took that on all on her own. I do wish there was more time for set up as some things were not set out, but she was able to convert my aisle decor into the reception beautifully, and she made sure to set out the most important items and make it work. She made sure to text me photos of the decor as I was getting ready, and I was so busy that I just texted her “do whatever” and she really executed my vision beautifully. I made sure to tell them “if it looks tacky, just scratch it” and she made everything look so classy and elegant. She was also careful to make sure everything was packed up in time as well, and was even willing to jump in on the dance floor when I invited her. Every time I saw her she was calm, collected and handling business!

hantel was extremely efficient, communicative and professional. During the final month before the wedding Chantel scheduled meeting to iron out the fine details of our wedding day and ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible. The day of our wedding Chantel and her assistant arrived way ahead of schedule to begin setting up all our decor and were in constant communication with all our vendors for the day. Chantel and her assistant showed off their creativity setting up our decor. Unfortunately there was a small slip up with our bartending vendor before the reception and Chantel discretely resolved the issue. Amazing! We highly recommend hiring Treasured moments to coordinate any event you are planning. We were extremely impressed with their services!
