all the meetings with us, mainly me because I am a perfectionist. She made sure everything was what I wanted, by picking out decor pieces and playing around with centerpieces. And the food was AMAZING! We are still getting compliments for the food! I also want to point out how affordable they are! The prices for everything was very reasonable and also less expensive than those who just did one thing compared to Town Square which did 5 (food, decor, cake, rentals, flowers) things for the wedding. Definitely recommend!

hey provided a one-stop-shop for nearly everything. They provided the space, wedding planner, decorations (including set up and take down with hundreds of possibilities to choose from), flowers, cake, food, alcohol, rehearsal dinner, and even the tuxes! I highly recommend Town Square!!!

They meet with us in person as many times as I needed to pick decorations, food, etc. I cannot say enough good things on how above and beyond the staff went to make sure our day was perfect. We had them provide the flowers, food, decorations, and DJ as well. We received so many compliments from our guests on the space, decoration and food. Multiple people told us it was the best food they ever ate at a wedding! It was also so much easier to have so many items taken care of by one vendor. It made it much easier when it came to payment and organizing all vendors! But the best part was how much they were willing to work with us to make it the exact day we wanted. It didn't matter how unique a food request was, they made it happen. We were very picky about the alcohol we wanted served and they were great about getting the exact beer and wine we asked for and letting us bring in our own beer as well. I also really appreciated the storage room full of wedding decorations and centerpieces that we got to use for free. Because of that we didn't spend any additional money on decorating for the ceremony, the ring bearer pillow, flower girl baskets, and other reception decorations. My friends and family loved not having to contribute to the cleanup effort at the end of the night and my bridal party really appreciated having separate getting ready rooms where their stuff could be kept safely throughout the day and night. I hope I have another big event to plan in the future just so I can take advantage of Town Square again and I highly recommend them to anyone!

ave a beautiful ceremony space upstairs and a rustic brick reception area downstairs. The basement is also basically a hobby lobby so that you don't have to go out and buy 50 centerpieces. They have flowers, liquor and catering available through them or you can go out and get your own.

For all the stories I have heard about things not going according to plan, Town Square sure made sure that it was flawless. They had so many people working the event that there was never a time I needed something and could not find someone quickly. Town Square took care of our dinner, cake, our cheesecake bar, flowers, decorations, centerpieces, bar service, chalkboard design, set up, break down, and clean up (which I'm sure was not easy). They also provided drivers for us so that no one would have to worry about driving after drinking. The whole day was completely stress-free and the service was just unbelievable. This venue knows how to make a wedding magical and we could not be more grateful!

They are extremely talented in taking your vision and working with it to still make it 'you'. We had the ceremony & reception at their venue, as well as had them do the flowers, cake, sides and organized all the alcohol. It was so much easier to have a majority of your usual vendors being taken care of by the same place. Our wedding turned out wonderful and went off without a hitch! I honestly don't know why anyone would ever want to get married anywhere else.

We got several compliments from our guests on how quaint and beautiful it was. The ceremony was in a separate area and was also beautifully decorated. I can’t tell you how AMAZING Tammy is!!! This was my 3rd wedding I’ve planned and this was BY FAR the least stressful. Tammy was extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would email her and get an answer back the next day or sooner. Town Square provides everything from food, alcohol, cake, flowers, tables, linens, decor, set up and clean up! They have many different colors of tablecloths unlike most places that have only black or white. They have an abundant supply of decorations to suit many design tastes. These are all included so it helps to keep everything affordable. The food was delicious! They will even make your own recipe if you want. They are very accommodating to help work around any budget. Everyone had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this venue.

Before the big day we went in for a tasting and chose them to cater the wedding (DELICIOUS), in addition, they had me come in for a "play date" where they helped me to dream up exactly how I wanted the venue to look on the wedding day, including the centerpieces. They have a basement full of decorations and those come with the venue (BEST WAY TO DO IT--saved me so much money)! They made my wedding day about me, the groom, and our families. They asked questions to make sure the venue was set up exactly how I wanted it, and they took the time to make it everything I dreamed. Throughout the reception they were constantly checking on me (the bride), the groom, and our parents. They checked in for every detail, whether it was keeping the evening on the timeline, or it was making sure we had water and food. They were wonderful. At the end of the night after I had left, they did not allow any family to help clean up. They set it all up and tore it all down. Town Square made our big day better than we ever could've imagined. We are STILL talking about it a month later and reliving just how perfect it was. We could not (and would not) have done it without them. Thank you thank you! 10/10 would recommend Town Square!! Go visit them, they're SURE to amaze you!

They went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality, including creating our very own balloon drop at midnight, and even helping us research ideas from other NYE weddings. They also went above and beyond to make our entire day perfect and enjoyable, including setting up and taking down literally everything in the venue, and adding in little details that we hadn't even thought of. It is so evident how much they truly love their jobs and want to make your day perfect and completely "you". We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to plan a wedding or event, and look forward to working with them again for our own future events!

The amount of things they can offer and assist with was amazing. Being an out of town bride could have easily be difficult but with Tammys help, I never even remotely stressed about my wedding or getting everything done! I felt as if I literally just showed up on the wedding day and it was set up exactly how I had imagined. Thank you all for the best day ever!

Town Square made planning easy, Tammy knew everything to ask that we would've never thought of, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I showed them pictures of what I wanted, and they made it happen! Tammy was so wonderful to work with, I was able to text her whenever I had any questions and she responded promptly with kindness and understanding. We didn't have to worry about setting anything up or cleaning after the ceremony...The staff was so friendly and helpful to all of our guests, they made it feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. I can't express how well this venue is run...I more than recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect, affordable, detailed and stress free wedding day!

g. They did the set up and tear down for us which was amazing and we also had them do the dinner portion of the wedding. I have never heard so many people say they LOVED the dinner, at another wedding and all of our guests were ranting and raving over it. I will most definitely tell my friends who are not married yet that they should check out Town Square. Its quaint and very accommodating. My husband and I had about 200 guest at ours and I felt very minimal stress that day because they were so on top of every issue that needed addressed so I could just enjoy my day.

all. We looked all over the Kansas City area and we couldn't find anything. We decided to venture out of the Kansas City area and tour Town Square in Paola, KS. It was the best decision that we ever could have made, honestly fell in love right when we walked in. It was everything that we had pictured. In the months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding day, Tammy & Beth truly made our vision come alive. Tammy worked with me until I truly knew it was it. She said many times, "This is your day, we want it to be perfect." Beth did an outstanding job on our flowers & centerpieces--absolutely perfect! My family & friends loved the venue, loved the décor that the Town Square team put together, loved the food, loved the bartenders, & loved their service! Town Square is the most perfect wedding venue. They provide tables, chairs, linens, décor, silverware, goblets, set-up, clean-up, help with cake cutting, literally you name it and they do it. They also can make your food (which we recommend because it is SO delicious), they can do your flowers (which we also recommend, very affordable & SO stinkin' pretty!), and they can also provide lunch for the day of (which was also SO good!). I am sure I am forgetting something because they can do it all! It was so nice to have Town Square as they made my day very simple, I didn't have to worry about a thing because they did it. Everything was absolutely perfect. We can't thank the team at Town Square enough for everything they did--it was the most perfect day. We recommend Town Square to everyone!

They were also nice enough to let my mother and I come in and decorate the ceremony space ourselves with plenty of time before the actual wedding day. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I was looking for! Also, they do EVERYTHING!!! They did our catering, flowers, cake, decor, planning, and more! It is SO helpful to have all your vendors in one place! Beth is incredible. She gave great recommendations and guided me through the planning process. She understood my vision for flowers and decor and went above and beyond to make my wedding everything I could have dreamed of and more. They are flexible and accommodating. They allow you to have the entire day at the venue with no extra cost which was wonderful because we got to get ready in their beautiful bridal sweet. Another perk: they have a basement full of decorations!!! It is so nice not to have to buy 100 candle votives you'll never use again! They have it all (candles, frames, vases, chargers, pallets, lanterns, votives, linens etc.) and it's all included and available for you to use in your decor! The food is excellent!!! My guests were RAVING about how delicious everything was! They also made my cake which was equally as delicious. I chose not to have a wedding planner and it was SO helpful having the Town Square staff helping me plan and make sure I didn't miss any details! They also act as a day-of coordinator, making sure everything runs smoothly and making sure people know where they need to be when. I would highly recommend booking Town Square. It is excellent and so much more than just a venue!

She put up with all of my emails and helped me plan things from start to finish (I would have been lost without her)! Another part of the package they offer includes all of the decorations - including set up and tear down. Not only did that save me and my family from having to worry about it, but their selection is huge and can make any vision become a reality. Since the reception, I have had so many people compliment us on the venue and the decorations. It truly was the perfect day and Town Square played a huge part in that!

Tammy you guys were all so awesome, I can't say enough good things about the team and how beautiful the venue was!! Sparkler exit was amazing and went smoothly thanks to Tammy also!

ties planned over 3 days. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every minute of the weekend while the Town Square team took care of all the details. They provided everything for us - planning, coordination, food, flowers, decor, service staff, set-up, and clean-up for rehearsal dinner, wedding day lunch, reception, and day after brunch. Everything was perfect! My daughter's words after the weekend were, "Mom, my wedding was everything I dreamed of and more!". In my opinion, that sums it up. I wholeheartedly recommend Town Square, their work is perfection and the staff is incredible to work with!

And I met with Beth and showed her a couple of small glimpses of what I was thinking for flowers. I did my best to explain my vision (I'm terrible with flowers), and SHE NAILED IT! My bouquet is hanging upside down in my closet, as I hope to be able to preserve it for years to come, and I never imagined to have cared so much about the flowers, but she did such an incredible job. Easily one of my favorite parts of our wedding.

Original tin ceilings, exposed brick, and flattering mood lighting bring it together. We used the upstairs loft space as well for the ceremony, which was perfect for photos. The bridal suite and grooms suite were great, and I had no problem feeling comfortable and relaxed while getting ready. The entire time our photographers kept commenting on what wonderful lighting there was for photos. Even the outdoor spaces in and around the area were gorgeous as a backdrop. I worked closely with Tammy from the beginning, and she was super insightful when I asked for help making a decision or when brainstorming ideas. My family is from Olathe, but I currently live out of town. Email was a great option when I had something non-urgent to chat with Tammy about. Pinterest photos was all Beth needed to make the flowers exactly how I imagined them. Michelle made delicious food and adapted a family pie recipe for serving with cake. Finally, the price for what you get at Town Square can't be beat. I got my dream wedding within my budget and a heck of a party to boot!

Our favorite thing about Town Square was that they were able to prepare Brunch style food for our event. The only possible downside was that some guests had a bit of a drive, but no one really seemed to mind!
