We worked with Sarina to plan our honeymoon to Dominican Republic Punta Cana. I’ve never left the country before so I wanted someone with experience and knowledge to assist. Sarina...
was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Kind, patient and great communication. Wedding planning is crazy enough so it was really nice to have one less thing to plan or worry about. Sarina handled everything and made it such a hassle free experience. When it came time for our trip - she reminded us of things I haven’t even thought of and made sure we had all of the correct documentation done and filled out. I was a little nervous to leave the country for the first time but she made it a breeze and was only a text or phone call away. She even set up private transportation to and from the resort - again, something I didn’t even think of. Done for us. Hassle free. Sarina went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing honeymoon and we couldn’t recommend her enough!
Easily the best experience I have ever had working with a travel agent. Sarina asked the right questions up front, knew our plan and made everything so simple for us. She listened ...
and offered insightful recommendations for everything from restaurants to activities. She texted to check in on us and was always available to help with anything and everything. Tickets and the hotel were all booked without us having to do a thing. She even found ways to have special touches added as a surprise. She made our honeymoon stress free and so much more fun.
Amazing and stress free experience. Very detail oriented and helped us plan the perfect trip! Highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.
