made the booking process easy. Other shuttle companies that I had reached out to were strict about specific windows of time for scheduling, and the costs were kind of insane. The crew at Trans-Ed were flexible & prompt; all we needed to do was specify our pick-up/drop-off times.
The bus itself was a traditional school bus — except that it was clean and the seats were in good condition! My husband and I got to ride back to the hotel in the bus with everyone, and it was a blast; everyone enjoyed it!

tly to carry guests between our locations. Props to the driver for delivering our guests directly to the ceremony location, rather than to the main entrance: it saved our guests at least 5-10 minutes of walking and allowed our ceremony to start on time. We highly recommend.
Bride: Thank you Trans-Ed! Thank you, Giselle! With many of our guests were coming out of town and from the city and have no car, we really needed a shuttle service for our wedding. With a budget, my husband and I were so happy to find and hire TransEd for the job. Giselle was so great to work with! We had started to plan our wedding 13 months in advance and were not set about all the logistics of the shuttle. Giselle was so patient with us and catered to our indecisiveness until we make a decision. On our wedding day, all our guests were at the venue on time and got back to their hotels safe and sound. Trans-Ed gave us such a peace of mind on the transportation details of our wedding. We highly recommend them.

g the next morning and would charge a premium for the weeknight. Calling to receive the quote was super easy. It took awhile for the contract to come through as they had my email wrong so I did have to call back for it. I had some changes with timing of the school bus shuttle that I emailed to make. They were responsive easy to work with and adaptable to my changes. The driver showed up on time and brought all the guests back to the hotel/train station safely. Reading other company reviews, a lot of people had issues with their bus not showing up and having to call to try to get their deposit back after the wedding. One of the benefits of booking with Trans-Ed is, no deposit is required and you can pay by check or cash to the driver on the day of the event so no financial lost if the bus doesn't arrive. Overall a positive experience!
