Our travel agent was AMAZING. I was so overwhelmed trying to plan our honeymoon because I wanted it to be perfect. Sarah planned everything for us and we just got to relax the whole time. I’m so glad we decided to use a travel agent- especially for a trip like Hawaii where there is so much to do! Thank you travel savvi for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime and helping us create the best honeymoon memories :)

I cannot say enough great things about Brittany Schiffler and Travel Savvi! Brittany was in charge of a large corporate incentive trip that went on to Riveria Maya, Mexico. She took great time and planning to chose the perfect resort for our particular group - El Dorado Royale Casitas and covered all the details. Our group had a wonderful private champagne and rum punch reception where we were all checked in in a separate area away from the crowds checking in in the lobby. She provided us with great information ahead of the trip so we were well aware about different activities, dining options, dress code requirements, spa recommendations, etc. You didn't have to spend precious vacation time figuring out the details about fun activities, where to eat and what to do! When there was a slight hiccup with the reservation she was right there to straighten it all out. She is super knowledgeable about the Riveria Maya area in general and had some terrific excursion ideas for us as well. One couple in our group was so impressed with the resort she chose they decided to purchase a time share there! Thanks to Brittany and Travel Savvi our group enjoyed a perfect trip that was planned with total attention to detail.

I have used quite a few travel agents and I have never been more impressed than I am with Travel Savvi. Always right on time with everything! Best accommodations and always the best recommendations. We travel A LOT and we call Brittany for her help every.single.time.

I literally had the best experience! She found us deals and it was cheaper and way easier for her to do it, I mean I did have a wedding to plan so having this outta the way was a huge deal breaker🥰

Travel Savvi maid it so easy so book everything and gave you a digital/ paper itinerary based on what you chose! They lasted everything from your flight and bags from transportation to the hotel and we got so many things included in our package! Their was plenty of relaxing and down time for us to lay out by the pool and it was so easy to book our excursion from the resort!

We had a last minute honeymoon planned because my husband and I’s schedules opened up. We got married Labor Day weekend and planned our honeymoon to Disney land but the hurricane made us 2nd guess our trip. With Sarah’s help we pushed our flights and stay back a couple of days and everything worked out perfectly. No matter what time or day Sarah always responded and help plan our magical honeymoon! Easiest vacation planning that we have ever expedited! Highly recommend Travel Savvi!

We had worked with Rachel Jorgensen with Tavel Savvi and she was simply amazing! My husband and I put our trust in Travel Savvi and Rachel when we were searching for an all inclusive honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen. We ended up staying at Sandos Playacar. Resort - 10/10 - It was beautiful and our room was perfect! We got a room on the ground level and literally a 5 second walk to the pool and 15 second walk to the beach. We had a gold wrist band and were considered “Select Club” members. It basically got us into every bar/pool outside of the “Royal Elite” level (black wristband). We had access to several restaurants, pools, buffets and beaches. We stayed on our beach though as it was adults only and far away from the “family section” which could get noisy. The pools were clean and never over crowded. They also did a great job of maintaining the beaches even though the area has been combating a seaweed problem. Don’t worry, the waters were still crystal clear blue and stunning!! Food - 6/10 - We we’re slightly disappointed with the quality of food at this resort. It was our first time all inclusive so maybe we were over expecting, but it was nothing amazing. The breakfast buffets were great, the snack/lunch bars were ok and did the job, but we were disappointed most by the a la Carte restaurants. We tried most of them and the Italian was by far our favorite! Excursions - 10/10 - We preplanned an excursion with Rachel to go snorkeling. Rachel made it such a seamless process, provided several options and took care of everything for us! Additionally, the AmStar rep, Kathryn who assisted us at the resort recommended a great other excursion to visit Cobá. It was incredible. The service received by the AmStar reps were amazing and they made the process so easy and the prices were great! Travel was included for all of them and even meals. Bars - 10/10 - The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly! Drinks were made quickly and they had a wide selection of liquor options. They only had 2 beers options which was not a big deal. Entertainment - Hard to rate on a scale, but they had entertainment on a main stage every night. The first night was a Shakira tribute and it was amazing! The main stage was located in the middle of the resort and was close to bars and food. We walked past a Disney show one night for the children and they also had different acts going on before each show every night. It was great. Overall - We had an incredible week long trip! Rachel with Travel Savvi took care of us from start to finish and would even check in during the week to make sure everything was going well. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate her for taking care of such an important trip for us. In the thick of wedding planning it was great to be able to trust her and her organization with this task. They organize trips all over the globe and we will certainly be calling Rachel/Travel Savvi for trips to come.
