She has been so impressive with her professionalism, her dedication to achieving guest satisfaction and also creating a relationship that doesn’t feel like everything is all business. She genuinely wants her bride and groom to have their expectations not only met but exceeded. There were some details we were unsure of and she immediately was able to take what we envisioned and turn it into reality.  Hannah Poff and her staff at the Tradewinds Island Grand made wedding planning in 6 months easier than we could have ever imagined. When the day of our wedding finally came Hannah was not only present for us, she was a Queen and she went above and beyond. We forgot our vow books and she made sure we had our vows available for the ceremony on paper last minute. Not just regular paper either! I text her what I needed printed and she brought it to me in under 10 min on gorgeous stock card with a gold embossed border and I’m still trying to figure out how she made that one request seem so effortless yet mean so incredibly much. We even made some last minute changes to our schedule a week before our wedding and thought it might be a bit of a stretch or over ask and Hannah said “bet”.  The Island Grand and Hannah are more than just a venue and a wedding catering manager. They are forever a part of our story. They are part of what made such a monumental day in our life that much better. I could not imagine going back and changing anything about our experience from that first phone call to inquire about the venue to the final goodbye before we left to go home as husband and wife. If you want an all inclusive resort that comes with amazing food, fun adventures and a sunset ceremony that will make you feel like you’re on top of the world while you marry your best friend, father of your children and love of your life then you need to call Hannah Poff immediately because if your experience is anything like ours then you will understand why this review was not only a pleasure to write but your sign that this is exactly where you need to be when you make that commitment. We were under the impression planning a wedding was supposed to be stressful, hard and scary but Hannah was there to help us every step of the way. We had friends and family travel from all over the country and everyone enjoyed all the accommodations and amenities of the resort as well as the activities in the surrounding area. We had our rehearsal, welcome dinner, beach wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and farewell brunch all seamlessly handled by Hannah and her catering captain Paula. It was not just one event so everything going better than we could have ever imagined was nothing short of spectacular. We will be forever grateful to Hannah and the staff at the Tradewinds Island Grand.
