Michelle and her team were great to work with! She is professional and easy to get in contact with. She comes up with a morning of timeline for you and your bridal party so that everything goes smoothly and it takes one less thing off your plate as the bride! She even gives you a goodie bag to use day of that has your name custom on it, which includes emergency essentials such as lash glue. I highly recommend Traveling Beauty to all brides!

Michelle and her team were very professional and did a great job for myself and my bridesmaids! Our hair and makeup looked great, and our hair truly stayed in place all day. Communicating with the team was sometimes a little difficult, but Michelle was always able to answer my questions or provide advice. I felt confident that Michelle and her team would do a great job.

Michelle and her team did an amazing job for me and my bridal parties hair and make up! It literally started raining during my ceremony and my hair and make up were not affected at all. Incredible. I don’t know the first thing about hair and make up, but knew I wanted an updo and my make up to look ‘natural.’ I’m sure this is something they hear constantly, but the fact that they brought my vision to life on my wedding day was something I’m forever grateful for. Her team was professional, punctual, unbelievably kind, and really patient. Of all my vendors I can honestly say Michelle was the best at communicating. She was the quickest to respond and while planning a wedding and working full-time these are the things that do not go unnoticed and are so appreciated. Lastly, she is very fairly priced, and for her and her teams outstanding work they are more than worth it!

After working with Traveling Beauty for a friend's wedding, I was sold on booking them for my own wedding just over a year later. Michelle, Tara, and Jenna set the tone for a calm, seamless day. From start to finish, communication and scheduling was clear, concise, and timely. Their work is impeccable - I danced ALL night and my hair/make-up remained flawless. Michelle and her team were amazing. I do not wear makeup on a regular basis, and my version of doing my hair is a half ponytail. During my trial, we discussed what I wanted, which was a challenge without knowing precisely what I wanted nor how to explain it. They were patient and kind while figuring out what I was envisioning. Fast forward to the day of the wedding - they provided hair and makeup for the whole wedding party, plus my mom. It went smoothly and was surprisingly laid back. We enjoyed getting ready together at my family’s home, where we could talk and relax a little before the wedding. My hair and makeup held up all night. It was exactly what I wanted and did not agitate my sensitive skin.

Michelle and her team did hair & makeup for my fall 2022 wedding and they were so fantastic! She really helped me feel not just pretty but very much like myself on my wedding day. She was responsive and easy to communicate with as well as really thoughtful in helping me pick styles. She and her team struck a great balance between offering suggestions while also listening and incorporating all my requests. I'd highly recommend her services!

Traveling Beauty was amazing! Michelle was so organized and helpful during the hair/makeup trials as well as organizing the getting ready schedule for the wedding day morning. I cannot express enough how ecstatic I was with my and makeup, Tara and Jenna did an outstanding job! I was dancing and sweating all night and my makeup did not smudge and my hair stayed in place the entire night! My bridesmaids and niece had their hair and makeup done by Michele, Tara and Jena and they all looked beautiful and were so happy. Michelle was phenomenal. We went with Traveling Beauty since 4 of our vendors said they were always on time and their preferred vendor for hair and makeup. We were able to do a trial of my bridal hair and makeup. Michelle, Lauren and Jessie came to our home on the day to makeup and hair for 8 people. They were on time to the house and ended up being ahead of schedule. They made everyone feel at ease. They were able to elevate everyone from their everyday look without making them not look like themselves. We absolutely loved working with them and cannot recommend them more.

I am so grateful for having Michelle do my makeup for my wedding day. Not only is her work flawless but she instantly picked up on my nerves starting to kick into high gear and subtly did what she could to calm me. You will not regret having her as a part of your wedding day team!

Michelle and her team are absolute professionals. I had 6 bridesmaids, a maid of honor, and my mother with me in my hotel room for all of us to get our hair and makeup done before heading over to my venue for our vow renewal. She had everything scheduled out super well, and we still ended up an hour ahead of schedule – which was fantastic! She made sure she had enough staff that we could sleep in a bit (didn’t start hair/makeup until 10:15am and we were done by 1:15pm) and everyone was a dream to work with – talented, creative, and funny! We all felt so at ease and even the bridesmaids that rarely wore makeup felt comfortable and welcomed by Michelle and her team. Having the ability to get our hair and makeup done at the hotel together gave us more time to hang out and was so comfortable and fun! It was great to not have to worry about going back and forth to a salon. However, the best part of Traveling Beauty is of course their talent. My makeup and hair looked stunning and lasted the entire night of sweaty dancing – the same with all the bridesmaids! Michelle found her calling with this company – her talent is unmatched and her attention to detail is immaculate. You will not regret hiring Traveling Beauty.

Michelle and Tara were such a joy to work with! I'm normally a "chapstick and ponytail" sorta gal, and this team worked with me to create a classy, elevated look that still felt like me. With their services and gentle good humor, I came into my wedding feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered. (Other members of my wedding party opted for a more glamorous look, and Traveling Beauty nailed that too.) The team was consistently professional, friendly, flexible and responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We got married in December of 2021, and I do not have enough good things to say about Michelle and her team! We had a larger party-- 9 women in total-- and Tara, Bryanna, Michelle, and Jena had all of our hair and makeup done ahead of schedule. I got to relax the morning of the wedding! All of my bridesmaids looked absolultely beautiful, and our hair and makeup lasted all day. Let's face it, hair and makeup is SO important to us Brides-- it lasts forever in our pictures! After my trial, where I got to work with the ladies who would be providing my services the day of the wedding, I booked on the spot. There was no doubt in my mind that this team was exactly what my Type-A bride needed! Michelle's pricing is very reasonable, and the fact that her team travels makes them super convenient for any bride. I would highly recommend!

I got married in November of 2021 and hired Traveling Beauty for my wedding. Michelle and her assistant, Michele, traveled to our hotel the morning of the wedding and did makeup for myself, my bridesmaids and mother in law, as well as my hair. Michelle was very communicative through the whole process, helping me to set up a trail beforehand as well as make some last-minute scheduling adjustments for the wedding day. Her and her assistant, Michele, were on time, flexible, great to work with and really helped the morning of the wedding stay on track and go more smoothly. They both did great jobs!

Me and my bridesmaids had a great experience with Traveling Beauty. Not only did Michelle and Tara make us gorgeous, we all had a fun time and highly impressed by how quick they were. Seriously, they were able to get five people ready for hair and makeup in two hours. We all looked amazing thanks for Traveling Beauty!

From my trial to the day of Michelle and her team were fabulous, Tara and Jenna made myself and my bridal party look flawless. Most of us don’t wear a lot of makeup daily and they were able to enhance everyone’s natural beauty without looking overly done up. Thank you!

Michelle and the Traveling Beauty team are true masters of their crafts.  Michelle understood exactly what style of makeup I was looking for (natural), and Tara created the perfect updo to make my fine hair look thicker and more voluminous.  They made getting ready the afternoon of our wedding so much fun, and I felt so confident and beautiful when I saw their finished work.  I look at our wedding pictures I look exactly like myself just having the best hair and makeup day of my life and that is what I was hoping for.  I cannot recommend Traveling Beauty highly enough!

Michelle and her team did a wonderful job on my wedding day hair and makeup, as well as, the hair and makeup of my bridesmaids. I had been working with Michelle and the Traveling Beauty Team since 2019, when I had to postpone my wedding. Upon rescheduling my wedding, I immediately called to rebook them for my new wedding date. I am sure glad I did. I truly felt beautiful walking down the aisle. They showed up on time the day of my wedding and were extremely professional. While we were getting our hair and makeup done, Michelle and her terrific team checked with those they were working on to make sure they were happy with their hair and makeup. They made any adjustments requested (though few were needed). Everyone we worked with was extremely warm and accommodating and my mother even learned some makeup tips from Michelle. Michelle did an amazing job with my makeup for our engagement photos! Not only that but she could not have been nicer.Our photo shoot changed at the last minute due to weather and she was so understanding and helpful!

My husband and I were originally supposed to have our big day in June 2020. However due to Covid, we ended up rescheduling two times. Throughout the chaos of planning and replanning our wedding, Michelle was supportive and flexible taking all the stress out make-up. When the big day finally did come, she arrived on time, was super professional, listened to my concerns due to change in season( tan) and she made me feel beautiful. I would definitely recommend her, especially to brides trying to plan during Covid when things are so up in the air.

While planning a wedding during the pandemic was challenging, Michelle and her team made the hair and makeup process easy! From first contact, payment options, the trial, right up through wedding day, Michelle was friendly, communicative, and GREAT at her job. The services are fairly priced, and the quality was great - my makeup held up for 16 hours! I'm not a big makeup person, and I felt comfortable and natural, and looked like myself. My bridesmaids, Jr bridesmaids, and MIL also had hair and makeup done, and everyone looked gorgeous. We had to change a Jr Bridesmaid hairstyle midstream because she (my 9 yr-old Jr BM) was having trouble with all the bobby pins, and the team was flexible and creative in coming up with a different style than planned that the Jr BM liked, and was comfortable in. All products were clean, tools were new, and masks worn by her team the entire time. I highly, highly recommend Traveling Beauty!!

It has taken almost 6 months to write this review but I am so grateful to Michelle everything she did for for my wedding! Initially we had a small wedding planned and found The Traveling Beauty at Lake Pearl Wrentham's bridal expo 2 months after we got engaged. I went for my bridal trial at the beginning of the pandemic, hopeful COVID-19 would not turn as ugly as it did, and my trial was amazing. I like dramatic makeup and Michelle showed me that dramatic make up can still be wedding-esque, and my hair was styled to perfection. She informed me the cost of my trial was put toward my hair and makeup, which was awesome to hear. About 2 months after this trial and with the worsening of the pandemic, we made the difficult decision to cancel our wedding, and initially were going to go to City Hall to get married. I had a talk with Michelle about it, and she was super supportive and even was willing to come to my house to do my makeup before that as well! With some creativity, our venue (https://www.lakepearl.com/) helped us re-imagine our wedding, and thankfully Michelle was still on board! She informed me of all of their updated hygiene practices to keep COVID compliant and assured me she could still help me on my wedding day! She arrived at the venue, full gear in tow and was quick to pour me mimosas as we laughed the morning away with lashes, jewelry and highlighter! While doing my hair, she noticed that I was not totally happy, so she scrapped it and we started all over again, and she kept working until it was perfect. Michelle has this amazing ability to put you completely at ease, and not once did she make me feel that i was being too picky - she really made the day about me and was so incredibly accommodating. Michelle was even kind enough to help me get into my dress (as i did not have any bridesmaids), for which i will always be grateful! At the end of our time together, she gave me the gift of a little makeup bag, lipstick and powder for me to have for touch us throughout the day. It was so special. In spite of a hot July Day, my hair and makeup stayed in place and the pictures reflected that! After the wedding, Michelle sent me such a thoughtful card, and it was addressed to me with my husband's last name. It was the first time i saw my name like that in writing and it meant so much! Michelle made an appearance in our wedding video too which was unforgettable. I would not hesitate to recommend The Travelling Beauty and Michelle for anyone's hair and make up needs on their special day. I am so happy we chose The Traveling Beauty and will look to Michelle for any future MUA needs!

Michelle and Tara were amazing to work with, throughout the whole process. They were very flexible with the changes we had to make, due to Covid. They came right to the hotel that we were getting ready at, which made the whole day that much easier. I was looking for makeup that was more natural, and Michelle delivered exactly what I was looking for. Tara was able to create all of the hair styles that I and my bridesmaids hoped for, and my hair was even better than I could have hoped for! My hair is very difficult to curl, but Tara did not seem to have any trouble with it. The curls held all night! Michelle was even nice enough to do my 5 year old flower girls hair with a sweet braid, and put lip gloss on her to make her feel like the rest of the bridesmaids! An especially sweet touch was that Michelle gave us all the lip gloss that she used so that we could touch up throughout the night. Not only were they amazing at their jobs, but they were fun to have while we were getting ready! Everyone was thrilled with the final result, and we all fully recommend them to anyone looking.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, including who you will use for vendors. After talking to a few people and doing some research we found Traveling Beauty. Setting an appointment up from out of state can be nerve wracking but Michelle made the process SUPER easy! She was polite, easy going, and professional and we couldn't have asked for a better team! For the makeup and hair trial we had a short window where we would be in MA (we live in VA) and asked a couple weeks in advance if they would be available and they were. Meeting the team: we all met and discussed what kind of hair/makeup I was thinking about having and away we went. They even took my hair down (I had an updo) so my husband wouldn't see my hair style selected! This is definitely a plus! Day of: the team arrived and started getting everyone ready for hair and makeup services. They made the process super easy and got all the girls and I done on time and even fit my mother in law in for her makeup! There were tons of laughs and was just such a good process from start to finish. If you're still deciding who to pick, look no further. You WILL NOT be disappointed if you go with Michelle and her team at Traveling Beauty! The girls and I couldn't say enough great things about this team!

Michele and Bryanna were simply amazing for me and my two young girls for our small family wedding. Despite the chaos in the world, they made all of us look so beautiful for my special day. Michelle, Bella and Tara are absolutely amazing. We all had so much fun the morning of my wedding! From my initial inquiry to the trail run in February 2019 and to my wedding day on October 12th, 2019 Michelle was such a pleasure to work with. She very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. There were a total of 8 of us getting hair and make-up, myself, 5 bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law. A few weeks before the wedding day she created a timeline based on the preferences that I had given her. Even after the timeline was created I needed to make some adjustments as well as change the end time (in order to have time for pictures), she made it work. (Last minute even brought in another hairstylist – Tara - to make sure we would be done on time). Even with the timeline we were ahead of schedule, which made for a really relaxed and stress free morning. I was lucky to have Bella do my hair for the day and cannot recommend her enough. She is so sweet and I absolutely loved the style she did. I loved the fact that Bella is so versatile and did both hair and make-up for some ladies, which made it even more stress free as there weren’t so many people running around doing hair and make-up. Michelle did my make-up and it was gorgeous, I’ve never had my make-up look so good. All my girls looked stunning and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. Could not recommend Traveling Beauty enough!

I worked with Michelle from Traveling Beauty and from the first moment I met her, she was absolutely amazing and put me at ease with just about everything during my wedding. Michelle and her team are top notch. My 7 bridesmaids and myself all had our hair and makeup done with traveling beauty and everyone was very happy with their looks. I had my trial with Michelle several months before the wedding, and worked with her to finalize a schedule for the day of. Michelle arrived on time with all of the items needed and ready to go (lighting etc). She uses high quality makeup products and my makeup stayed fresh after a teary moment during the ceremony. Michelle also gave me and each bridesmaid a lip gloss so that we could touch up throughout the night. Bryanna did everyone's hair and came up with some beautiful and unique styles on a whim. Would definitely recommend Traveling Beauty to any bride!

Michelle and her team are awesome. What I liked best was Michelle's warm personality and flexibility. Getting married while caring for my newborn was quite the task. Michelle was great to work with! I had five bridesmaids, two mothers, and three flower girls for her to do hair and makeup for, and she and her team made everyone look beautiful! They were all very personable and made the whole getting ready process more fun and relaxing, especially since they finished earlier than expected so we could just relax before pictures. Michelle did an amazing job with my makeup and somehow made me look both natural and bridal at the same time, and my hair was gorgeous! I worked with Traveling Beauty for my wedding on October 5th and I highly recommend them!! During the planning process, Michelle was so great to work with- incredibly friendly and super responsive to any questions that I had! On the day of my wedding, Bryanna came right to where we were getting ready and did hairstyling for all of the girls in my wedding party! She listened to everything they requested and everyone’s hair looked beautiful!! She is incredibly talented at what she does and I’m so glad she was a part of our special day!

Traveling Beauty is amazing! From the first time I reached out to the end of my wedding day, I was so happy with my experience with them. Michelle is prompt at responding and so easy to communicate with. My bridesmaids and I all felt so taken care of on my wedding day. Michelle and her team was absolutely amazing!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team. First, I really appreciate that they come to you. It was really nice getting ready in the hotel in my PJs with my wedding party. I had a few bridesmaids who have new babies so it was so nice not having to travel to a salon. Second, they were SO professional. They came right on time and stayed until they made sure everyone was happy with their look. I had a trial with Michelle and her team several months before my wedding. I later decided to switch up my hairstyle and she made that process extremely easy. She picked a hairstylist that she knew would be able to replicate the new look I wanted and man did she deliver!! She also was super sweet and gave me a little bride packet to bring with my lipstick and some bobby pins, etc. They were also super fun to work with. I loved working with Michelle for my trial and wedding! She was well organized and never missed a beat throughout the whole process. During my trial, I thought I knew the look I wanted but after seeing it, I felt that it wasn’t right. Michelle was very understanding and worked with me to find a look I loved for the big day.
