Deciding to work with Tracey after our initial call was a no brainer, and I am so glad that we did! Tracey is so kind, patient, and clearly passionate about her work. She is extremely available for questions and changes to your vision throughout the entire planning process. I had an idea of what I was hoping for our wedding to look like, and Tracey ran with the idea and absolutely nailed the vision perfectly. We got so many compliments on how the flowers turned out and I am still in awe over some of the gorgeous flowers that Tracey used in our arrangements. Tracey was also extremely flexible with helping us stay as close to our desired budget as possible. We ended up deciding to repurpose some of our floral arrangements from the ceremony into the reception (decorations at the front of the aisle were moved to the fireplace area, and the ceremony arch was moved behind our sweetheart table). Deciding on my florist was one of the toughest decisions I made during my wedding planning process and I am SOOO relieved I chose Tracey. From our first conversation, she completely set me at ease and was so lovely to talk to. Although I could barely describe my vision, she was able to envision it even more than I could. Tracey was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process despite me changing what I wanted mulitple times. She was able to create exactly what I was thinking each time and updated our vision board with every change I made, always with a smile on her face. She helped ensure I was able to stay within my budget but still have the wedding of my dreams, with suggestions of ways to repurpose and what things I didn't necessarily need. It is clear that Tracey puts 100% into every couple she works with and I never felt like I was just part of a factory that did hundreds of weddings a year like some of the other vendors I spoke to. The day of, she worked tirelessly for hours and WOW did it show. My guests have still not stopped talking about how amazing our florals were - from the chuppah transformed into photo booth to the amazing variations of table arrangements and the bouquets, they were all truly show-stopping. I can't thank Tracey enough for bringing my vision to life and being such a joy to work with!

I have to start with how lovely Tracey is. So kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Her mood boards really helped us visualize just how gorgeous the flowers would look and she did not disappoint! You can see how much Tracey loves what she does. She provided the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen for my daughter's wedding, from the bouquets, to the moon gate and the reception tables. No one could believe they were real! She added such a warmth and charm to what was already a beautiful venue. Tracey is a true professional. So responsive and thoughtful. We had several conference calls or zoom meetings throughout the planning process to discuss changes/updates and was completely flexible. She really left you with nothing to worry about. She delivered the flowers to our hotel for the entire wedding party for photos and got busy at the venue right after that. When we arrived to see the reception area, we were blown away. Oh Tracey - where do I even begin? From her initial consultation to her execution - it was all flawless!! I started out a bit anxious about selecting a florist who could execute my vision. Tracey, with her reassuring calm demeanor, went above and beyond that! She was honest, responsive and gave me the opportunity to discuss and select every item that went into my floral arrangements- all done virtually. Tracey knew how to alleviate my concerns and communicated directly with the appropriate vendors working my wedding - taking me out from being the middle-woman so that I can focus on other wedding tasks! I had spoken to a ton of florists before speaking with Tracey. After my phone call with Tracey I knew she was different from every other florist I had spoken to and felt like she knew exactly what I wanted. On our wedding day I was so blown away by how perfectly she captured our vision. So many guests complimented how beautiful our flowers were. The arch she created for our ceremony was an absolute dream and looks beautiful in all of our photos. We are so thankful for all of Traceys hard work and I couldn't have asked for a better florist.

Tracey Reynolds creates magic with flowers! She is so talented, creative, and willing to explore and experiment. She was so fantastic in helping me create the look that I wanted for my early fall wedding, and never discouraged or dismissed an idea. She was engaging, very responsive and professional. She and her wonderful team designed and assembled a gorgeous floral arch at the entrance to the church we got married in, then moved the entire piece to our venue, and set it up again in a span of 90 minutes. We received a recommendation from two of our family friends who had her design their weddings florals in 2012. Not only did they rave about their flowers, they both said how easy and wonderful Tracey was to work with - and man-oh-man, were they right! From the moment my mom and I met with Tracey, we felt connected to her. Not only did she understand my vision, it was clear she understood me which truly makes the difference. We left our meeting feeling like we just had coffee with a talented friend, and when we received our proposal, we knew it was true. Tracey is transparent, communicative, caring, and creative. The bouquets were the exact “organic with structure” shape we spoke about, and our centerpieces were the perfect geo-rustic-Scandinavian-chic dream we had in mind (but better and SO unique). There was one adjustment I wanted made in real-time to our centerpieces, so I told her and she didn’t blink - she made the change immediately without question. Our fireplace mantels were beyond romantic with the exact votives we saw online, the room light looked incredible with the greenery she crafted, and our cake was EXACTLY (I mean EXACTLY) what we wanted - the prettiest cake ever because of Tracey! The chuppah that Tracey created for my husband and me was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined - and she was up against the odds of a windy and chilly fall day. I honestly could talk about our chuppah for days - it was the prettiest chuppah I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Tracey’s compassion is also shown through her work. We told her about my husband’s mother who passed away when he was young. We wanted to include daisies to honor her. Not only did she create an INCREDIBLE memorial table with flourishing daisies, she also put daisy pins in his and his father’s boutonnieres. If you’re looking to work with someone who is passionate, create, and has a huge heart, Tracey is your gal! She really brought our vision to life and then some!

Tracey could not have been more patient, focused, or kind. She brought our dream into reality for our wedding florals - in budget too! She worked with us to build our vision and gave us great ideas/suggestions that fit our theme. Tracey was not only so kind and patient, but she did such an amazing job on our wedding! I'm a bit of a control freak, so I was nervous that nobody would understand my vision or be able to meet my expectations. Tracey Reynolds does an amazing job with her floral designs! She works very closely with you from the moment you reach out to her. She uses Pinterest to gather your ideas and also share the types of flowers she has in mind. Your bouquet will not be just another bridal bouquet—her designs are very unique and she gets the most beautiful flowers to incorporate into them. Many of my guests told me they thought the roses on our tables were fake (until they touched them :) ) because their color was so unique and they opened so beautifully. That’s because Tracey works very closely with her flower distributer and gets the very best for your wedding day! She designed beautiful arrangements for our pergola, the wine barrels, the tables and various signs that we had to decorate our venue. Even the boutonnières were unique and beautiful!!! Tracey was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding day. She creates stunning unique floral arrangements that will bring your wedding décor together beautifully. Tracey was such a pleasure to work with on the florals for our big day! Throughout the entire (one year plus) time that we were planning for the wedding, I changed my mind so many times and Tracey not only put up with me, but helped me get my vision just right. We were married at Rock Island Lake Club on 5/5/18 and I cannot say enough amazing things about the venue and all who made our big day perfect, specifically Tracey Reynolds and her entire floral team. The floral designs that Tracey put together were amazing. Every detail was flawless and all of our guests raved about the décor. She designed gorgeous runners for the long farmhouse tables, as well as decorating the birch tree arbor that the venue provides. Our bouquets were incredible! Tracey incorporated a variety of succulents into the bouquets that I was able to replant after the wedding. Now I have multiple living reminders of our big day. Tracey is a delight to work with. She knows her flowers and had an idea for every question we posed. Her responses were always prompt and knowledgeable and we couldn’t have planned everything without her. I love Tracey, personally and professionally. I had a great time working with her on my floral vision for my wedding in September. Tracey's vision and eye are impeccable, and made my wedding everything I wanted and more. One thing Tracey said to me, because I was working with a specific budget, was that she does not sacrifice design ever, and she means it! I also had a specific vision in mind for a few things and Tracey made them happen. She and her great staff are truly fantastic!

5.0 Tracey is absolutely amazing. She was recommended by a friend and after speaking with her for the first time, we knew she was the florist for us! Instead of showing us pictures and saying 'oh you like that? I'll do exactly that,' she listened to our thoughts and ideas and our color story and put together an in depth Pinterest board that captured everything we had in mind. Throughout the entire planning process she was super responsive and professional and was flexible enough to schedule a last minute meeting with my crazy mother to show her some other work she had done. On the day-of, we woke up to a rainy day but Tracey was on it! We could no longer have the ceremony outside but it ended up being for the better. Tracey came prepared with tons of votives and candles and extra stems to create the most warm and romantic ceremony space. AND THE CHUPPAH! It was incredible. My bouquet was also the most unique and beautiful bouquet I had ever seen. I had a bridal party of 9 and each of their bouquets were so beautiful and different in their own little ways. Tracey really did provide us with the warm, rustic yet elegant wedding day we were hoping for. We never knew we'd be so happy to have such a rainy June wedding day!!!

Tracey and her team did such an AMAZING job for our wedding and made our wedding so unique! Everything was so lush and green which is exactly what we wanted! My bouquet was gorgeous and the flower hoops that my bridesmaids carried were a huge hit! She was so professional and communicated every single detail which totally kept my anxiety at bay. I gave Tracey five stars but there are not enough stars in the sky to demonstrate her impact on our wedding. Our wedding venue was a true "industrial" space so flowers/greenery was one of the most important components. Additionally, it was important to me that the flowers/greenery be presented in a creative way all while still looking beautiful. Tracey is truly the most creative person I worked with during my year of wedding planning. Her ideas were fresh, beautiful and she gladly spearheaded all of my creative ideas. Ideas are one thing but it's all about the execution. Tracey transformed a cold and barren space into a lush, warm, and frankly very cool space. It was more than I could have ever imagined and I had high expectations. My guests, many of who were recently married, raved about the greenery. Others thought the venue came styled with the greenery as it was so perfectly placed. My bouquet, my maid of honor's bouquet, and her famous gold cuff corsages were stunning. The shape of my bouquet was so beautiful and the flowers used were perfect. On top of how amazing she is as a florist, she is super fun and easy to work with. She is a genuinely nice person who listens and strives to make the bride happy. I worried about a lot of things in anticipation of the wedding but never the flowers/greenery because Tracey was so organized and always had a vision. She was upfront about costs and I never felt like there were hidden costs. Tracey was the best decision we made when planning our wedding and I truly don't know how things would have turned out without her. My husband, who before our wedding thought greenery didn't matter, can't stop singing Tracey's praises. Tracey is the best! She went above and beyond what we talked about during our concept meetings. Her creativeness and attention to detail are unsurpassed, and she's so sweet. She made the whole process so painless and effortless. Truly, she is one of a kind, and is one of the most talented floral designers in the industry. She custom designed and built breathtaking hanging gardens that hung above two of our tables. She also adorned the large fireplace behind our sweetheart table with creeping vines and beautiful flowers. The fireplace design brought everything together and created a memorable focal point. Last but certainly not least, the flowers she chooses and has access to are so beautiful and premium in quality. We really cannot thank Tracey enough for executing and surpassing our vision and expectations.

Tracey created the most incredible floral designs for my wedding and was a complete dream to work with. I planned my wedding from out of state and had to rely on phone and email (and Pinterest) communication. I actually started with another florist who had been recommended to me, but no matter how many photos I sent, the first florist never seemed to get my vision and told me that it would be hard to get the flowers I wanted. It was completely the opposite with Tracey. I sent her my Pinterest vision board and could tell that we were on the same page within a few minutes of the first phone consultation. I had pinned some of the most expensive flowers available, and she offered to use different types of flowers that could give me the look I wanted for less money. I still went with the most expensive flowers, but I loved that she offered alternatives. We were supposed to get married outside and had planned for Tracey to decorate an arbor, but a few days before the wedding, the forecast was heavy rain. Our planned rain location was an indoor room with a nonworking fireplace. We had agreed that she would take the garland from the arbor and drape it over the mantel. Tracey went above and beyond this. She saw the rain forecast and decided (as a surprise to me!) to beef up the fireplace design by adding urns with wild flowering tree branches and lots of candles. It completely made up for not having an outdoor ceremony. And while I knew ahead of time that the bouquets would be beautiful, I was impressed with how closely they matched the elaborate designs on our shared Pinterest board. Whether you have a very distinct vision or just want to let Tracey run with your color scheme, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Tracey and her team really came through for our wedding with her unique vision; we gave her a rather tall order - to work within our budget and palette to create a floral design that echoed impressionist art, but that could also work in our somewhat modern hotel space. She absolutely fulfilled that vision, and worked with us to adjust based on what we could afford and what would be available for our season. Our guests walked away very impressed with the overall feel as well as the specifics, especially my fantastic bouquet and a charming chuppah (which Tracey ably pulled together just a couple of weeks before the wedding after realizing my originally planned chuppah would not fit). In researching vendors I felt that a lot of local ones all have a similar aesthetic (flower balls, crystal strands) whereas Tracey stood out with her singular and more creative pieces. She was also easy and pleasant to work with throughout, spending lots of time to walk me through our options and confirm everything we needed. Her work was not cheap by any means, but it all came out wonderfully.

My husband and I could not be happier with the florals we received from Tracey. I love flowers and this was a very important element for me. Tracey's flowers made my wedding feel like a fairy tale. From our first consultation I could tell Tracey understood my vision and this was confirmed when she came back to me with my own personalized Pinterest board of what she envisioned for my wedding. Seeing everything come together the day of was one of the highlights of the wedding. Tracey is not only a talented floral designer but also a joy to work with. We were married this past May and couldn't be happier with Tracey's work! She used the most beautiful flowers and succulents that were all perfectly in bloom for early May. She is personally there for you every step of the way and my husband and I felt so comfortable each and every time we met. Her warmth and love of flowers made it such an easy decision for us. She truly listened to all of our thoughts and requests and made our dream day spectacular. We heard nothing but compliments from all our guests! Tracey was absolutely the best vendor we had at our perfect wedding in June at Willowwood Arboretum. She was communicative, responsive, and even created a Pinterest board so that I could get a sense of the types of colors and flowers she would be using based on what I told her my vision was. She asked for my opinion on everything to make sure I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted - and I did! She completely nailed the rustic theme I was looking for and everything was even more perfect than I imagined. She even worked with me to come up with great options when I wanted to get the cost down in some areas. She made sure she knew our exact schedule and set up the flowers that would be in the sun last to make sure they lasted in the heat. She really thought through everything. Tracey clearly loves what she does and was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her!

Unprofessional! Very disappointed. She was late to our initial scheduled phone consultation which by the way she emailed me about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I was understanding and we rescheduled but she FORGOT to call me. Even then I was like ok stuff happens and I emailed her back after she apologized. I was willing to give it another try because I was super excited about Tracey's beautiful flowers and style. I emailed her back saying it was ok and said we can reschedule... It's been one week and I have emailed her twice and still haven't heard anything from her. She basically wrote me off for what ever reason. I never met a vendor who did this before in my life. She didn't even have the decency to reply to me. This is a bad reflection. I would be weary to hire her for your wedding especially because she is not reliable.

Tracey is truly amazing! Her talent is matched only by her kindness. Not only is she good at what she does she is sweet, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She is detail oriented and goes above and beyond to capture your vision. I was all over the place with my vision and she helped to reel me in, focus, and then take my vision and add her own creativity and eye to it to make it better than I could ever imagined. As my vision evolved so did hers, I was able to be honest and forthcoming with her and she was beyond patient with me. Not only is Tracey talented but so is her entire team. They work tirelessly throughout the day to put together beautiful designs. I knew Tracey's work would be beautiful but I was floored on the day of my wedding. her designs were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. There was so much texture, color, and dimension. It was truly unique and not your typical run of the mill designs. She strives to provide quality and in season product that will hold in the setting, which means having some flexibility and trust that Tracey (and her team) will do an AMAZING job. I credit Tracey with giving me the most beautiful wedding and I truly can not thank you enough.

When I stumbled upon Tracey's website, which I found after doing some research on WeddingBee, I just felt she had the exact aesthetic and style I was searching for in a florist. It felt meant to be! I love how she utilizes a combination of romantic and rustic elements, which felt perfect for our wedding at Laurita Winery in NJ. From taking the time to get to know me through a phone consult, meeting with my fiancé and I in person, to learning what my vision was through Pinterest, and even creating an inspiration board for me, Tracey was just fantastic! She was professional yet personable throughout the whole planning process. My wedding flowers from Tracey Reynolds were absolutely breathtaking! I LOVED all of them! Words cannot express how happy I was with the job that she did. She took my vision and made it a reality. The finished product that she created was even better than I ever hoped it would be. The colors were perfect! Most impressive was that she did all of this via phone and email since I live out of state. She created absolute perfection from just my words and some random photos. She definitely hit it out of the park! Best of all, everything was huge! I was worried in the beginning that my budget might not have been enough for the grand ideas that I had, but the centerpieces and the bouquets (even the boutonnieres!) were all HUGE! Her prices are so much less than other florists and her work was so much bigger and better. I cannot say it enough...I LOVED everything that Tracey did! She is incredible! My bouquet was stunning.
