Chantel and Dahlia provided excellent communication to make sure they understood the vision for my wedding. Dahlia worked my wedding day and I had a lot of DIY decor to set up- she...

took that on all on her own. I do wish there was more time for set up as some things were not set out, but she was able to convert my aisle decor into the reception beautifully, and she made sure to set out the most important items and make it work. She made sure to text me photos of the decor as I was getting ready, and I was so busy that I just texted her “do whatever” and she really executed my vision beautifully. I made sure to tell them “if it looks tacky, just scratch it” and she made everything look so classy and elegant. She was also careful to make sure everything was packed up in time as well, and was even willing to jump in on the dance floor when I invited her. Every time I saw her she was calm, collected and handling business!

Hiring Treasured moments to coordinate our wedding was such a great decision and we are so glad we did it! Chantel and her team were hired to coordinate month of/day of services. C...

hantel was extremely efficient, communicative and professional. During the final month before the wedding Chantel scheduled meeting to iron out the fine details of our wedding day and ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible. The day of our wedding Chantel and her assistant arrived way ahead of schedule to begin setting up all our decor and were in constant communication with all our vendors for the day. Chantel and her assistant showed off their creativity setting up our decor. Unfortunately there was a small slip up with our bartending vendor before the reception and Chantel discretely resolved the issue. Amazing! We highly recommend hiring Treasured moments to coordinate any event you are planning. We were extremely impressed with their services!

The best decision from our wedding planning was hiring Chantel and team! We had a rather small, intimate wedding of less than 60 guests. And we went down the route of having the re...

ception at a restaurant, focusing on the food. Nevertheless, there were still a lot of moving pieces to consider and to take care of. Dahlia made sure that everything was in place for a smooth celebration.

Chantel took all the worry away from my wedding day and there's nothing more that I could have asked as a bride. She took care of all the small things, was mindful to consider our ...

vision and requests, took responsibility into her own hands and acted as leader to make sure all of our vendors were at the right place and at the right time. Very thankful to have worked with Chantel and highly recommend!!!

Chantel is the best event planner we have worked with. I had her plan my sons baby shower and it was nothing but spectacular. Her communication throughout the processes was phenome...

nal and she was always so willing to listen to my ideas. She stayed the entire event and even brought a present for us from my registry. Everyone raved about how beautiful the baby shower was and it is still a topic of discussion with my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back when we get married.
