and I instantly knew it was the one. A year later, we celebrated our wedding there this month, and it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Amelia, the director, who is an absolute treasure. She dedicated her time to show us every aspect of the venue, and as luck would have it, we witnessed an actual wedding being set up that day. When I saw the ceremony location, I was completely captivated by the breathtaking scenery, especially under the warm sun.
Amelia wisely suggested we hire a wedding coordinator and recommended Elizabeth, an exceptional wedding planner. I can’t thank her enough for this introduction; Elizabeth was a true partner in making our vision a reality. Every staff member we encountered throughout the planning process was warm, understanding, and utterly committed to our happiness.
Choosing TPC Sugarloaf was one of the best decisions we made — it has truly carved out a special place in our hearts. Our guests raved about the venue, and we received countless compliments on its beauty. ecute with excellence from beginning to end. I was blown away with how easy going and attentive the entire staff was. The facility is absolutely gorgeous both in and out of doors. Everything we needed was provided so effortlessly. I don't think we were high maintenance, but I am certain Colleen never said "no" the entire time we worked with her. No drama, no surprises, just a wonderful commitment to see our event go off as planned. Food was outstanding, beverage service likewise....no waiting in long lines or hassles with running out of anything. I would absolutely trust Collen and TPC Sugarloaf again...cannot recommend them strongly enough. We are truly grateful.

We felt like we were a priority with her quick responsiveness and trustworthy reliability. The venue has an option for an outdoor ceremony. The reception hall can be either expanded or closed off to accommodate your wedding size. It also includes black Chiavari chairs, round and rectangle tables, ivory linens, silverware, dishes and ivory napkins. This was a big plus because it saved us on coordinating different vendors for those things. We opted for a buffet-style reception and the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious! We had fresh flowers for our ceremony arch and because it was a warm March day, they unfortunately attracted lots of bugs prior to us walking down the aisle. Before the ceremony began, Amelia ran and got some bug spray to spray around the area to help repel them from the site we were going to stand! Our day wouldn't be as smooth and amazing if we didn't have her!

e was spectacular with incredible views for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course and a lake, and the Pines ballroom was bright and open with floor to ceiling windows - perfect for a Sunday afternoon wedding. The food was delicious (highly recommend the salmon) and nicely presented. Plus it was surprisingly affordable. Now for the best part...the wedding coordinator is INCLUDED. Actually the BETTER best part is Amelia. She is awesome…just awesome! Totally on her game. Always professional, immediately responsive, and keeps track of all the little details you never think about. She is the epitome of fantastic service. She went above and beyond in providing extra care (including a golf cart) for two family members who needed assistance walking. We can’t say enough about her. And if you are the bride, trust me, you want Amelia handling your wedding. She will make sure you have nothing to stress about. That is so valuable on your wedding day. She coordinates with all the vendors and things magically fall into place. It started to rain five minutes before our outdoor ceremony and she told me in such a way that I didn’t panic and said we would wait a few minutes because it was one small cloud. Sure enough, it passed and the sun came out and we started pretty much on time. We had heard horror stories about the bride and groom not getting to eat, or eating late and starving. Not on Amelia’s watch. She had a plate of our hors d’oeurves ready for us right after our ceremony while we waited to be introduced to the room. I’m sure I’m forgetting all the wonderful things she did to make our experience so perfect; just know you can’t go wrong if you work with her and TPC. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and service oriented.
On a side note, and hopefully you won’t encounter this, we had to reschedule twice due to Covid-19 and Amelia was gracious and flexible, working with us to find new dates. What a blessing.
Ours wasn’t a huge wedding, but we were treated like royalty. My husband (fun to say that now) and I agree we would do it all again with Amelia and TPC.

. She led practice the day before the wedding and made sure everything ran according to the timeline the day of. The food was great! the staff was great! I was a little nervous about having the ceremony inside because they didn’t have any pictures but there was plenty of space for the 175 guest I had in attendance. I also had space for a photo booth, DJ, and 2 staffed bars. There was a party in the restaurant at the venue at the same time and it didn’t interpret my wedding at all. I HIGHLY recommend this venue.

e has to offer. As a bride, I truly enjoyed the planning process while working with Amelia - she made everything so easy for me, and her recommendations on menu, timeline and setting were valuable. It's always great experience when you deal with professionals, and TPC Sugarloaf you can afford it for a reasonable price. They even did a refund for me after the wedding, because tax on the consumption bar initially was estimated higher that what we did in reality. This proves how honest is everyone. I am happy with how my wedding went, and I had to plan it again, I'd choose the same place.

(we walked out knowing this would be the place) have we ever looked back. The staff and our direct contact Amelia were top notch, we never had to ask for things twice or verify anything , she worked with our outside vendors and our special day ended up being absolutely perfect and 100% worry free. The day of the wedding Amelia was there to coordinate it and everything turned out amazing. The food was good and the service was excellent. The venue itself is very elegant and caters to any size wedding. The pricing is fair and straightforward-- there are no hidden costs like in other places. They also have a very nice bridal suite. mazing wedding day of coordinator out there. Her attention to detail, quick responses, and calm energy made my wedding day the best day of my life. I planned my entire wedding without a wedding planner, and Elizabeth was so great to answer all of my questions, make last minute changes and went above and beyond for everything I wanted. Everyone loved the food, the appetizers and the entire process of planning was seamless for us. The day of, I knew everything was going to be perfect because of her. We had so many people say this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I owe it to Elizabeth, her staff, and the beautiful space TPC provided. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a classy wedding with a traditional vibe that you can make your own. We had 124 people and had the main room and opened only one side room and it was the perfect amount of space. Thank you TPC and Elizabeth. We will forever remember this day.

and attention to detail was simply outstanding. Our coordinator (from Sugarloaf) Elizabeth Klespies' warm, inviting personality and organizational skills just made it so much easier and we can't say enough how impressed we were. Thank you Sugarloaf for helping us to create such wonderful memories.
P.S. The Rehearsal Dinner was hosted there as well with the same level of satisfaction. Way to go Sugarloaf and Elizabeth!!!

The communication between the bride, the vendors and the staff was exactly what you would expect from a high quality country club. affordability) of TPCS! Amelia, our coordinator, was an absolute g-d send! Every single small detail was tended to and Amelia handled the rest of our vendors amazingly! Our day was so beautiful and special and i couldn't have asked for it any differently. If you are looking for a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue with views for days and not too far from metro-Atlanta, TPC Sugarloaf is what you need!

detail simply perfect. My mom and I put on the wedding by ourselves- florals, decor, invites, you name it... The one thing we were worried about was having an on site coordinator to take the stress away from "conducting" the actual event. Elizabeth was more than just a coordinator. She handled everything with such grace and poise. If there were mistakes or mishaps that happened during my day, I was not aware of them because they were all handled before even getting to me. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me the happiest bride. I strongly recommend TPC Sugarloaf for any event in the future. Y'all made my dreams come to life! t off without a hitch from first dance to cake cutting to the send off. You don't even need to have a wedding planner because they take care of the timeline. I was able to enjoy my reception knowing it was all taken care of! Plus they only schedule one wedding per day, so they are completely focused on you and not worried about setting up for something later!
