I am the owner of Tre Chic Hair Design ! Hi my name is Kristen ! I am writing this in reguards to the review on 8-16-16. This girl called the salon because someone called her from ...
our number and she wanted removed from our system. I tried explaining to her that one of my stylist was confirming our clients appointments and dialed her number by mistake . For some reason this was still not a good enough explaination and she was giving me major attitude . So yes I hung up on her because this was not necessary ! She then called back and threaten to call the cops and write a bad review on me !
She has never been to the salon and her bad experience had nothing to do with hair or a wedding party ! I have worked very hard and for a very long time at my business. It makes me really sad that people can get on sites like this and post mean , hurtful and untrue things about people and places . I think everyone needs to understand that a lot of times reviews can be very misleading , and that makes me sad !

and rescheduled the day before I was booked to go, then the make-up artist that I practiced with was changed for the actual wedding day, and lastly, the wedding day was a disaster. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate to my maid of honor, using a flat iron to try to curl her hair then complaining about how awful her hair is to work with to the point that she was upset and crying. A different stylist was able to take the entire hair-do out and re-do it perfectly, so there was no reason for the owner to treat her like that. It was so frustrating and disappointing, especially for the amount of money that we all spent. AVOID THIS SALON FOR A STRESS-FREE WEDDING DAY.
Tre' Chic has a certified make-up artist and used MAC Airbrush Make-Up. My skin was perfect for this perfect day! They closed the whole shop and we had breakfast and mimosas!
