Sales Manager, was with us every step of the way. She was always knowledgeable, transparent, professional, personable, and communicative. Anytime we had questions or wanted to visit with parents we got a swift and direct answer, or availability in-person to answer any questions we had about the space. Flora was flexible with any changes we wanted to make and always provided alternatives to something we were iffy on, and we were allowed to sample or see things that we wanted to try before we committed to them. She was very organized with every and all details, and kept up with all of our vendors! On rehearsal and wedding day Flora was accessible, helpful, and supportive and worked well with the planner we had hired for the event, while also managing the catering and staff. The food was incredible and all of our requested changes or suggestions were noted and made! We fell in love with TPC Colorado on our first tour and plan to return often to the restaurant to reminisce about the beautiful wedding we had thanks to Flora and the staff at TPC Colorado!

When I contacted Flora a couple days before our event to ask about hosting a day after brunch at their location she jumped into action and helped us pull together a plan and menu. In the months leading up to the wedding Flora was completely in step to coordinate with our vendors and us, and day of, she and her team were great at being flexible and on top of the schedule. Beyond how great the wedding day went, the food was incredible, from our ready-room platters, appetizers and salads, to the steak/salmon for dinner (our guests still tell us how tender the steaks were)!! The food and beverage service was above and beyond, with the staff responding quickly to any guest special requests. Even the beef tenderloin, for over 100 people, came out hot and cooked to perfection! I would not hesitate to recommend TPC as a 5 star venue.

However, it only took a few minutes into our initial meeting with Flora at TPC to already feel confident that not only would our guests be taken care of the day of but also us!! From the very start to the post event follow up, Flora and the entire TPC staff was TOP OF THE TOP and extremely quick to respond with such a friendly attitude throughout! Even during our tasting to just dining at TPC for lunch or dinner, the entire staff is just trained to show how hospitable they truly are. Our guests raved about the food (and our vendors did too!!) so HATS OFF to the Chef as I know we were very impressed at our tasting and it was executed perfectly as I know executing a plated meal for 100+ guests can leave the food to be dry or not as warm but this was NOT the case. Chef: you are incredible and deserve so so so much credit as foodies ourselves!!! Flora: you are a GEM! You not only met but exceeded our expectations not only as our catering manager but as just someone so easy and simple to chat with whenever we had something come up. Your attention to detail and ability to allow us to genuinely enjoy our day (since our instinct is to honestly make sure everyone else be taken care of and help wherever possible) was incredible and I will recommend you and TPC (and the incredible modern venue in general) over and over again!! We got married in September 2022, and since then, we have consistently heard from our guests that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. Additionally, we had such a great experience at TPC that my husband and I continue to visit as guests on a regular basis. The view: You cannot beat this view of the Front Range at sunset. As a native Northern Coloradan, it's simply the best and the "Golden Hour" wedding photos we have at the 16th hole at jaw dropping. The food: The TPC has, simply stated, some of the best food you will ever have in your life. Period. The prime rib will melt in your mouth, and our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the coconut shrimp were. The catering menu really is unbelievable, and the value is incredible. I could rave for days about how much we loved the food, and in fact, I have. I would recommend TPC based on the food alone. The venue: The reception area has a large ballroom with a stunning view of the Front Range, which opens up to a beautiful open air deck. Many of our guests were from out of state and they loved being able to see and snap photos of the mountains all night long. TPC also offers two "getting ready rooms" for the wedding party to use in the hours leading up to the ceremony/reception. The Bridal Suite is absolutely stunning, with floor length mirrors, an elegant chandelier, and plenty of makeup/hair chairs for your bridesmaids. The Groom's Suite is in a Library through a "hidden door," which is both classy and fun. The staff: We did not hire a day of coordinator, and in the end we did not need one because the staff at TPC are amazing. Flora maintains top notch communication throughout the entire wedding planning process to help you coordinate and plan your perfect day, and then on the day of the wedding, Flora and her team are INCREDIBLE. We were blown away by how efficient, professional, and kind every single person on Flora's staff was. They went out of their way to help our guests, check on and serve us, and make sure that we had the perfect day.

Their communication was beyond my expectations, I was so stressed about the wedding and everything involved due to planning everything by myself that Flora and Ipec made the coordinating process so much easier and stress free. After our rehearsal everything was amazing and went to smoothly. It was incredible.

wanted. We were able to get ready on location at the venue in beautiful bridal sweet and grooms get ready room. The rooms had great lighting and lots of mirrors. Flora would check in to let me what time it was and how long I would have to get ready. She would do it in a way that never made me feel rushed, but would help us stick with our schedule. Flora also got everyone lined up to go down the isle and I didn't have to do anything. This helped take a lot of the stress off on an already emotional day. She kept the guests happy and kept me extremely happy through out the whole wedding planning process and on our big day. She was flexible and worked with me on everything. She always had a smile on her face and took so much of the pressure off my shoulders. She was very professional, but also has a super fun personality to be around. Our dinner was also amazing. It was buffet style so guests could eat as much as they wanted. The food was delicious! It wasn't your typical wedding food, and I know a lot of the guests went back for at least seconds. We did our cake cutting then the TPC team would help cut the rest of the cake and serve it to the guests. We were able to go do our sunset pictures during this time because I knew that my guests were being taken care of. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better location or team of individuals. TPC also provides a location for some amazing pictures. The mountains are right behind the venue and the greens and ponds are so beautiful. I can't thank the TPC team and Flora enough for how truly amazing our day was. If you're looking for a beautiful location, amazing food (not typical 'wedding food'), and a smooth wedding, TPC is the place to be with Flora helping you on your wedding day!

I originally planned to hire a wedding planner, but after meeting Flora her attention to detail was exactly what I needed; and she was flexible in working with us to make this the perfect wedding with specifics we wanted. Getting to the day of, everything was stress free, and Flora made sure everything was taken care of as needed, and the plated food for a large group was outstanding. The only thing I would change is if the venue had more event items available for use (IE: cake stand, table numbers, centerpieces, etc). Overall, our wedding was absolutely perfect. We still get comments from our guests about the venue, staff, and the amazing food!

TPC has indoor and outdoor options for ceremony and cocktail hour; the covered patio provided a lot of additional space.
