I had to change things multiple times and Courtney was always super flexible and understanding. On the day of my wedding, we went to the salon to get ready. We were welcomed and felt right at home! Their bridal suite is amazing. I felt like a queen! My hair and makeup was flawless. I got so many compliments. Not a single strand of hair was messed up at the end of the day! All my bridesmaids were happy, they took their time on everyone to make sure it was what they wanted, we never felt rushed. When it came to the wedding day, Courtney brought a team of six ladies with her to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mom, my 10 bridesmaids, and 2 others (total 14). Everyone loved the airbrush makeup and how light the lashes felt, in addition to the final lip touch at the very end. My makeup lasted all night and felt so light and looked natural! My half-up/half-down hair look lasted most of the evening with all the pins staying in place, but the curls started to fall out after being on the dance floor for a while, but I’m surprised they even made it that long, since my hair can never hold a curl! I can’t recommend Courtney, Angela, and the rest of the team enough!

remendous job! Courtney A and Jennifer accommodated to all my mom's requests (which were a lot) and my mom loved her entire look! Courtney did my H&MU and it was FLAWLESS (I would highly suggest airbrush). I received many compliments from my makeup enthusiast friends who said my skin looked perfect. I also have thick and very dark hair, but Courtney created a gorgeous updo which matched my vision. Hair and makeup also stayed intact for the entire reception. Definitely recommend Traveler Beauty!

She had brought more than enough stylists with her but sent them home before i had even started and i didn't get into the chair until 11:45 for a 1:30pm wedding with a hard leaving time of 12:30. I looked absolutely beautiful and she is incredibly talented but i wish there was better time management. I missed out on solo bridal portraits, and portraits with my mom and sister because we ran out of time. I was very upfront about the time table and we just didn't meet it.

he style what I wanted for the big day. The second trial wasn't what I wanted either, and I was a bit nervous going into my big day. On my wedding day, I showed Julie the same photo again and showed what I didn't like from the two trials. I explained that my cousin had just gotten the exact style I wanted, and one or the other stylists even told her how to do it. It was a very simple style! I got a hairstyle that was again not what I wanted, but this time there was nothing I could do about it. We were an hour behind schedule by the time I saw my hair and could not make changes. Being behind schedule set the entire day behind schedule, which meant less time to spend with our guests and caused issues for our other vendors. After the team left, my hair completely fell out and was flat for most of my professional photos and the entire reception. I'm not sure why they didn't use the same hair products as my trial - we had talked a lot about what products we should use to have my hair hold well. All of my bridedmaid’s hair fell out too. Additionally, one of my bridesmaids did not have her hair done as she was not confident they had worked with her hair type before. I had mentioned this may be the case early on, and I they had told me I could decide on the day of the wedding. Traveler’s would not refund for my bridesmaid’s hair that didn’t get done. They gave me $150 refund, which only covered the second trial I got (and shouldn’t have had to). I also had to pay to have them stay in a hotel because my venue was a few miles out of their radius. In the end, I ended up paying full price for low-quality work. I paid professionals so that my hair would look good for my entire wedding, and instead it looked terrible and I had to have people keep repinning it. I was really sad that I didn't look the way I wanted on my special day and that my hair looks poor in all the photos.

ough the process (during our consultations, trials, days leading up to the wedding day, and the big day itself) to be open and honest with us so we can be sure to give the absolute best service and experience possible! Our job is to make our Brides feel and look their absolute best and if we haven’t met that expectation, we will not stop until we have. Your stylist Julie demonstrated this when she accommodated you with an additional 2 hours to your first trial run (4 hours) and when you requested to make some tweaks, we scheduled you a second trial where she accommodated you with an additional hour beyond the 1 hour scheduled, because she wanted to be sure she heard all your requests. We wish you had communicated with us through the trial process, and especially on your wedding day that you were unhappy with your style. We cannot fix a problem unless we know there is one and had we known of any dissatisfaction we would have moved mountains to be sure you were pleased. *We understand one of your other concerns was the timeline. We accommodated you with an additional stylist to curl and prep your hair before your lead stylist started, to help ensure your hair would stay curled throughout the day (as we know your hair is very straight and holding a curl is difficult) and to help us stay ahead of schedule. Our team was running on time until your scheduled service for hair and makeup came and you wanted to take a 30-minute break for lunch. We always suggest the bride eats since it’s a very long day, however we recommend that they eat before their hair and makeup service, or eat their lunch while they are getting their hair done so the schedule does not get set back. Your stylist thought since you were taking a lunch break, that you were not concerned about the time, so she politely waited for you finish. To further accommodate you, your stylist wanted to make sure you were picture perfect before you walked down the aisle, so she stayed an additional hour past her scheduled time, to accommodate you with free touchups and to re curl any sections of hair that had fallen after you and your party had your pictures taken in your robes. You had sent me pictures of your hair at the end of the night stating it was flat and straight. I completely agree that is what the photo showed, however, that picture was not a reflection your stylists work. You stated you had friends take out pins and your hair piece which manipulated the finished style. Your stylist and was disappointed to understand what occurred, after all of the extra time she spent caring for you on your special day. Julie takes great pride in her work and would not have left understanding you were not 100% satisfied. *To address our overnight accommodation policy (150 miles one way or 3.5 hours one way) we always discuss this at length with our brides, so they fully understand and accept our policy before booking. We understand that providing a room for our stylist does add an addition cost to your budget but we make sure this is clear with our brides before they book. The reason we have this policy in place is for the safety of our stylists. *Lastly, we have a strict policy on day-of cancellations for services. In the contract you signed and agreed to, it states any services cancelled on the day of the event/wedding, would result in no refund. We discussed a month prior to the wedding that your bridesmaid may change her mind, and that you would let me know. I was fine with her making that change prior to your wedding day, but it was never discussed that if it were cancelled on the day of that a full refund would be given. After personally talking to your bridesmaid at length about this (post wedding) I felt it was unfair that she was misinformed about our policy, so I decided a refund would be given to her. *We treat every bride like they are our only one, and we are truly saddened that you were not completely satisfied. After the hours of communication we have had (post wedding) I hope I was able to address all of your concerns and try to make it right. I knew my wedding was in July- I had a style in mind that worked for logistical reasons, and Mackenzie replicated the style that I showed her beautifully. However, as is the reason for trials, I found I didn't quite connect with the feel of the style and concluded I wanted to go with a flowy-er half-up half-down style similar to the beautiful ones I had seen all over their portfolios. I also felt the trial make-up made me look a bit pale, and sent Courtney an email afterwards expressing the changes I was wanting. I felt nervous I was coming off as a "bridezilla" with these changes, but Courtney was very nice about it all and assured me that I was well within my rights as the bride to request these things. She also made me feel comfortable that they would be able to accommodate my wishes on the day of, even though we wouldn't be able to schedule another trial beforehand. Fast forward to my big day, everything turned out amazing. The whole getting ready process was relaxed and Courtney and Mackenzie were great company on a day that can be filled with nerves! I never once felt like I needed to check-in on how the make-up or hair were coming along which speaks to how trusting I felt of Courtney. Her and Mackenzie styled my mom's hair and make-up, my MOH's make-up (and a last minute hair style request) and the sister of the grooms hair and make-up and everyone looked incredible. My hair didn't hold the entire night- but I blame that on the insanely hot temperatures we ended up enduring within the venue! However, my make-up was perfection until beyond the next morning. I also can't go without saying how adorable the studio was that I went to for the trial. Bravo- I highly recommend Traveler Beauty Company!

She was bubbly and entertaining and helped me relax and laugh throughout the stress of preparation. Most of all though, she was so talented. She took all of our visions and photos and turned them to life. All of my girls and my mom looked stunning and I loved my updo! I am SO thankful and so glad we went with this company. Just do yourself a favor and don't wait until last minute like me, book them now!!

and on the day of the wedding they arrived early and got us ready in 5ish hours. They were kind, efficient, talented, and fun! Mackenzie did both my bridal trial and actual wedding day hair and makeup and I am so grateful! She was incredibly patient with me (and my family, who has strong opinions) while I figured out what I wanted for my look, and very flexible about making changes. She even stayed later than her scheduled time to perfectly place my veil after our first look. All of the other stylists (I am so awful with names) were great as well. I sometimes had email issues contacting Courtney, the owner, but other than that there were no concerns and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Pricing is pretty standard for the area but definitely worth it and travel rates were very reasonable. Thank you TBC!
