to the wonderful owner, Bob! From picking a caterer to the tasting to the very last detail, Bob was very responsive. In preparation for the wedding, I had many calls with Bob to finalize and organize all the details, and each time he sent me an updated contract. A month before the wedding we set up a walk-through of our venue to discuss how everything should be set up on the day of the wedding. They brought all of their equipment and set up all the tables and chairs the day before the wedding. Trivinia provided all of the food (besides the cake), dining ware, and tables at a lower cost than any of the other caterers in the area. The food was delicious and all of the staff on the day of the wedding were very professional. I would recommend Trivinia to anyone who needs a caterer for any event!

o many different options. His personal handling of the event was over the top. He was everywhere on the day attending personally to everything. Unusually, our guests commented on how polite and attentive his staff was. We had a sit down dinner for 170 people with hot made to order appetizers and an open bar. The food was over the top good. Everything was delivered hot. Oh, and we can't forget his amazing Tiramisu. Were we to have another wedding, we'd call Bob immediately and suggest that you do the same. There are so many choice to make when you have a wedding. Our recommendation is that you follow Bob's advice. He's a pro and will guide you appropriately. In fact, the entire event was set up and ready to go hours in advance. Our party planner had never seen someone as prepared as Bob and his team were.

They took great care in how our food was presented, and make sure everything was perfect. We had a house salad, rolls, and choice of lasagna or pasta mia nonna for our guests all individually packaged. Their customer service is wonderful, and we really felt like they cared about us and wanted to make sure our day was special and that the food was spot on. Thank you Bob and Travinias for coming through for us when covid forced us to change our plans!
