Traveling Mixologist

Janae, Brittany and Francis were nothing less than magnificent. I'm going to have at least one event per year just so that I can remain on their client list. I have not held an event for about 4 years and was really caught off guard. My event was total chaos until Janae and team arrived. From the moment they arrived my chaotic event turned into an elegant controlled event. It was a Celebration of Life event for my daughter who had recently passed away from cancer. I have been totally distraught ever since. Thanks to the help of friends and relatives, we had a lot of the prep work done, but not quite enough. I'm a middle/working class person and none of my guests were expecting professional wait staff. They were quite blown away by The Travelling Mixologist team's work. While one "kitchen staff" was included, I did not expect an actual chef! Some of the dishes were not fully prepared. I provided the recipes and Janae and her team executed them perfectly. I'm quite a good cook, and all of the dishes they completed were perfect. I got so many compliments on the food that I just had to give credit where credit was due. The most impressive thing was that one of the dishes was Shepherd's Pie. I made the mistake of putting the shredded cheese on top of the mashed potatoes in advance. Heating the dish up too quickly would have scorched the cheese. Janae fixed it by heating the dish slowly at a lower temperature. Though it was served a bit late due to my error, and that the salmon was abundant, a great deal of it was still eaten. I had some leftovers, and it was the best. I cannot recommend the Traveling Mixologist too highly whether your event is very formal or more casual like mine, they will turn your event into one to remember and savor.
