, especially after planning the wedding all by myself. I felt like Town&Country Weddings was a great price for what they offered and I really loved Katie, the main owner of the business, when I met her and appreciated her great responsiveness and customer service. The Day of Coordinator I actually worked with was Nicole, and she had a great personality and did a great job organizing our timeline and helping to make sure I thought through important things in the couple of weeks before the wedding. However, there were several not-ideal moments that when added up, led me to be dissatisfied with overall service. By no means was my wedding "ruined" and no major issues happened and I still had a fantastic wedding day, but I will admit that my Coordinator vendor was the only vendor that I had some issues with. Nicole made an honest mistake in mixing up times for our rehearsal, so I ran my walk-through/rehearsal by myself and that wasn't ideal but I appreciated how apologetic she was and that Katie, the owner, was able to reimburse us for that portion of our payment. Great customer service there! However, some of the things that were frustrating during the wedding, especially after the rehearsal "oopsie", was that my table decor was not set up as planned/discussed between Nicole and I. I wish I would have just had some of my family members help set it up, instead of having Nicole and her assistant do it all as she had recommended, in order to make sure that it was actually done as I had hoped. Also, there were some moments during the night where my caterer had to come find me with questions because she couldn't find Nicole, and I had to direct my mom to run and save the top tier of our cake as I watched a guest try to cut into it, since we didn't know where Nicole was to do that as planned. All in all, I'm really glad Nicole helped us follow the timeline well on our wedding day, other than when my husband and I not getting pulled aside for the 15 minutes to ourselves before the grand entrance which was a bummer. I still think this company is great based on my interactions with Katie and the many positive reviews, and I appreciate Nicole for her great personality and the things she helped me with, but if I were to do it again I'll be honest in that I think I would want to try working with a different coordinator.

Our only minor hiccup was at the end of the night, the arbor was suppose to be dismantled and brought back home, Laura initially thought it would be too difficult but was proactive in trying to communicate with the florist on alternatives. However we were able to dismantle it easily and take it apart ourselves. The walkthroughs were helpful in putting together the details of the ceremony and the reception. It was a great experience to work with Laura throughout the entire process and we were able to take it all in that day and have wonderful memories of our wedding!

On the big day, she was on time and handled EVERYTHING so that all I had to do was get ready and enjoy getting ready with my girls. she kept everyone and everything on track throughout the whole day, made sure that nothing was missed. I had forgotten all of the greenery for the table centerpieces at home (an hour and half away) and she figured out a way to get the centerpieces finished while sticking to my style and I didn't have to worry about a thing. at the end of the night my husband and I could leave and trust that everything was taken care of and cleaned up according to the venues strict requests. She took over vendor communication, walked through the space with us, ran our rehearsal, and created an amazing day-of timeline with us. Communication and collaboration were a breeze both via phone and online. On the day of, she was a paragon of calm, good cheer, efficiency, and rolling with last minute changes (like, oh, let's just add 3 more rows of seating--no problem!). Everything she did only increased our confidence that things were going to go well, and they sure did! We had a complicated plan with some unusual elements (juggler, talent show) and a tight timeline. She grasped it all and made it go smoothly. Also, it is so incredible to have someone making sure you get a beverage and something to eat. We felt like royalty thanks to Katie. I kicked back in the bridal suite, had some mimosas, and when I emerged from hair and makeup the everything was ready. Alcohol delivered, tables set, caterers hard at work, florals wired to the arbor and centerpieces done. It was magic! Erica helped me find ways to stretch my wedding budget, responded promptly to any questions I had, and all around made the day better than I could have imagined.

On the day-of, she took care of absolutely everything and clearly was having fun doing it all.

We met with our original coordinator, Salome, only once in person, and then with Ashley only twice in-person before our wedding day, but I knew from the just the few interactions we had with both of them, we were in good hands. Ashley was on top of her stuff! I'm pretty sure during the day of the wedding I only saw her a handful of times, the rest of the time she was behind the scenes making sure everything was going smoothly. My family and friends who helped set-up and clean-up told me it was so nice to have Ashley there, knowing exactly what needed to be done, and all the vendors appreciated having a go-to person, other than me. Like I said, our wedding day was the most beautiful, memorable and perfect day we had dreamed of, and a very large reason for that was Ashley and Town and Country.
