nice bridal shop with a wide selection of dresses. Very friendly and attentive staff that helped me find the perfect dress. They also have plenty of recommendations for any of your alteration needs and my seamstress did my alterations at the bridal shop. Very pleased with the service here.

Was disappointed by my experience at Mimi's at Town & Country. I had just came from another bridal shop where I had a stellar experience so I was let down after going here. As soon as we walked in the door, I was welcomed and everyone was friendly so I thought the experience would be good. I felt pretty rushed the whole time and like zero preparation was done for me beforehand (my consultant, Maddy, called me 2 days before my appointment to get to know me/my style and I also texted her screenshots of dresses I liked so I would have thought that dresses would have already been pulled.) I paid $99 to have the "VIP experience," mostly because I wanted to bring 5 guests and you could only bring 4 guests with the complimentary appointment (looks like the number of guests you can bring with complimentary just changed to 5.) As soon as we were shown my bridal suite I was whisked away by Maddy and didn't even get a chance to pop the champagne that I was given/paid for. Maddy took me over to a rack and showed me dresses that I was going to try on but I couldn't even see what they looked like because they were just shoved in the normal rack so I could only see the side of the dress and the material. Later I noticed that none of them look like what I described to Maddy on the phone or screenshots that I sent her of what I liked. I tried on the dresses because I thought maybe I would like something I didn't expect but every dress I tried on just felt cheap and heavy and I was not loving it. I'm horrible at saying no, which is what I should have done. It was also awkward because someone kept walking over and just staring at me as I was trying on the dresses, I'm assuming it was the manager but she never introduced herself and I just felt uncomfortable because it's already stressful and then add in someone standing there staring at you while you stand in front of the mirror. I ended up saying I wanted to think on it before making a decision (which I'm assuming is not something they want you to do here, they want you to say yes the day of to get a sale) and Maddy told me I could come back in the next day to get measurements. This made zero sense to me because I came from Chicago, why would I drive back the next day and I still had over 30 minutes left in my 2 hour appointment (that I PAID for) when I left, why would you make me come back the next day when you have time to measure me right then? They could have taken the measurements, added them to my account, and I could have called when I was ready to say yes to the dress. Needless to say, this was not my favorite bridal shop. It probably doesn't help that I went to a bridal shop prior to this that was absolutely amazing so my expectations for Mimi's were very high.

Hats off to my stylist Karli @ Mimi's Bridal - Town & Country!! She was beyond amazing and helped me find the PERFECT wedding dress! I checked out several other St. Louis area bridal shops and none compared to my experience at Mimi's! They have amazing gowns, designers and best of all an AWESOME customer service team. Take it from me - Mimi's is the place to check out in St. Louis Metro area. And do yourself a favor - ask to book with the super talented, Karli as your stylist!

I really enjoyed my whole experience at Mimi's Bridal T&C! Mia was extremely helpful - she picked the most beautiful dresses for me to try on. I gave her minimal description to work with - all I said was elegant with a little twist - and she knew (better than me) exactly how to bring that into my dress! I brought friends and family, we all had champagne, and it was just a fun celebration. Highly recommend for a fun appointment and lovely ladies!

I had such an amazing time and Mimi’s Bridal! This was my third bridal shop I went to and wishing that it was my first because it exceeded my expectations! Stacey is amazing and is so experienced and helpful! She made the process seamless and so exciting! My experience was perfect and I highly recommend going! Let me start by saying that I did my dress shopping with Karli in November of 2021 with their VIP services and it was a wonderful experience! We went back in January of 2022 to get my husband's tux fitting, items picked out and ordered - which was pretty easy and they said we would receive my husbands items about a week before our big day. I did my dress alterations with a recommended by T&C 3rd party seamstress, Maureen, at the location 3 times prior to our wedding day on 05/14/2022. On my last fitting at the store, I left my veil (which was purchased outside of T&C)hanging on the dress in the fitting room so that way it could be steamed along with my dress and ready for pickup on 05/12/2022. My husbands tux came in the week of the wedding, almost everything had to be replaced due to the fitting - this was concerning because we went in store and had their tux specialist measure him themselves which the initial order was placed. Okay, that's fine they reordered the items after we went in to get him fitted again which was the same measurements. Two of the groomsmen sent in their measurements in advance, when we called to confirm (because I just needed to make sure) apparently they said they didn't receive one of the guys measurements - no problem we told them again - their items arrived correctly the week before the wedding. We had my father and grandfather in law use their service too, again the jackets and shirts didn't fit but since they were coming from out of town there was no good way to have them get the items before the wedding - they ended up using tuxes that they previously owned. Our 3rd groomsman went and got fitted at T&C in advance, ALL of his items were crazy big. They reordered the items and charged him for shipping which was WAY more than anticipated. He got his items in, the shoes were still the wrong size and were brown (we ordered black). It was too late to get anything reshipped, so our friend worked with what he had but it was very disappointing to hear and now I have wedding photos of him in an ill fitting suit. NOW my biggest pet peeve is the customer service. I did not have time to get my dress myself on 05/12/2022 so I had my mother and father pick it up, to which I told them my veil was also with my dress. I called the store before I sent my mom over and confirmed the dress and the veil were ready to go, the person I spoke to said yes so I told them to go on over. I had my mom double check everything and found that my veil was missing so she started to ask the workers at T&C where it was. They then claimed that I never had a veil and had a very bad attitude with my mom (it take a lot for my mom to say something about customer service), they said it wasn't their problem. I had to call them while I as at a different appointment and I told them I had my veil there at my final fitting, they said no veil was with my dress. I said I have photos and videos of me in the veil at the store so they are incorrect, they then suggested that the seamstress lost it so I should contact her. It was like a chicken running with it's head cut off, they kept switching their stories and when it was found out them, or the seamstress, lost my veil after I stated I had photos, did they change their tune with my mom and they blamed the veil on the seamstress so she had to buy me a new one from T&C which was not like the one they lost. A $25 Etsy veil then turned into $325 T&C veil.

I worked with Karli to find my perfect dress! They had a beautiful selection and she was so knowledgeable about each dress they had. Karli set up a call with me before my appointment to talk about what I was wanting and I was even able to send her my Pinterest board. She was unbelievable sweet and made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. I brought my mom and sister with me and we all had such a great experience. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend T & C to any future brides!

T&C provided the best bridal experience a person could ask for. Karlie was incredible and made me feel like a million bucks throughout the entire appointment. T&C will alway be highly recommend from me!

I had a great time trying on dresses at this shop. The staff was very helpful in narrowing down what type of dress I might want, since I didn't know at the time. I didn't end up buying from here but had a great time regardless.

I would highly recommend Town and Country Bridal. Town and Country Bridal will listen to your opinion, respect what you would like and wear a mask if you would like them too due to Covid.

Stacey was absolutely Amazing ! It was my first and I was a little overwhelmed but she guided me through everything and really listened to what I was looking for. The salon was beautiful! Mia was so friendly when it came to ordering the dress and the steps with what happens next. I am so freaking excited for my dress and the girls at T&C bridal! And definitely upgrade to the VIP package it made it that much more special!

They truly made me feel like they were a part of my wedding team especially with the pandemic delays. I went to multiple bridal dress stores before choosing my ceremony dress and was so glad I chose to buy my dress at T&C! Laura, the store’s manager, was really helpful! She made my experience special and stress-free. If you are a bride and are looking for your dress or a dress choice for your bridesmaids or mothers, I fully recommend T&C!

Rachel at T&C Bridal was an amazing gem during my MOB dress shopping visit! After my previous shopping experiences, I was becoming discouraged and anxious as I wasn’t finding any dresses that appealed to me! Rachel listened attentively to my request and vision and quickly gathered 4 beautiful dresses for me to try on. She made sure all the styles would be available for my daughters April wedding date. She told me to try on the one I liked best, first! Although all the dresses were stunning, the first one made me feel so beautiful I was amazed! After trying on all 4 I went back to the first and said this is the one! First class service from knowledgeable and friendly stylist ! I’ll be back for daughter #2 wedding in 2023! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

T&C is the only bridal salon you will want to visit. Each stylist is committed to making your search for the right dress (or accessories) a magical experience. Karli worked with me one-on-one and helped me discover a beauty within that I didn’t know I had. She was an expert at clipping—something I didn’t realize was so crucial until I went to other salons. With each dress, Karli assisted me in/out of it with ease and expertise. After a brief conversation with her, she brought me some of the most beautiful dresses I had ever seen. The entire store is filled wall to wall with the gorgeous and unique wedding dresses. Speaking of the store, the lighting is on point—they can change the lighting for you to match the vision of your day. It’s a stunning space that really gets you ready for your new adventure. T&C tailors the experience to you, and I cannot emphasize enough that you need to make your appointment now!

Unfortunately, Town & Country Bridal really did not meet our expectations. I did have a great time picking out my gown with Cyndi, so decided to stick with Town & Country Bridal for our bridal party gowns, mother gowns, and groom accessories. We had a pretty tight budget on bridal party gowns, so I chose to go during the Maids and Mimosas promotional event. Our stylist did not understand the promotional event requirements, and reduced the gown prices so they did not qualify for the promotional discount which resulted in lower savings than would be received using the promotional discount. I realized this after talking to my bridesmaids who each overpaid for their gowns. It took over a month of calling, emailing, and texting T&C Bridal before this issue was resolved and refunds were issued. It was incredibly frustrating because I had to be managing this discount issue in addition to my other wedding planning tasks. Finally T&C followed through on the discounts and offer 2 $5 bottles of Alma champagne as an apology to me. We had no issues with the mother of the bride gowns; however, my gown came way too large because it was recommended that I order the sample size (since it fit well) over the size my measurements indicated, which was 2 sizes smaller. I had to spend over $700 in alterations to make the dress fit, and it ended up looking like a different gown due to all the changes required. My husband had issues ordering his tie and pocket square because T&C did not ask for his card information, and did not tell him the order was not placed because they did not ask for his card info which led to a scramble to get his accessories. No updates were provided to him until the tie had arrived to the salon which was several months after the initial attempt to order. Overall T&C disappointed due to several miscommunications in which they did not promptly work to resolve. Fortunately they were the only vendor to disappoint, so our wedding was still a great day.

They girls that helped were so professional and really knew what they were doing. They know exactly what questions to ask you to help you find your dream dress and they were extremely friendly as well as patient.

Honestly, the place is beautiful and has great quality dresses. The vip section made it a hole other experience and was well worth the money spent. The only issue I had was this was my first appointment ever and I truly was trying to get an idea of what I wanted, but continuously felt rushed and pushed into making a purchase rather than finding the one, by my consultant. When the end came and I didn’t choose a dress, she was verbally upset and made some side comments that I felt were upsetting. Again overall the place is beautiful but I felt my consultant was more worried about the sale then if I was happy.

Cannot rave enough about T&C! Stylists are very educated on the dresses in-house and are professional on every level. Rapport was met even before the appointment date. All employees are thoughtful and act as cheerleaders encouraging you to make your personal/magical decision on your wedding gown. Little gifts of offered bridal appointments are genuine and make you feel like a true bride. The texting feature with the business is very convenient and helped keep me on track to find recommended seamstresses in addition to sending special offers to complete the whole bridal party’s attire. This wasn’t just a checklist off of marriage planning, this was an experience!

I really enjoyed my experience working with town & country bridal. I bought my dress in November of 2020 and Amanda was my sales rep. Amanda was incredible. She was so professional and a lot of fun to work with. She knew exactly what would look good on me and pulled dresses that were exactly what I had described to her. Amanda even helped me pick out my seamstress who was also amazing, Elisa Pritchett. Elisa was so patient and diligent to make sure my dress what exactly how I imagined it for my wedding day. Both of these women played a large role in why I felt beautiful on my big day. Thank you both for your compassion and hard work!

If you want an amazing experience- you have found your place!! From start to finish, they have been amazing. Prior to my appointment they contacted me multiple times to confirm, had wonderful instructions on what to expect during my appointment and made me feel confident going into the day. There’s a form they have you fill out so they can “get to know you” prior to the appointment and make sure they know your style and what you’re looking for. Two days prior they called to check in and make sure all of my questions were answered. We got there and instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. I got the pleasure of working with Stacey who was an absolute DREAM! I found my dress and it was the first one I tried on and it was one Stacey had pulled for me. Every lady working that day was so inviting and so kind. I have so much faith that the rest of this process will go seamlessly. If you’re looking for somewhere inviting, with an amazing selection of dresses and the nicest staff- they’re your place!!!

Good selection, clean comfortable store. Maddy was awesome. I was planning to check out couple more stores but I just ordered my dress. They were little higher than another highly rated salon but I could feel the quality difference. It was worth it. Still paid less than I expected for the dress. If your budget is not less than 1.5k, worth a try for sure.

I flew in from San Diego to try dresses on while back home in STL. Kateri promptly greeted us and immediately made me feel at ease. She was seriously the BEST! You could tell she was having just as much fun as I was. She really matched the energy of my group and was even helpful explaining the gowns I was trying on to my other bridesmaids on Zoom. I found nearly the perfect gown, but it didn't have the neckline I had been dreaming of. Kateri and Lexi informed me that they had a great relationship with the designer and are able to customize my dress to create my DREAM dress! I wouldn't waste your time going anywhere else. They made what seemed to be a daunting process something extremely enjoyable and special!

T&C Bridal saved my wedding day!!! I purchased an original dress from another bridal boutique. When I went to pick it up from the alterations a month before my wedding, it was falling apart. In pure panic, my mom scheduled an appointment with T&C. We were very stressed out and T&C stepped in like the experts they are. They explained the option of off the rack and showed us 8 dresses that were all a possibility to get there in time. They did such an incredible job of keeping us calm and showing us great options. We found THE dress. We called them our wedding dress guardian angels! But that wasn’t all they did. Unfortunately when we picked up the second dress from the alterations place four days before the wedding day to be steamed, it had stains all over it. We immediately went to T&C again in panic. I thought the dress was ruined and I would have nothing to wear. They reassured us it was in the best hands now, gave us a bottle of champagne and promised us it would be close to perfect, if not perfect when we picked it up in two days. When the dress arrived in my hotel room the night before my wedding, it was PERFECT!!! T&C had taken two disastrous situations and fixed them both. They were professional, understanding and took action to give us a solution. I will forever be grateful to T&C who gave me the most stunning dress to wear on my wedding day despite the drama leading up!! THANK YOU😊I cannot recommend them enough!

T&C was wonderful! I came in for a mother of the groom dress and my consultant Erin was absolutely fabulous! She picked the perfect dress for me. Everyone at T&C are very friendly and welcoming.

From the moment I told them what kind of gown I was looking for, everything I had opinions and questions about was taken care of. Other bridal salons had tried to push gowns on me that I had told them I was uncomfortable in, but T&C made sure every dress I tried on was something that made me feel good. I felt so welcomed and supported when I decided to say yes to my dress! The entire process working with them was so smooth and easy. I cannot recommend them enough!! Before I even got to the store, I had multiple touch points making sure I didn’t have any questions and felt comfortable and prepared. Which was amazing but made it so hard to decide!! Maddy was so patient with me as I am terrible at making decisions. I switched back and forth between my final two dress decisions many times and she was happy to help me in and out of the dresses as many times as I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was so nervous coming in (because buying your wedding dress is HUGE) but she immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have been so stressed with everything wedding but after this experience and finding my dress, I am so much less worried about everything else!! I just can’t wait for the big day so I can wear my dress haha!! I am BEYOND happy with my whole experience and could not recommend them enough!

I can not say enough things about Town and Country and its staff. My mom and I started virtual with Erin to help her find her mother dress. We then met in person and Erin was seriously a God send to us. My mom has a lot of insecurities and is rather tall so "off the rack" is not an option for her. Erin helped us find the most incredible dress for her and she felt 10/10 on my wedding day. She also helped my mother in law for her dress and outfitted all my bridesmaids in the perfect blue dress staying respectful of their budgets. I also purchased my Martina Liana wedding gown and veil from T&C. All of the consultants I worked with from start to finish were kind, helpful, and professional. They helped me piece together a magnificent look that literally took my husbands breath away. He could not speak for a solid 60 seconds after my reveal. I would also like to thank and endorse Elisa, the in house seamstress they recommended, for fitting my gown to perfection. I 10/10 recommend Town and Country for your bridal, bridesmaid, and mother needs. Thank you all.

My experience with Erin was perfect. She is AMAZING at her job, very knowledgeable and tentative. We walked in this afternoon because we were in the area looking for a mothers dress. From the moment she said “I’m here to make you look good, not just for a sale” and usually thats total BS from sales people but you could feel her honest genuine care about our feelings and thoughts. She was upfront about the delay in receiving dresses which is to be expected with how things just seem to run post-covid. Of course thats not her fault. So we bought straight from the rack. The all around experience with Erin was the best appointment I’ve had in this whole hectic experience of wedding planning. It makes me wish that i would come to this shop before buying my dress and my bridesmaids dresses just to have THAT experience with Erin would have been 10,000x better. She even pulled colors from the rest of the major people in the wedding to make sure that the overall color schemes looked perfect for my day. Going forward I will use Erin for any and all dress appointments for any events. Thank you Erin for such an amazing time.

I had a wonderful experience at Town and Country Bridal! The suites felt very private and plenty large for my group to join me. The studio was beautiful, I loved seeing all the dresses displayed. My consultant, Stacey, was very respectful of my budget and helped guide my experience to help me find the perfect dress. So many personal details along the way made it a a memorable and stress-free day!

The night before, I made an appointment on the web site of Town & Country Bridal & Formalwear. When I arrived the next day, I was pleasantly surprised at the grandness of the building and the store space. The receptionist greeted me upon my arrival and told my stylist that I was there. My stylist, Erin Levins, sat down with me to discuss my son’s wedding, my color preferences, style preferences and my budget. She selected four dresses for me to try on and the second one was the one that I purchased. Erin, you are so accommodating, kind and such an amazing stylist.

I found my dress right away at town and country and it was the first place I went to. They have a beautiful selection, the bridal salon itself is stunning, and the women there are so kind and care about making you feel your best. They listened to what I liked and didn’t like about dresses and picked out dresses that fit what I was looking for! Elisa is the seamstress that works out of TC and she’s truly a gem. TC is so lucky to have her apart of their team. She is not only talented, but one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She will do whatever she can to make your dress all that you want and more. You can’t go wrong at TC!

I had a great experience trying on dresses for practically my first time. I made my appointment really last minute but everyone was welcoming and took great care of me. Tina was really good at helping translate what was in my head onto options that I felt good about. And she made me feel comfortable and beautiful! I look forward to returning :-).

I had the most amazing experience with finding my dress at Town and County Bridal! Stacy Stone was my consultant and I purchased the first dress she had me try on! She asked me a few questions to help figure out what I was interested in and pulled some absolutely amazing choices. Honestly, I would have been so happy in any of the dresses that I tired on there. I felt the most beautiful in that first dress and when I tried it on again I knew I couldn’t leave without calling it mine! Finding the perfect MOB dress was challenging UNTIL I went to Town & Country Bridal. They were my 5th shop to visit. No other shop sat down with me, asked about my daughter’s wedding (she wasn’t with me); what I was looking for, or any other details… I was just pointed to a rack. Erin at T&C Bridal took the time! She asked great questions and pulled 4 selections that all met the criteria and vibe I wanted. One was selected and ordered. I could not have been happier with my experience! Other dress shops in STL should take lessons!

I came into Town and Country Bridal thinking I may not find that exact wedding dress I had in my head. Once I am set on something, I am set on making that happen. However, I was surprised after trying on multiple dresses and styles, the last one I tried gave me that flutter in my heart that I was in the right direction. Long story short, Stacy was able to help me make my vision come to life in a custom wedding dress that brought me to tears. It was amazing, I said yes to the dress! I am so happy I got to truly experience that bride feeling thanks to Town and Country Bridal.

This IS THE BEST bridal shop! Karly made me feel so beautiful and I was able to pick out some dresses on my own and she picked some out too. I tried on quite a few but found the one for me! It’s so beautiful and fits me just the way I was wanting! They made my experience so personal and special!

My fiance and I took a day trip to STL to hunt for the perfect wedding heels. I had previously ordered 2 wedding heels online with no luck with the fit resulting in sending them back. After visiting all of the typical stores you'd think would carry formal/bridal heels, I found Town & Country online. They had the best customer service and provided individual support in finding my dream wedding heels! It was such a great experience and I can confidently say I've never had a better experience finding (gorgeous AND comfortable) wedding heels - which was a must for someone who doesn't often wear heels!
