h I knew hands down we wanted to work with her because she instantly was able to elicit what we wanted out of a honeymoon and recommended the resort that fit our style as well as where to stay and knew all the perks! She set up the most luxurious stay for us starting in Tahiti then to Moorea with a private pool then to Bora Bora with the overwater bungalows. We had excursions set up, private boats, all the works and it all worked out seamlessly. We didn't have to lift a finger. We will be using her again for all major trips and couldn't recommend her more!!

I was born and raised in St. Lucia but I have now lived in the USA for about 18 years but go back home every single year-so I fully understand and appreciate the challenges that can manifest- my now husband is American of Haitian descent. Our wedding planner By Charlie Ltd ( the best ever wedding fairy ) recommended Heather because we had a rather large group of roughly 85 people travelling from different states within the USA as well as from Europe and she didn't want me stressed out with arranging travel or assisting guests with logistical issues. Heather was able to provide us with choices of hotels that gave our guests different options based on price points, amenities and location, she also handled flights, transfers and anything else travel related that we needed help with. 3 months before our wedding we had a list compiled by our wedding fairy and Heather with a very clear picture of who had booked flights, hotels , their arrival and departure times etc., and was updated until the week before the wedding - things that were pertinent to the success of our wedding week. Heather was always reachable even when she was away on fam trips for her business - she was very clear and concise and advised me on things that we should and should not offer and we are both very happy to say that our wedding week went off without a hitch . We actually asked her to come to the wedding because of how close I actually got to her while working with her but she was unable to make it ( boo hooo Heather lol ) . Claude and I just really want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our special day and week the best ever, in the 2 weeks leading up to my wedding my stress level was, dare I say it, ZERO because my team which includes Heather was the best ever - I may be biased but I still to this day say that my wedding was the best ever - we had so much fun that even Charlie keeps saying we should do it again lol . Because of the great service we received from Heather - we actually booked an impromptu mini moon with her at Secrets Akumal in Mexico - when we contacted her we were thinking Hawaii and she was very honest with us and advised us to spend less and go to this hotel and we had an AMAZING time there . Even to this day we still stay in touch with her off and on and would reach out to her without a doubt because she's proven that she will be very open and direct with us! tion wedding. She gave me so many different options to choose from. Helped me all along the way. Helped deal with the language barrier with the resort in Mexico prior to travel. She made the process so easy, even with traveling with a 6 month old and two year old. You want to know what the best thing about heather is? She does everything she can even after your wedding. So the airlines decided to cancel my sons ticket upon arriving at the airport. We had the ticket and they actually told me he had to be a lap child even though I paid for a ticket. Whatever I get it the airline is trying to maximize the plane. Well leave it to that same airline to lose TWO of our three bags. One that happened to be my kids diapers, formula, etc. The airline refused to drop our bag off. Heather spent HOURS on the phone so I didn’t have to deal with this on vacation much less my wedding week. She got us upgraded on the way home due to all the issues. Plus fought with the airline for FOUR MONTHS to get some sort of resolution. She would not take no for an answer until she got what she felt was owed to us. Don’t believe everything you read about people. If you do, fine but don’t believe anything negative on Heather. She is simply the best of the best. I have booked 6 trips with her since my wedding and my Facebook is full of accolades from every trip she has booked. Consider this girl and Travel Sales Group. They rock!

I have travelled to over 20+ countries and booked all types of travel on my own for personal and business prior to this. We were sent Heather’s way when we decided to plan a destination wedding in St. Lucia for the first week in December with the impression she would help guide and manage our guests’ booking as many of them have never left the country before. We had 55 people (inclusive of us) book through her and easily every single person had had one issue if not more. The larger issues are inclusive of the following: - Billing guests in full and later coming back telling them they had no rooms. This is literal fraud. - We showed up the day of, only to discover people didn’t have rooms or had rooms that were less than what they paid for. Again, fraud. - Straight misinformation: inclusive of location of rooms, saying she could get us bundle deals on flights and then later retracting (also have in writing), benefits of the hotel, misinforming guests on COVID-19 travel requirements resulting in 1 guests getting rejected at the airport. - it took her over 3 months to even get a room block contract, to which she advised us in writing that we would not need to - Constant blame to everyone else, including our guests - Several guests were unable to stay the length of time they wanted as the way the contract was drawn up didn’t capture the number of days I requested. I have this in writing with her confirmation and it still was not done. - Missing forms, and refusing to provide me with a compiled spreadsheet of my guest’s information stating it was “a waste of time” - Constant misspelling of names and telling us it was unimportant – when if anyone has ever travelled, knows correct personal information is of the utmost importance. - She threw EVERY. SINGLE. smaller travel booking company (such as the helicopter transfer, hotel, etc.) under the bus and blame was 100% pointed at them. She also in the end told us she was suspending/firing her only employee Bridgette to whom she also blamed any remaining issues on. Anyone in management knows the buck stops with you, not your junior level employee. All guests made sure to make it known she was doing this. - The hotel themselves printed out copies of her communication to them proving that she did not reach out to them when she said she did, which is why we had such issues. Do not trust this agent. The list goes on and we have email proof of everything with time/date stamps. We, fortunately, very great friends/family who were flexible through the process but are all very unhappy with this service. Heather should NOT be in this business, especially if you are looking for support in a destination wedding. I could not tell you to run further away and find another agent or do it yourself. If you work with Heather, you’ll end up doing majority yourself and save yourself a headache. I’m sure she will write a long drawn-out response to this filled with excuses.

She made everything so simple and booked everything for us! Recommendations spot on for fine dining, quick on the go meals, and "Touristy" options . Our flight was moved to a later departure and she personally called to tell us ,we gained two more beach hours. It was a great vacation stress free planning. I met and talked with Lauren and got some materials to look over to plan our honeymoon. I can remember to this day (almost two years later) how pleasant, outgoing and friendly she was! No one else stuck out in my mind like her at any of the other bridal shows I attended, nor any other travel agent I worked with in the past. We talked on the phone, via text and emails, and I can't think of one thing that I didn't like or wasn't happy with, from beginning to end! Lauren had great ideas, listened to everything I wanted or didn't want, and was always in contact with me! I felt so comfortable with her right from the get-go, like we had been friends for years. She took our ideas and built on them, which I loved. Even when we were on our honeymoon, she was accessible, which I couldn't have appreciated any more! If you are looking for a travel agent, I could not refer Lauren any more and would want everyone planning their honeymoon, or any trip for that matter, to have as great as an experience as we did. She truly made the ending to our wedding as amazing as I had hoped it would be!
