Design and Decor package, cumbersome communication due to the use of the design portal, but the job 90% of what we needed was there. We did miss some steps on our end but it was due to the confusing nature of how the design portal was set up. On the same strength, there was no follow up from the vendor if something wasn't completed on time (outside of any due payment), there was just an assumption to order from the very first design proposal. Which ended to causing things to be done very last minute with additional fees added due to the shortened timeline.
Nailed It! We simply gave her our vision and we were more than satisfied with the outcome. I was so happy to have such support and guidance throughout this process
