Absolutely the worst Limo Service in New Orleans. Avoid at all cost. You will have many problems and it will ruin some of the most magical moments of your life. This is the second wedding (first one being my own and the second one my brothers) where the limo didn't show up and cost us amazing memories and valuable time. We were stranded and had to pile into personal vehicles to drive us around on our wedding day! Imagine being a bride and not having a limo or party bus for yourself on the one day you want to remember for the rest of your life! When called and asked, all they could say was sorry and then even argued with us about refunds!?!?! The owner is an absolute POS and everyone that works for him is incompetent. If you want to enjoy your wedding and have a stress free event, go somewhere else and tell anyone you work with to not sub out the work to them.

Nicoll's provide good service. We used the limo bus and a luxury sedan for wedding transportation. Our driver's were extremely nice and accommodating. My wife arrived to the venue about 15 minutes early and couldn't get in. The driver was kind enough to let here an the MOH sit in the car for that period of time. P.S. Bus 11 was lit!

Nicoll’s transportation was awesome! They were so nice and respectful on the phone. The driver was careful and the limo bus was very clean.

We used Nicolls to get to our residence after a Wedding. For 2 stops and drop off at original location, we were quoted $362. which was paid for at the time the reservation was made. For the 2 stops and one to residence. All went well until 4 days later Nicolls took another $168.00 from my account. Total for the ride now is $530.00. I called to inquire as to why we were charged an additional $168.00, I was told that we used too much time. So, what happened to the original quote? I cannot recommend Niccols due to the fact that they do no honor their quotes!

Communication with company leading up to the wedding was good. However, the limo driver drop the ball on the wedding day. After the ceremony, the limo bus driver left before the police escorts. This wouldn't have been a problem if he had known where he was going, and didn't have the entire bridal party including parents. He got lost on the way to the reception venue in City Park. I specifically PAID for police escorts so that the whole bridal party would get to the venue without running into traffic or getting lost. One of my bridesmaids tried telling him he was going the wrong way, but he had his headphones in his ears and possibly could not hear her. They arrived about 20-30 minutes late. I contacted the company 12 days later when I got back from my honeymoon. I spoke with someone that said he would try to find out what happened, and the owner would follow up with me. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard back from anyone. I wish I could give a better review, but it I still haven't gotten an explanation from the company.

Mr. Mike and his crew at Nicholl's were great during our wedding weekend! From the shuttle limos for the wedding party, to the fancy rolls royce my dad and I rode in to the ceremony, this company has it all. Price-wise, they are spot on and average compared to most limo companies in the city. Great communication from the drivers during the day of our wedding, and were pleasures to work with. Highly recommend for all of your travel needs!

I rented a party bus for my sister's birthday party. The party bus was amazing! Spacious and clean with all sorts of cool gadgets inside. We had a great driver that was super friendly & took us around town wherever my sister wanted to go. I also was able to book the party bus without hassle, so thanks tracey nicoll's Limo for making this trip a success! I will definitely use nicoll's again and I highly recommend them.

Rented a new stretch mkT limo for my daughter's wedding. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. He made multiple trips back and forth between the venue and the hotel downtown. The car was excellent and everyone in the wedding party was very pleased with the experience. He even shuttled some of the other guests between the venue and the hotel. Will definitely use the service again.thanks mr. tracey!:)

I arranged for a limo to pick us up and bring us to the Royal Teddy Bear Tea at the Royal Sonesta. I was amazed by how quickly they responded to my request and how easy it was to reserve the limo. Even better....they called me two days before to confirm that everything was still on track and then the driver called the night before to confirm and get addresses for all of the stops. I was extremely pleased with how organized everything was. The limo was great and the driver was so pleasant. Would highly recommend Tracey Nicoll's Limousine & Hummer Rentals!!
