We had private limo service to and from our resort, front of line service at the airport, VIP treatment at the resort and multiple upgrades. We were in heaven and will absolutely book with her again and again!

The entire process was booked through Travel Haus/Fun Jet, so the travel days were simple (especially with the non-stop flights!) :) I would definitely recommend Travel Haus for future honeymoon planning and trips, in general!

I like that they have a lot of first hand experience as well; meaning they have been to several of the resorts and can give you their insight.

Negril Jamaica was the perfect resort for our honeymoon. There was tons included in the package (watersports, food, drink, scuba, etc) but was relaxing at the same time.

ore the wedding, Julie called to tell us that we had been upgraded to a concierge level room, and that the price had actually gone down! What a surprise! Julie also researched and booked several excursions and a candlelight dinner for us. It was nice to not have to do that booking once we got to the resort.

ked this travel agency to submit a complaint, and today 10 days later, no complaint has been made, despite the agent telling me this was done on Aug. 12.

as almost impossible to get her to respond to emails. I ended up having to call several times to get her to respond. I went in two or three times to the office to make payments or pick up documents and during all of the times she was busy or on the phone. And I had an appointment. I often ended up waiting 15-20 minutes. A little frustrating. She hooked us up with an awesome honeymoon and stayed on top of price changes. We ended up getting it cheaper than we originally thought. She did call afterwards to see how the honeymoon was, but I could hear her typing away on her computer and through her "mmm hmm" and "ahh yes" I could tell she wasn't really paying attention to me. Just a courtesy call. We are talking about taking a trip to Europe next year. We thought we would give Kelly another shot and sent her an email asking for options and choices. I never heard back from her. We will book with another agent for that. I probably won't use Travel Haus again.
