I want to start with saying, Tranquility Farm was the perfect venue for us. We got engaged in December 2025, and decided to get married in June 2026 (quick turnaround). I looked at almost 20 venues in Northern Virginia within a few weeks, and Tranquility Farm was the last one I toured. My tour was with Anita, the owner of the property. Right away that left such a positive impression, because I rarely interacted with owners of the other venues. I could tell she really cared about her couples and the venue was important to her. The promptness of the tour, emails, texts and booking was very impressive.
We wanted a venue that could host between 200-250 guests (this venue can actually host up to 300), and hold multiple days of events. I loved that this property had multiple beautiful, unique locations that set a completely different tone for each day and event. Another invaluable aspect of this venue is that there are two houses on site, and you can reserve the property for the entire weekend. My bridesmaids stayed with me in the manor house (which is GORGEOUS and so historical), and my husband’s groomsmen stayed at the groomsmen house on the other side of the property. That is rare to find for the size of this venue.
Overall, we had a BEAUTIFUL wedding in June. Everything was in full bloom, the property was perfectly maintained. I kept hearing from our guests how beautiful the venue was. And the property photographs like a dream. However, most importantly, the owner Anita was the sweetest. She was so involved with making our weekend perfect, and she was so flexible with helping create the best weekend for our unique families. She was very responsive, respectful, and lovely to work with.
This venue was my favorite part of our entire wedding, we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to celebrate with our families. Thank you Tranquility Farm and Anita!! 🫶🏽🩵

We actually stumbled upon Tranquility Farms back in 2024 when we first moved to Loudoun County and were out wine hopping and stopped at Otium Cellars. We joked at the time that it would be our dream venue, and fast forward to April 2026—we actually got married there! It truly was a full-circle, spectacular experience.
We chose their all-inclusive package, which allowed us and our group to stay right on the property from Friday to Sunday. Being able to host everything in one place made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and special. Every single space on the property shines:
The Houses: Stunning, cozy, and perfect for housing our group for the weekend.
The Barn: Made for a warm, picturesque setting for our rehearsal dinner.
The Grounds: The lush greenery was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and photos.
The Glass Manor: Absolutely breathtaking for our reception—our guests are still talking about how incredible it looked!
As an extra bonus, being able to serve Tranquility Farms’ own wine during our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and post-wedding festivities was such a unique and personal touch that our guests loved.
A massive shoutout to Anita, who was our point of contact throughout the entire process. She was an absolute dream to work with! Anita’s communication was flawless from day one, keeping us at ease and ensuring every detail was taken care of.

Tranquility Farm & Winery is a working wine estate and wedding venue in Purcellville, Virginia, on 200-year-old land where farming, wine, and celebration happen on the same grounds.
The estate hosts one wedding at a time, on exclusive use terms. We offer two reception venues, the Historic Bank Barn and the Glass Manor, and seven distinct ceremony settings, from a vineyard hilltop to a wisteria-covered terrace at the back of the manor. Three overnight properties can accommodate the wedding party on the same grounds where the celebration happens.
The wines poured at every celebration are made here. Draksha — traditional method sparkling as well as Otium — estate and artisanal wines. Two labels, two estate-owned vineyards in Loudoun County.
Wedding packages range from a single day to a full 48-hour estate weekend. Weekday and winter dates available at meaningfully lower rates.

e Tranquility Farm team made us feel welcome. The venue's versatility is incredible: we had our ceremony outside with a beautiful vista, our cocktail hour by the manor house, and our reception in the historic barn. It was easy to come up with a rain plan, so everything was stress-free. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of the spaces and loved that we were able to stay on-site with close friends the night before and night of the wedding.

rooms on the property for your bridal party and family. We had our rehearsal dinner, Saturday brunch, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. It also has a backup ceremony space in the event of rain. The Director of Sales, Mindy, was super responsive to answering all our questions and everything was straightforward. Property is beautiful with lots of history and your on-site guests can travel over to the winery across the street if they are so inclined. We had one issue the day of, with some clover that sprang up and attracted bees at our ceremony site, but landscapers were sent immediately to trim it back and the bees were gone! Highly recommend if you are looking for an upscale rustic venue with horses and Italian countryside vibes.

My wife and I searched far and wide for the right venue for our wedding. Being that we met during the pandemic, there were many friends and family on the other's side we hadn't got...
ten to know, so we really wanted to pack in as much time and love as possible. Tranquility was by far the best venue for that. Giving us the run of the grounds for 50 hours (midday Friday-Sunday afternoon), we were able to host more than just a 5-hour wedding event, but a weekend full of activities for our guests. I personally am a wedding videographer and have never before seen that level of engagement from an event. Not only that, but the grounds are absolutely beautiful and provide a half-dozen areas for your events. We were able to hold a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party, and Sunday brunch — all without using the same space twice. The venue also has space for about 16-20 people to stay on site, so we never had to leave the grounds all weekend. Our guests repeatedly commented to us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we agree!

a beautiful and peaceful venue with an amazing landscaping and an outstanding accommodation. The main house is well decorated with antique furniture. The rustic barn was perfect for an impressive dinner followed by dancing. At the end of the weekend, it was hard to leave Tranquility since we felt like home. Suzanne, the owner, was always very accommodating and helped us to have the most memorable day of our lives.

s were exceeded? Well, after this weekend, and two amazing weddings, I can say with 100% certainty Tranquility Farm and Suzanne, were a blessing. With all the craziness that comes with a wedding; being able to stay on site and having the ability to be at the "beck and call" of the bride was a savior. There was absolutely nothing missed, moreover the little extras were amazing: coffee, kind bars, waters...the list could go on and on. Moreover, Suzanne is onsite just in case. What more could you ask for!

o make sure we had a once in a lifetime weekend.
The property has so many amazing spots to use which was key for us considering we had a three day wedding- rehearsal dinner on Friday, American wedding on Saturday, and Indian wedding on Sunday.
We used the patio behind the house for a beautiful rehearsal dinner and had a pizza truck set up on the gravel roundabout in front of the house. My bridesmaids slept over with me the night before my American wedding in the stunning house, which was the best! Plus, it saved me money on not needing a bridal suite at a hotel. Our American wedding and cocktail hour was up by the silo, and the reception was in the barn. We also had a mehndi (henna artists) in the lower level of the barn during the reception.
For our Indian wedding we got married in the grass by the barn and had our reception in the barn. Everything was absolutely perfect and our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous Tranquility was. It felt like a destination wedding but with the convenience of DC! Plus, my parents and grandparents stayed in the upper house which they were so happy with that way they didn’t need to take a bus back to the hotel.
Choosing Tranquility was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! Thank you Suzanne!

hour, and reception, and we did our best to use all of them (barn for rehearsal dinner, high field for ceremony, silo for cocktail hour and tent pad for reception) because we wanted our guests to get the full Tranquility experience! Each of these spaces is so stunningly beautiful that you honestly don't need much in the way of decor or flowers, which helped with our budget, as well. We simply let the rolling VA countryside speak for itself!
It is also so special that you and your bridal party can stay on the property itself -- it really extends the whole party so you truly get a whole weekend with all your people, as opposed to just a few hours, without worrying about the logistics of getting to and from on the Big Day.
Finally, Suzanne was a dream to work with -- so organized and laid back and helpful with set up and vendor recommendations. We had to push our wedding date back by nearly a year due to COVID and she and her husband were so communicative and accommodating throughout the process, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.
Booking Tranquility was the first and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Call Suzanne today!!!

SO much more special) and there are so many gorgeous spaces for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
Suzanne is the greatest to work with and is so accommodating and helpful. She takes incredible care of the property - you won't even need much decor because it's so beautiful on its own.
There are many nearby wonderful VRBOs (including Otium Cellars directly across the street - 8 bedroom gorgeous house and great wine) where all of your guests can stay.

The lodging on site was great for having family come in from out of town, and gave the bride and groom their own areas to prep for the ceremony. With multiple large spaces, indoors and outdoors, we were able to have a back-up plan in case of rain without having to jump through hoops or make additional rental arrangements.

ons for vendors when we needed them, and otherwise kept herself removed and let us enjoy their lovely property. It was amazing to get to have our immediate family stay on-site with us. The location was perfect for all our girls getting ready on Saturday morning, and the Friday rehearsal was stunning on the back patio and playing lawn games on the grass. And it is an amazing property for pictures! My one recommendation to couples choosing to get married here is make sure you let Suzanne know when the ceremony will be so she can ask the winery next door not to play music during that time - we wound up with loud country music during our vows, though I heard they are usually respectful and keep quiet for the ceremony. It didn't ultimately ruin anything (we also had beautiful horses behind us!). We feel so fortunate that we were able to have our wedding here, and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and remote feel in the DC area.

The property has multiple beautiful areas, making it a place where you can celebrate all weekend long. (Don't miss the silo – the tallest in the county and such a unique space!) We held our rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch in the barn, our welcome drinks on the manor house patio, and had an outdoor ceremony and tented reception. Our bridal party stayed on the premises in the stunningly decorated manor house and cottage. Being able to get so many uses out of the farm made it a great value! Most couples will tell you how quickly the wedding day flies by after months and months of planning, so being able to have one home base for the entire weekend allowed us to really enjoy our time with our loved ones without feeling rushed.
Beyond the beautiful location, Suzanne was such a joy to work with every step of the way. She provided helpful recommendations, went out of her way to help us source vendors, and was so flexible and accommodating. She let us visit the venue multiple times for planning throughout the process, and allowed vendor set up a few days in advance of our actual rental – a godsend that allowed us to relax and enjoy the weekend without stressing about set up on the day of. Suzanne was so warm and welcoming to my entire family that they left the experience wanting to stay in touch and strike up a friendship!
We had a perfect wedding weekend, better than we could have ever dreamed. I can't recommend Tranquility enough and we are so grateful to Suzanne and her husband for making it such a special experience for us.

e were beautiful. The barn is also so good looking and photogenic our reception pictures really turned out great from a lot of angles. Being able to stay on site for a couple of days not only allowed us to relax, but provided us more flexibility for more events and activities. At our wedding, the grounds were large enough to accommodate a fire pit, donut truck, an extra large moon bounce and corn hole. The next day, we had a brunch for our out of town guests (super casual where we had food dropped off at the manor). I explain what we had at our wedding only to emphasize that we had a lot of stuff going on and the venue was able to house all of it while being ridiculously good looking with super friendly and helpful owners. Suzanne was extremely helpful and responsive and we would recommend this place 100 times over!

nne and walked around Tranquility Farm, I felt a sense of calm. This venue was the only and last venue we looked at. It was for us, we knew it. This venue not only allows your closest humans to be with you an entire weekend, but Suzanne ensures your event goes off without a hitch. She is insanely accommodating and gives her house and land to you to make whatever kind of magic you want to happen. I am so grateful to have found this venue and Suzanne! Our vision for our wedding was a little nontraditional for what tranquility usually offers, but Suzanne and our vendors were more than willing to work with us to ensure it was our perfect day. Suzanne went out of her way to make availability for site visits and very responsive to answer any of our questions. Both houses were comfortable and clean. The main house was beautiful and a great place for the bridal party to get ready. The kitchens were fully equipped to make breakfast and lunch the day of. We also held our rehearsal dinner onsite in the barn, which was perfect. On the day of, the weather was in the 40s and initially we were concerned that the barn would be cold, but it turned out to be very comfortable. Just one small piece of advice, Loudoun County has different restrictions of who is eligible to marry you, so I would double check! Overall Suzanne is a great host, very friendly and accommodating! The venue is beautiful. The houses are clean and comfortable. Wish we could do the weekend again!

When searching for a wedding venue, we had the (self-imposed) daunting task of finding a TRULY unique, non-commercial space in which to get married, a special spot to check off all of our requests. One, we felt, reflected our personalities and that stood alone in its own beauty as we navigated the hurdles of planning a small wedding with a BIG aesthetic.
We found in Tranquility Farm the perfect match after spontaneously visiting one day, in fact, the minute we arrived we got "good vibes!" The grounds were pristine and the manor house and barn were decorated with exquisite detail. Little did we know, we were about to find everything we needed to accommodate not only our two families on premises, but also beautiful spaces to host our rehearsal dinner, wedding & Sunday brunch - all in one place! Suzanne and Ted were extremely accommodating and pleasant to interact with at every step, something we really appreciated during the hectic pace of the weeks leading up to the wedding.
If you are looking for a truly unique spot for your special celebration, wedding or otherwise, I highly recommend the magic of Tranquility Farm. We are very grateful to have had this gorgeous back drop for our wedding weekend, a place which beautifully reflects & enhances the love we shared there together and with our families.

he second I walked onto the farm I was overwhelmed with how perfect it was and instantly fell in love. I seriously could not take the smile off of my face...and still can't every time I think about it...
First of all, the property itself is absolutely amazing. Everything is so authentic and real, it doesn't feel like a "mass-producing wedding event center" like a lot of the other places do. The manor house is one of the prettiest houses I have ever seen, the barn is the perfect mix of rustic, cozy, and romantic, there are endless amounts of picture spots, the silo is one of the coolest things ever, all the ceremony options are breathtaking, and the guest house is perfect for friends and family. I barely had to think of the decorations because this place is so pretty all by itself.
Second, Suzanne is amazing to work with. She helped me through months of planning and answered my millions of questions. Being out of town, she let me visit the venue to plan several times before the wedding and was extremely flexible.
Third, and I can't stress this enough, having the venue for the weekend was one of the best things we could of had. It is so true when people tell you the day goes by in seconds, but because we were there the whole weekend it was more of a mini vacation with everyone you love. It also really helps with getting ready.. no one wants to be setting up the day of their wedding.
Tranquility Farm will forever be one of my favorite places, and not just because we got married there. Imagine your dream wedding...and now imagine it being a million times better than that...

ns and a Silo. The area was perfect for our wedding, and the owners of the place were a delight to work with. We had some issues with getting them payment (as we don't live in Virginia) but they were very flexible. Suzanne is great at communication and her husband is very nice. Both houses were clean, had all the necessary amenities as well as more than enough of anything we would need. I could not say enough good things about this venue. My husband and I both agree that this was our favorite vendor "find" of the entire wedding process.
Keep in mind, that originally getting a hold of Suzanne might be a bit difficult just because she is busy but keep going and go for a venue tour. 11/10 recommend.

urs which was perfect! We were able to relax and take our time getting ready. Suzanne was incredibly accommodating and flexible. She allowed us to go on property a couple of times before the wedding to check out the space some more, which really helped with planning. She also recently made updates to the barn such as air conditioning and access to the downstairs (as a backup plan for rain). Suzanne allowed us to have our after party at the silo, which ended up being beautiful and a ton of fun! There are so many great spaces on the property which really allows you to customize the wedding - we were originally planning on having the ceremony on the back patio, cocktail hour in the courtyard, ceremony in the barn, and after party at the silo. The threat of rain made us set up a tent and have the ceremony in the courtyard, which actually turned out to be beautiful! We had the cocktail hour inside the house, which is very pretty, historical, and nicely decorated. Suzanne is very flexible, which helped so much in the planning. The barn is perfect for dinner & dancing.

cation, reception and rehearsal dinner and completely up to the bride and groom as to how to customize. We needed a venue for 200, which is actually quite a challenge on the DC area. We were able to hold the ceremony in the upper meadow and the sit down dinner in a tent and had dancing in the barn. Suzanne and Ted were very helpful in offering suggestions and ideas and sharing how other couples designed their event. It is up to you to select all the required vendors (caterer, valet service, tent (if needed), etc. ). Loudoun County has a lot of venues and the vendors get booked quite far in advance. As the bride, I preferred this type of venue to an "all in one" or a package wedding. We chose to book for the entire weekend and had our rehearsal dinner at the manor house and outdoor patio, and our entire wedding party were able to stay on property for the weekend. Ted and Suzanne know the area and provided us with a lot of suggestions for vendors, local hotels, and activities for our guests. I loved the feeling that we were far out in the country, surrounded by nature with sweeping views - but we were just 30 minutes from Dulles Airport and Leesburg. I do not think the owners are there for every wedding, but they were incredibly helpful on the day of our wedding and one of my favorite memories is Ted driving my father and I up to the meadow for my walk down the aisle.

Absolutely incredible! So many beautiful memories from our wedding that this property made possible. My wife and I were picky with our venue and we could not have been happier with...
the selection. My wife really wanted a California-style wedding (we live in CA), and this is the only spot we could find that gave off that vibe without feeling too much like a homestead farm. The veranda on the back patio with the wisteria where we had the rehearsal dinner felt like a rustic vineyard. Definitely a lasting memory.
This location and property worked out perfectly as we had our whole wedding party, their plus ones, and our parents staying with us. It was great just to stay on the property and not need to worry about transit for our rehearsal dinner and after the wedding. We could just relax and enjoy the beautiful property and each other's company. The weekend goes by so quickly and I'm glad I didn't have to spend any time in a bus hopping from venue to venue.
Suzanne was amazing and flexible with our requests. You can tell she puts a ton of work into the property on maintenance and upgrades. It showed during the day as the barn was beautiful (I love the chandelier -- moody and rustic) and the house has so many great nooks for bride/groom pictures. Pictures by the pump house are a must!
Even as the harshest critics of the weekend, we found very little that went 'wrong' from our wedding weekend and nothing with Tranquility -- even with some rain. Tranquility met every expectation we had and we would make the same decision to host here again given the choice.

rty is huge and has so many unique spaces for different events. We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception in the barn, which has a perfect balance of spacious and cozy. The ceremony itself was outside, with a beautiful view of a nearby vineyard, and we had cocktails in front of the house. We stayed on the property for 2 days/2 nights, and it was perfect for fitting our family and bridal party. The aesthetic is very elegant and perfect for photos. Suzanne was incredibly helpful in suggesting local vendors, working with our caterers, and overall making sure everything was perfect for us. When I first saw the property, I fell in love!

are. Suzanne was a breeze to work with and made us feel right at home throughout the process. She also provided a list of preferred vendors to work with, which made it even more easy. Each vendor on her list was absolutely awesome, I think truly the best in Loudoun County. I highly recommend looking into this venue for any engagement, it's especially a beautiful setting for a wedding. I would do it all over again if I could!
