TRAVSPOT

her team and heard back within 24 hours. I was immediately impressed and was excited to work with them. Throughout the duration of our wedding planning process, Amy and her team have been available to us, have maintained open communication, and are quick in getting us our answers to the questions that we have. We are so grateful to the TravSpot and how easy they have made this process not only for us, but for our guests.

t the entire process. Amy and Lucy assisted our guests with booking, answered questions promptly, and helped us secure the best pricing possible for our group. One thing I especially appreciated was their dedication to finding the most competitive rates and advocating for us throughout the process. Having a professional travel team manage the room block removed so much stress from the planning process! If you're planning a destination wedding, I highly recommend The TRAVSPOT. They pay attention to detail, and commitment to their clients. The TRAVSPOT truly exceeded my expectations!!

inator the rest of the way. Multiple people that attended my wedding specifically noted to me how attentive and responsive Amy and Lucy were, and how easy they made the process. They really know you and your guest list and remember details, it really feels personal. They also have great relationships with the resorts so are able to act as a great liaison, or sometimes just know the answer to a question because of experience. They will also work to get you the best deal they can. Can’t recommend enough!!

. Like most newly engaged couples, we didn’t know what to expect or where to start in the process. She guided us the whole way and communicated even while we were waiting for the hotel. The hotel representative was not the best at responding to our requests but Amy contacted management to make sure our request got answered. I would highly recommend Amy and Travspot for any occasion. We are so grateful and happy to work with Amy and her team!

questing Amy.

world with me to help me find the perfect place. She set up 3 site visits for me within an hour while I was having a meltdown venue hunting =]. She was also quick to provide me with room rates, availability, and concessions and would answer my texts or calls immediately. Not only is Amy the best travel agent out there but she’s the best person with a big heart and genuinely cares about getting to know her clients and making sure they are GENUINELY happy. I can’t thank Amy enough for all her hard work and dedication and am glad to have her by my side during my wedding journey!

uly listens to our needs. From handling the room blocks to coordinating travel details for our guests, she has made the process seamless and stress-free. Her prompt communication and expertise have been invaluable, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent to help make our wedding week perfect. Highly recommend!

commend using her team as travel agent.

me weigh out pros and cons, and just made everything so easy- all while being the absolute friendliest. Couldn’t ask for a better travel agent and will be using TRAVSPOT to book our honeymoon! 🥂

ination wedding. Amy has gone above and beyond!

our people with travel arrangements and anything else needed. And we also got a few upgrades at the resorts because of them :) HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Travspot!!!!

ons about what to expect, considering the horror stories I've heard about brides being ignored by their agents, questionable contracts, and more. I initially considered booking my wedding directly with the resort and having guests handle their own room reservations. Don't do this. It poses the risk of significant price hikes for your guests' rooms, and you are leaving money on the table if you're not getting those room concessions (if your resort offers them). Amy alleviated my concerns by providing clear explanations and patiently addressing all our questions. Amy's expertise lies in Costa Rica, and our wedding at Dreams Las Mareas was nothing short of amazing. Her strong rapport with Dreams Las Mareas proved to be a crucial factor in our planning. Destination weddings often involve slow planning, as these resorts host numerous events. Amy's connections expedited the process for us, ensuring timely answers to essential questions that helped us with budget planning. While Amy's TA services are not free, I firmly believe in the principle that you get what you pay for. Her valuable connections with our resort, her availability to answer questions, and her kindness, far exceed the cost of her services. Amy played a pivotal role in negotiating a favorable contract that resulted in substantial room concessions from our resort. The booking process for our guests, many of whom were first-time users of a travel agent, was remarkably smooth thanks to Amy and her team. I'll be sharing a separate review about my wedding at Dreams Las Mareas soon. In the meantime, if you're considering Dreams Las Mareas for your wedding, choosing Amy is a no-brainer. Given her specialization in Costa Rica destination weddings, I wholeheartedly recommend Amy for weddings anywhere in Costa Rica.

nue in Cabo. I would've been lost without her. Not only has she been extremely easy to work with, she is just a joy to work with and is genuinely excited for your big day. I can't recommend her more!

y recommended. Amy and her team have been wonderful with setting up our hotel block, they’ve answered many questions and have made this process completely hassle-free. Amy also hosted a Q&A session with the wedding manager at our resort and that was incredibly valuable.

ing until February. With little time and busy schedules, we reached out to Amy for help. She had us fill out a form to give her a better idea of our deal honeymoon, things that were important to us and what we wanted most out of our trip. She then provided us with some great options and talked us through the options she provided. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the resorts and locations. We loved our honeymoon and have recommended her to many other friends.

atter of days my fiancé and I had tons of information, options for resorts, and wonderful advice. She has helped us secure the best deal, get us the best perks, and pick our dream location. menities, and much more for different Sandals destinations and eventually putting together all of our travel itinerary. Although we cancelled our Grenada honeymoon for the time being due to COVID setbacks/risks at the resort (resort scheduled to open just 3 days before our arrival), we will DEFINITELY be rescheduling this getaway through Amy down the road once life normalizes again. We would recommend Amy to any and everyone!

ed the honeymoon we booked through Amy (due to circumstances surrounding Americans in the DR) and had trouble obtaining our refund from the vendor. Amy called the vendor when they opened around 9am and waited until 3pm to finally speak to a representative. We finally got our refund a week later. This showed Amy’s commitment to customer satisfaction even when she isn’t getting paid. My wife and I 100% will work with Amy in the future and would recommend her to others. Thanks, Amy!

a fb group I'm in for brides on a budget, and I decided to reach out to her. I sent Amy a quick idea of what we were looking for, and after a phone consultation discussing our ideal honeymoon and getting all of our questions answered, we had the entire thing booked within 2 days. She was also able to keep us significantly under our budget, so we can add in exciting excursions and buy lots of souvenirs. Thank you, Amy! I will recommend you to everyone I talk travel with 😍
