the contract. I booked 2 rooms there and, when my elderly father fell and was unable to travel, they said I was s.o.o.l. I didn't even demand a refund, just a credit so I could stay there once my dad recovered. Nope! They stood behind a rigid policy of no change/refund/credit. Now, they may respond that I got a deeply discounted rate. Not so. A similar rate was offered on Expedia and it was changeable. And $188.69 per room per night in Johnson City, NY ..... does that sound "deeply discounted"?
So, if you decide to book your wedding here, just be sure that you read everything thoroughly before you sign and don't expect them to be flexible or understanding if extenuating circumstance come up.
