Town & Country’s location in Uptown New Orleans infuses our salon with the romance, history, and charm of the Crescent City. Each bride enjoys her own dedicated viewing area in our light-filled space to ensure you will always receive an exclusive and personalized appointment. Each bride will have her own pedestal and seating for family and friends – rather than a single open space, Town & Country has created separate areas designed to allow for a genuinely personal experience to share with loved ones. Our emphasis on the bride is apparent in our salon’s inventory. I was so excited to book my first wedding dress appointment at Towne and Country…. And I am so grateful to say it was my first and last! From the minute you walk in, everything is beautiful and organized. The ladies are professional and so friendly. My stylist, Tasha, made everything easy and comfortable on top of the amazing vibes you get while there. Tasha took my ideas and pulled amazing dresses, but when I didn’t get that “this is my dress” feeling, she pulled out a gown that was in a totally different direction. And guess what? It was “the one”. I am so grateful for her expertise and guidance on that day. I had no hesitation signing off on my dream dress and purchasing the veil to go with it. Thank you T&C for making my dress dreams come true!

The attention to detail and kindness was top notch. Tasha picked my perfect dress, first dress I tried on! They even surprised me with a mini wedding cake and sang happy birthday since it was my birthday. Truly can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Wedding dress shopping has been by far the most exciting experience throughout this whole wedding process! Town and country made this happen by providing excellent service, ambiance, and care. I would not trade this memory for the world and am so happy I chose to come here to find the wedding dress of my dreams!
I walked in and stated EVERYTHING that I loved and didn’t love about all of the dresses I had tried out up until that point. Emily listened to every word I said and put me in my perfect dress on the first try! I had such an amazing experience and felt so beautiful here!!
The senior advisors and stylists were super helpful with picking out my dress. Emily was so patient and was able to make sure I said yes to the dress today!

I had the absolute BEST experience at Town & Country. It's a beautiful space with so many beautiful gowns, you can almost get lost if it wasn't for the fabulous specialist we had helping us! They let us pick out dresses I like on my own, and she also grabbed some based on a few inspiration pics that I sent them. They were patient, kind, and very genuine. I never felt like they were trying to "sell" me anything - they truly wanted what was best for me and my wedding day. I couldn't recommend them enough!

This place was incredible! I'm super picky, and was expecting to try on thousands of dresses and not like anything. Emily was so helpful, and they reached out to me prior to my appointment asking what kind of style I was thinking about. When we arrived, they had five dresses for me to try on, and I honestly loved them all. It was dress #3 that was the one!! It was such a painless, fun process and not at all what I was expecting!! I am so happy with my experience here. I shopped at other places and had the best experience at Town & Country! They had the best communication even prior to my appointment. They had the largest selection of wedding dresses too! The private dressing room was spacious and had a couch for my family to sit on. The room allowed different lighting to be seen on the dress too. Lauren did a great job helping me find the perfect dress and crossing out the ones I thought were just “pretty dresses” and not “The one”!

Best experience EVER! I went to Olivia Couture and house of Tux as well as Town and Country. NOTHING could compare to Town and Country’s experience or dresses they offer. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are the most important person in the building. You get your own private room with beautiful decor, chairs/sofa’s, private dressings room, a stunning mirror with a personal message saying “Congratulations to future Mrs.(last name)!” Cassidy was my Bridal stylist and she was AMAZING! I definitely recommend her! I sent her inspo pictures of what I wanted in advance and my budget. The dress she picked out what EXACTLY what I was looking for! The second I put it on, I WAS CRYING. I absolutely loved my experience at Town and Country! I want to give so much praise specifically to Cassidy!
Shopping for a wedding dress was a daunting task for me as I am very petite. Cassidy reached out to me before the appointment to ask for any inspiration. I sent her so much inspo and with my figure I was not sure with what would actually look good on me. When me and my party got to the appointment, Cassidy was so welcoming and personable. She really made the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable. She pulled exactly what I was thinking of with my inspiration. She listened to any notes about the dresses and pulled things that fit my vision.
I’m so happy with the dress that I said yes to and couldn’t imagine my big day without it.

My initial experience was everything I could've dreamed of and more. I felt my stylist was understanding and really listened to me. She even had dresses pulled prior to the appointment based on the information I provided her.
When it went down hill was when the dress came in. I knew my dress would take longer in production and there was no solid timeline of when my dress would be in. It had gotten to a point where I started to worry because I had not heard a single thing from them, so I inquired about my dress. To my surprise, they said my dress was in! Come to find out, it had been in for months. They emailed me that my dress was in, it went to spam and when talking with a worker they said that happens often. So why not pick up the phone and call? If I wouldn't have inquired, who even knows when my I would've been notified. Very unprofessional that they can't make a 5 minute phone call to let a bride know their dress has arrived.
I used to recommend this place to everyone because of my experience, but not at all anymore.

Norma was wonderful at Town & Country! She put me at ease and didn't make me feel pressured into making a decision. Also, the shop is absolutely beautiful in the heart of the city on St. Charles Ave. We had the entire store to ourselves and it was a very special moment that I'll forever cherish. Can't wait to get my dress and call myself a Town & Country bride!

My visit at Town & Country Bridal will be one of my most memorable moments! Every detail I gave on what I thought I wanted was to listen and met my preferences to help me find dresses that matched my style and vision for my wedding day. Chrysti was extremely patient, attentive, and made me feel special throughout the entire process. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Cassidy helped me find the dress of my wildest dreams. My family was so floored by the gorgeous dressing room, and the front room that just overflowed with the most stunning gowns… Not only did T&C have SO many options, but they did a fantastic job at pulling the perfect dresses for me based on my notes so that I wasn’t overwhelmed with choices. I couldn’t have pulled better options for myself if I had all week in the store. We laughed, we cried, and we know the day we picked my dress would not have been the same without T&C. My mom, who flew in from Phoenix, was talking with her isle-mates about our bridal appointments, and as destiny would have it, the owner of T&C was seated right in front of her, and knew exactly who my mom was just from a few details of her conversation. She made my mom feel so excited about this highly emotional moment, and we just knew our experience was going to be fantastic based on that serendipitous meeting on the plane in Arizona. I mean, what are the odds?! I believe in signs from the universe, and as cheesy as it sounds, T&C was just meant to be part of my wedding journey. We feel so lucky and wish we could do it all over again. If you go with T&C, so will you.

Y’all!!!!! The experience I had at T&C surpassed my expectations! I had the pleasure of having Norma as my stylist and she pulled the PERFECT dresses for me to try on. I found my dress! This appointment was my first wedding dress appointment ever. It was the best service I received at any of my other dress appointments. I felt comfortable and like a bride at Town and Country. When I found my dress I had the most amazing bridal experience with this Vendor. My sister-in-law recommended their services to me and my younger sister is going to use them as well.

I tried on many dresses at many stores across Louisiana and Texas and there is no experience like Town and Country. The store itself, the dresses, and the team were like no other.
