Our experience with Town and Country was disappointing from start to finish. It was also the single most stressful thing about our wedding!! Among many other issues, our order arrived incomplete, missing a table and with the wrong tablecloths, which delayed our event setup. Things were still being set up as our guests arrived which was super annoying. To make matters worse, their rental trucks arrived for pickup 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled, creating a major inconvenience for our guests and disrupting the ambiance by parking centrally at our reception. They also damaged the entrance to the venue upon their exit causing us to lose part of our security deposit for repair. Additionally, we hosted our rehearsal dinner at our place (2 properties over from the venue) and they forgot to pick up the tables and chairs we rented. They had no idea that they were left behind until I contacted them asking for the items to be removed. Luckily it was on our own property so we did not have to pay overage fees! Lastly, our sales rep was extremely rude and unprofessional and raised her voice at my planner and I on separate occasions for issues that their company caused. For the amount that we spent and the reputation that this company supposedly has, I expected A LOT more. Save yourself the headache and hire a different rental company!

We got rentals from Town and Country for our wedding, and they were so great and professional! We needed to make a last minute order from them, and even though their phone system was down, they responded as quickly as they could and really pulled through for us. We're so grateful they were able to get us everything we needed at a good price and with very little notice.

For the most part, fast and efficient. They showed up for set-up on time and had everything done in a timely manner. Some items however cost more to rent than to buy elsewhere, which made no sense to me (i.e. tablecloths) So I saved myself hundreds by purchasing the linens on amazon.

We worked with Town & Country Event Rentals in Pasadena and were blown away by the beautiful selection of linens and decor. Everything was beautiful and the lines truly pulled together the design concept we were looking for. Thank you, JULIE!!!!!!!!

Great variety of items to create the perfect setting for your wedding. The representatives are knowledgeable and assist in the design process. They have suggestions for variations depending upon your budget. From accent pieces to creating the whole set up, they have what you would need.

We worked with Camille in the Pasadena location for my shower and wedding.... The experience was great both times! Beautiful items for reasonable prices. Things were delivered on time, and nothing was missing from either order. You can put your trust in them. Hands down, great all around!

Town & Country, specifically George, is the best way to go for rentals. They always deliver above and beyond service. You can actually depend on them. Their load in and load out were so clean, so organized, so professional and courteous. Working with George made my process for wedding planning a breeze! Doubt many brides could say that.

Dealing with Town and Country was the single most stressful thing about my entire wedding. Truly. Their consistent confusion, unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, was appalling. It would take 3 emails and a phone call to get a response of any kind. By the time we finally got an accurate quote, it was $6,000 over what we had discussed and it was 3 days before the wedding. With such little time, we (of course) were not able to find any other vendors to step in and we were forced to pay it. Our Town and Country coordinator showed up the day before the wedding at 4pm (while the bride and groom were working with the wedding planner telling the crew where to put chair/tables), an hour before everything was supposed to be finished. Things were hours behind schedule. She essentially showed up just to ask for the money. Town & Country crew had to come back the day of the wedding to finish - there were trucks going to and from our ceremony site when guests were already arriving. I wish I had investigated this branch further before booking them, as I later found out they have reputation of being very disorganized. The company did offer us a small discount in the end, but never admitted any wrong doing. I would NOT recommend them. Absolutely awful experience. Save the stress for other things that are actually worth it.

Town & Country did an excellent job providing the rentals and set-up/tear-down for our wedding. We used a park , so everything had to be brought in. They set everything up beautifully and the reception ended up looking perfect. They are very pricey, but willing to negotiate a little bit.

They have beautiful stuff but at first I didn't want to work with them because they were not very quick to respond or get us promised quotes. However, in the end they have the best stuff. Everything is in perfect condition bc they take good care of it and even clean the dishes etc for your caterer. My evening turned out beautiful and they came through. I will say, the speed of response did pick up when the event got nearer. Also note: you'll see that they always use T&amp;C in the wedding TV shows when in the LA area.

Town & Country had unique and beautiful options to choose from. They even purchased new materials to accommodate our black and white striped wedding. They are expensive, but worth it if you love the little details.
