We switched our rental order from another company to Town & Country because they told us they would match or beat the prices. We were thrilled to sign our contract! After going ove...

r everything we had and what we needed, we emailed our rep to add additional items and our email went unanswered. I was told we had a new rep that was taking over and they would be reaching out soon. I received an email just under our 90 day mark from the Vice President Marc Esposito stating that they had cancelled our order because they decided to change their minimum for any event in Las Vegas. It was a surprise to me that they would not fulfill their already signed contracted customers. Their contract doesn’t state that they can cancel and change minimums after a contract was signed. We ultimately went back to our original company which prices had been raised and we had to order from another company as well which added double delivery fees and spent $1500 more that our signed contract with Town & Country.
