Travis Allison Band

ng with a few other bands in the area I didn't feel like they were too excited or interested in answering our basic questions. I felt a totally different vibe from Travis when we spoke. He was genuinely interested in our wedding, our music preferences, and the back story on us as a couple and our families. He and the band were open to learning new songs, playing all the songs and genres we asked for, and they sounded amazing doing it. On the day of our wedding the band was so friendly and kept everyone out on the dance floor. They made our day so special. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding in the Charleston area!

aw’s wedding during the snow event that closed most venues in CHS on 1.31.26!  The day before the wedding, we had to move the wedding time up 2.5 hours for the venue to be able to safely accommodate our guests and their staff and Travis Allison, with barely 24 hours notice, didn’t hesitate to say yes.  The band provided phenomenal entertainment with great balance and flow during the evening festivities. Their set list is extensive and their energy and sound appealed to all of our multi-generational guests, young and old! You can’t go wrong with the Travis Allison Band!

We also used his guitarist for our ceremony, and he perfectly mastered the quite obscure songs I requested for the processionals. Travis brought an amazing party and was a true professional - very easy to work with. You can't go wrong!

breeze to work with as you curate your wedding day playlist / timeline, even with hopping between live and recorded music when we wanted. We flagged some songs we liked, but they know how to seriously work a crowd and GET THE PEOPLE GOIN. Travis connects with the crowd effortlessly (announcing dinner, speeches, etc.) and every transition is totally fluid. He's simply a great guy too. We were lucky enough to catch him a few times bouncing around Chas before our wedding. We even practiced our first dance song with him at a Mexican restaurant in front of Taco Tuesday haha! So grateful to have him and the whole crew at our wedding. Can't thank you enough Travis! All the best.

Our wedding featured mainly classic rock covers, especially Bruce Springsteen, but they are very versatile and can perform many other genres as well! an absolute dream to work with. Travis is incredibly organized and responsive. They have an extensive song list and a vast range of genres. They learned my father-daughter dance song and it was incredible. The memories of everyone dancing and singing along to their music will forever be etched in our hearts. We still have people telling us how amazing the band was weeks after the wedding. I would recommend TAB for anyone looking to keep the vibes high at their wedding! Hope to catch them playing locally somewhere next time we are back in South Carolina!

mely responsive, usually emailing me back within a few hours. He had us fill out a very thorough questionnaire and gave us their song list of >900 songs to go through. We chose our favorites and sent him back a list of "loves" and "likes", and he took care of the rest. We had an acoustic guitar duo for our ceremony, and the entire band played for our cocktail hour and reception. Travis emceed the reception for us and did a fantastic job. He also learned our first dance song for us, and he even agreed to have the band learn another song that was not on their list for the reception - both sounded amazing!! Almost every single one of our guests came up to us at the wedding to tell us how incredible the band was and how amazing they sounded! The band read the crowd perfectly and even with our very small wedding of 58 guests, the dance floor was full the entire night, and it was by far the most fun my family has ever had together! They even got all of our guests singing along with multiple songs, and it felt like we were at a concert, not a typical wedding. There are a lot of bands to choose from for weddings in Charleston, and the research process can be overwhelming, but trust me when I say that TAB will help to ensure your wedding is one of the BEST and most FUN days of your entire life, and that choosing them will be one of the easiest decisions you can make for your wedding day!

d. In fact, we confirmed their availability the moment we chose our venue to make sure that they would be our band. They are absolutely AMAZING and are so talented. Aside from their incredible music, what set them apart from so many vendors, was their willingness to work with us and adapt. 48 hours before our wedding was due to happen, a hurricane changed path and was due to hit the day of our wedding. We had to last minute scramble to re-schedule the date to 24 hours earlier. Not only did Travis and his band do everything in their power to accommodate this last minute change, but they came out despite multiple hurricane warnings and put on the best show i've ever seen. We were blown away (almost literally!) by them and we cannot thank them enough.
